I am using SSD drives in an old Lenovo C20 ThinkStation, designed to run servers, as a standard PC
Do I still need to enable RAID Controller in this device.
Should I disable it, or install the drivers as requested

My Garmin Forerunner watch is not recognised as a USB device

Im having trouble with not enough COM Ports for external, USB devices.

With only 1 Si Labs Enhanced and Standard port, and 1 port for the system, as seen in Device Manage, how can I run, for example, more than one sftwr program - intended for a Ham radio transceiver - plus an external, USB microphone plus other external HDD, with or without an external USB Hub?

Why does my HP All-in-one, WIN11 system, work with the internal camera but NOT the internal microphone?

Do I need "virtual ports"? Do I need special drivers and/or hardware?

I have this problem for many years now and I cannot find out what’s happening. When I start Windows, I hear a number of times the ding dong sound of hardware that is connecting and disconnecting. When I look into the Control Panel > Devices and printers, I see an icon showing up and disappearing. The label says: Unknown USB device (Device Descriptor Request failed). I checked all hardware connected to the PC more than once and for each piece of hardware there’s is an icon in the Control Panel. So I really don’t know to which piece of hardware this additional icon is related. After about 20 ding dongs, the sounds stops by itself. Sometimes this issue has gone for some time, but it returns as suddenly as it has been gone.
Any comment on this issue would be appreciated.

После оптимицации в проводнике перестали отображаться диски HDD ( два диска). В диспечере устройств присутствуют. БИОС видит.
Откат не помог.

can you please help me fix my sound. it doesnot work!

so i have ran check disk a few times on a external hard drive to see if i can possibly repair the thing and if not recover some things that are still on it. windows does not recognize the drive but 3rd party software does, so as i'm running check disk it sees one bad sector like at somewhat of the begging of the scan then it continues and runs almost to the end of the scan but does'nt qiute finish the scan, instead it suddenly stops, the screen goes black for a second and then it reboots windows and thats it. no log of what happened at the time of crash or the condition of the drive or the end result...nothing. so i'm wondering if you can shed some light on the situation and maybe some remedies if any? thanks, cweklund

P.S. under device at the top of this inquery what I choose does'nt apply to my question i just had to put something there so it would send. this is in regards to an external drive i have.

What does "Parameter in poor condition and requires attention' mean and how do I fix it please? Cheers, James

mysteriosly at some time this drive got extra partition. it originally had terbyte. I install seagate disc wizard, which recognized the second partition, but when I asked it to delete the partition it did not nor did it explain why not. of course when I asked windows 10 to format the drive, it only formatted the first partition (only 4gb). I want only ONE partition at this time

I installed a 3 TB hard dive on my desktop. I can only use 2TB with Wndows 10. How can use all of the new hard drive?

I had my PC repaired (for a new heat sink) and
now, the USB Ports on the front of the PC don't
work anymore. The back ones work fine.
Is there an easy fix?

My question: Does this affect overall system performance? What will change if I replace the video card with a more powerful one, given that I do not play video games?

私の使用している機種は、デル製　Insupiron 5490 AIO、デバイス名 DELL2021、プロセッサ　 Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-10210U CPU @ 1.60GHz 2.11 GHz、実装RAM:8GB、Windous 10 Homeの21H　です。
旧機種からの移行時、アプリを多くコピーしたため、Cドライブの空きが少なくなり、自分なりに不要なアプリをアンインストール、大きなデータをＤドライブに移しました。しかしながら、容量221GBに対し、空きが14GBと少なくなりました。どのような作業業をすれば、空き容量を多くできるのでしょうか？

Recently, my computer stopped being able to access my External Hard Drive. I've restarted, changed USB sockets, tried it on my Windows 7 Notebook - where it works fine. Your Disk doctor has Defragmented it and your Disk Doctor reports that it has errors but no option to fix them.

boa noite, eu comprei um ssd no alixpress, la dizia que era 7800 mbps de leitura e escrita, logo quando chegou ele chegava a 3900 apenas tanto de escrita quanto de leitura mas n me encomodava isso, de ontem pra ca o computador começou a travar muito e eu passei o crystal disk mark e dava apenas 140 de leitura e 72 de escrita, ja fiz de tudo mas n resolve, tem 1 mes so que comprei o ssd novo, ja formatei o pc, ja usei sfc /scannow , CHKDSK /R , DISM todos disseram que nao tinham erros, ja desfragmentei ele aqui no app mas continua da mesma forma.
