I downloaded Auslogics BoostSpeed 13 Free Edition and read about tasks that would help the speed of my laptop. The only section I used was delete unused programs. It showed me a list and I selected about seven or eight items. And later I opened
my desktop and realized I had lost about 30 shortcut Icons. Many that I still use.
I read thru the inforrmation to try to reverse my action. I used the recovery section but keep seeing a popup window telling me to
turn off my anti-virus and firewall and no data was exchanged (I used a restore date one week earlier.) I tried three different restore dates and they all failed with the same pop-up. My question -is there a procedure for correcting my mistake and possibly recovering my desktop icons? Thanks for any direction.

Whenever I use the tools (scanner, cleanup), afterwards I always have to do a repair (reinstall) of my Office 2016 products. How to clean my computer without messing up Office 2016?

I have added file shredder to recycle bin. However, when I try to delete file with file shredder, boost speed opens it large box with deletion options. Is there any possible way to delete file from recycle by using file shredder without opening the entire software ?

добрый день, как ваша система моет навредить компьютеру или системе, она внесла изменения на пк отключила достуа к микрофону и камере, но я включил, я попытался сделать востоновления виндоус но очень долго востонавливаетет реестьр, я так и не дождался и перегрузил пк и теперю боюсь что ваша программа внесла изменения и придется переустоновливать виндоус, что делать, так вроде вск работает, как проверть, правильно ли работает щас система? спасибо

Здравствуйте. Сегоодня вышла новая версия программы и возникает резонный вопрос - как установить обновление? Придется полностью удалять старую версию (с помощью спецпрограмм типа Revo) и устанавливать новую? Или есть еще другой вариант?

Ваша программа периодически выдает сообщение о перегруженности процессора моего ПК и отсылает к "подробностям". А подробности - это сканер всех работающих и неработающих программ в компьюторе. Ваш сканер при этом никоим образом не оценивает важность запущенного процесса для работы компьютера. По сопровождающим характеристикам определить возможность отключения того или иного процесса очень трудно. Тогда какой смысл ваших обещаний "оптимизировать работу компьютера", если инструментов, реально выполняющих эту фунцкцию в части отключения второстепенных процессов, вы не предлагаете?

I have boostspeed 13 Pro. When I do a system scan, the results come back so many mb deframented, etc. But when I resolve, it only clean sonme of them. Maybe 10 mb less. It cleans less on defrag and junk. If i scan again, it cleans all. Why should I have to do it twice? Also, can I set up system scan to be automatically done? And if I can, how do I do it? Please advise.

Everytime Boost Speed runs automatic scanner on Sunday's the run commands history gets deleted. I have unchecked this option in the privacy settings in the software but this still keeps happening.

Recently, Whenever I reboot my system and run "scanner" I end up with 74 performance issues (file extension) like:

Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\FileExts\.asf\OpenWithList

Resolve supposedly corrects the problem, as with rescan, no issues remain. They reappear after reboot!

FYI, ccClean finds no registery issues.

I cannot retreive my code for boostspeed 10 I got early this year, can you send it to me so I can sign up for bootspeed 11 PRO
