PC Won't start up
I shut my computer down last night adn this morning it won't start up. There were no issues before the shut down.

How do I create a bootable USB Drive to be booted from the BIOS. It is for a program called "Dariks Boot and Nuke" I need to do a total wipe on my hard drive.

Sound Fades In and Out
With hte update of Windows t0 the sound on my computer fades in and out. I have used the troubleshooter; however, it is of no help at all.

Caps lock key not working or lighting up aslo volume keys are a bit touch and go as to if they going to work.

Computer freezes for 5 - 6 seconds every 2 - 3 minutes, maybe less.

In a nutshell - my desktop freezes for about 5 - 8 seconds and it seems to occur every 2 - 3 minutes. ....It just locked as I'm writting this.
I run your Auslogics BoostSpeed, am computer literate for the most part and just not sure what to do. My specs are:

To TRIM or to Defrag? Or Both!!??
I have two WD 3.6Tb external USB3 drives for backups and storage. These are both deffo HDD! I have discovered that they are TRIM enabled ... BUT, you don't trim HD's, do you??? I have had had trouble with them in the past due to increasing slowness and defragmentation. Sometimes Defrag Ultimate just couldn't finish a HDD defrag or gave up and stood still, but didn't crash either! Defrag Ultimate treats them as HDD's, but I am wondering if actually SSD Trimming them and then HDD Defragging them might solve or reduce my problems. But, I don't want to try this if I am going to damage them. So how should I treat them generally and within Defrag Ultimate

Computer won't charge?
Hello! so, i have had this computer for awhile. i got it a couple of years ago, but i stopped using it for 3 years because i thought i had completely broke it. well, i am just now starting to fix my computer and getting it back to a stable state. one of the main issues i noticed with the computer is that it will not charge. i have to keep it on the charger, or it will die instantly. it is always on 0% :(. i wasn't sure if my battery was broken, a sensory was off, something was wrong with my motherboard or my charger. can you help me identify the issue? if you need information about my computer, it is a windows 10 ASUS computer and i have had it for 4 years. thank you for your time!!
Disk Partitioning Error
2 years ago, I was messing around with dual-booting and windows partitioning. So much so that an error occured. After I wasn't able to boot back into Windows 10 and deleted ALL my files, I noticed that my maximum capacity was lowered from 256gb to 237gb. It was probably from the dual-booting error. (Was trying to dual-boot an android os or a linux os or smth). I'm running out of storage because I'm too lazy to delete files and I need that 19gb. Respond ASAP, Thanks!

Someone mentioned I should use this, but also said, in accordance with info online, that "defragging" an onboard SSD will cause issues. I'm directly confused by this and would appreciate some guidance on what is correct here.

SSDをHDDと認識している
どうもPCのSSDをHDDと認識しているようで、スキャンすると毎回デフラグしてしまっている。これではSSDの寿命を縮めるのではないかと心配である。ちゃんとSSDと認識させるためにはどのようにすればよいのでしょうか？
Free disk space issue
I have two external HD of exactly the same size, 3.63 TB, they both hace exactly the same amount of data stored on them both, 1.84 TB, 2240 files, 61 folders. My issue is that the "free space" shows a difference amount, 1.50 TB verse 1.55 TB. I have ensured that recycle bin on them both are empty and ran every program that would make sense with the confines of BoostSpeed 13 and nothing seems to make any difference. This isn't the only example of this sort of thing happening. I'm bewildered. Please advise.

Windows 11 Doesn't Hibernate on Alienware and HP Probook Laptops Anymore
I have two laptops, one an Alienware and the other an HP Probook, on which I have installed Boostspeed 13. Since installing on both PCs, neither hibernates anymore. They both sleep appropriately, but they don't hibernate. This was never an issue with Boostspeed 12. What has changed with the new software and how can I re-enable hibernation on both?

Non riesco a deframmentare un hard disk da 6 Tb che è fermo al 72%.
Ho comprato la licenza credendo fosse quello ma non è successo niente.

I looked all over the Internet for the right driver.. But I cannot find the one that works on our pc..
We use Windows 11 Pro X64
I have tried the most of drivers I could find, but none of them work as they should...
We have a HDR Display now, And with some drivers it is disabled.. Others it works with no problem.
As soon as we want to start a game for example Hitman 3..
It Does not start.. And with other games it prompts me to look for the new drivers for our graphics card...
That it is outdated... So please please help us fix this problem?

I have encountered the problem with Smart Card Service turning off. And I am actually using a smart card. I keep opening Services menu in windows and turning it on again. (Auto/manual no matter) It works then, but the next day it will be the same issue over and over again.
I suspect that BoostSpeed is turning it off as a matter of "optimisation". Who can I check and make it stop? I need this service running.

How Come....?
How come suddenly with windows 11 my MSI Z390 GAMING PRO CARBON motherboard doesn't accept my downloaded chipset drivers. I must use everytime my motherboard DVD and then the MSI Center update Tool, otherwise it Freezes to function and restarts. Are their any BIOS settings I must know about? How must I solve that problem.
Lost partition
My SSD took several days to recover, via an automated Microsoft Windows process.
My disk had a C: drive, for OS and D: drive for my files, photo's etc. While the c: drive was recovered, the d: drive has disappeared. How can I recover the D: drive, please?

external hard drive recovery
so i have ran check disk a few times on a external hard drive to see if i can possibly repair the thing and if not recover some things that are still on it. windows does not recognize the drive but 3rd party software does, so as i'm running check disk it sees one bad sector like at somewhat of the begging of the scan then it continues and runs almost to the end of the scan but does'nt qiute finish the scan, instead it suddenly stops, the screen goes black for a second and then it reboots windows and thats it. no log of what happened at the time of crash or the condition of the drive or the end result...nothing. so i'm wondering if you can shed some light on the situation and maybe some remedies if any? thanks, cweklund

Touch Screen Monitor
My Touch Screen Monitor stopped working and I have gone into Devices and it is not listed under "HID compliant devices" but under Monitor as "GENARIC".
