Issues with Auslogics software

Добрый день, пользуюсь программой раз в месяц уже в течение года. Но при крайней "чистке" комьютера решил воспользоваться утилитой "удаление пустых папок" в первый раз. Процесс занял много времени, после чего перезагружал компьютер и все работало стабильно как и всегда. Но на следующий день при использовании ПК началась проблема с автоматическим переключением программ. Постараюсь объяснить. То есть при использовании например хрома, пишешь сообщение и винда сама "AltTab'ается", только не на сторонее приложение, а куда-то в пустоту на 1-2 сек и обратно переключается на используемое приложение. Даже сейчас, я пишу это, и раз в 10 сек программа выключается на пару секунд. Думал что проблема в клавиатуре или еще чём, но так ничего и не нашел.

How do I disable Taboptimizer in BoostSpeed 11. I have verified that is is a program in the BoostSpeed directory on the Windows 10 computer. If I do not run BoostSpeed, then I do not have the problem. I can send crash logs if that helps. I would rather just disable Taboptimizer or not use it.

Добрый день, приобрел годовую подписку на Aslogics BoostSpeed 11. На компьютер и ноутбук установилась нормально и отлично работает (система Windows 10). Но на второй ноутбук установилась с трудом и не запускается, при запуске вылетает окно (принтскрин во вложении). Скачивал с сайта и переустанавливал несколько раз - не помогает, программа не запускается. Система Windows Vista Home, ноутбук ужк возрастной.

Auslogics Disk Defrag does not recognize my c drive as a ssd drive. It recognizes other drives as ssd drives just not the c drive. What do I do?

ever since installing this program and running it i'm very unsatified. Cannot type properly - text freezes every few letters and have to click the page with mouse to continue.
Also - despite my choice of most comfertable writing thumbnail - set my screen too bright with choppy text.

i downloaded the booster 11 for windows 10.
the booster 11 shows as 32 bit. ideally i need a booster 11 64 bit.
i am using windows 10 on a 64bit system.

do i have to reinstall for booster 11 for 64 bit. if so, can you send me the link as it just auto-downloads the 32bit.

another questions is i have anti-malaware and everytime i shut down the computer and restart the next day, i have to reinstall all over again.
is it because of my anti-virus norton that i use? can you assist me on that as well.

As it says on the title - after using Auslogics Boost Speed to clean up my computer, my Japanese IME stopped working. The options to input using the various keyboards disappeared and reinstalling the language did nothing. Restarted my computer, tried fiddling around and it won't come back. I've attached a picture of how it should look normally and how it looks now. Any help with getting it back would be appreciated.

I have just installed a new external hard drive (G) and the drive is not displayed in the list of disks in Auslogics Disk defrag 10. Could you please advise me how to correct the issue.

Каждый раз при использовании сканирования системы утилититой, после перезагрузки сбрасываются пароли для входа в Windows. Настройки сканирования ни к чему не приводят. Спасибо.

Does Auslogics Boostspeed 12 detect and remove Malware? Or do I need to purchase Auslogics Malware software?
