In a nutshell - my desktop freezes for about 5 - 8 seconds and it seems to occur every 2 - 3 minutes. ....It just locked as I'm writting this.

I run your Auslogics BoostSpeed, am computer literate for the most part and just not sure what to do. My specs are:

Dear Sir/Madame,

I keep getting error 0xc1900101 on Windows Update.
It all started when I switched to new SSD 970 EVO 500GB.
Windows have had updated few times than came version 20H2 which doesn't seem to work.
Updater downloads it, instal it and then during instalation after reboot it colapses around 24%. Then it reboots and I get this error record.
The computer is DELL XPS 13 9360 with i7, 8GB ram.
It runs Windows 10 PRO 1909

Using Windows 11 Pro for Workstations. This is the first and only time I have used this OS so I don't have any experience troubleshooting it or point of reference. I have multiple devices, headphones and other devices that I know work for Bluetooth conectively purposes but otherwise but when I attempt to use them on this laptop, Windows tells me that the devices are connecting to the Bluetooth device I have selected but I get no sound. The only thing I can tell you that stands out and is related is that it tells me under System/Bluetooth that the device is connected but when I go to System/Sound, the connected device will not show under Sound/Outbut Device even though it shows connected under Bluetooth. I have considered reloading the OS from scrath (factory reset etc.) but really don't want to go through all that. So I am asking if you have any ideas otherwise.

Right click on file explorer options (such as copy) takes forever to load. Right click on any file takes forwver to load options.

Tried to purchase Boostspeed Pro but website would not advance to chaeckout?

Computor will not up date because it keeps saying something missing (0x8024a105) thats what is missing what is it?

I have your free version of BoostSpeed 12 running on an old PC whose features are:
32bit Winsdows 7 Ultimate operating system
Processor AMD-A4-5300 APU with Radeon (tm) HD Graphics 3.40GHz
Memory 2.00GB (1.46GB usable)
I constantly suffer from great slowness when I connect to the Internet via WiFi
Yesterday, once BoostSpeed 12 was installed, I carried out its cleaning procedures, and after connecting to the internet it sent me a message on two occasions indicating slowness on my computer and that this would be resolved with the PRO version. I want to know if this is real, or if the problem lies in insufficient memory, old processor, or disk characteristics, or all of them, and should I buy a new computer; but, for the time being, I want to avoid this last option.

The main reason I bought this program was to help increase my boot speed. it's 4 minutes and 15 seconds. After running the Pro version of the program the boot speed is still the same. I deselected a bunch of items in the startup screen and it's still the same. I don't understand why it takes so long. Al Microsoft apps including store will not open. I have attempted to restore the app ID service but get an "access denied" popup when clicking "apply". All other methods to restore the service have hailed as well. In conjunction, I am getting a notification that McAfee and Windows Defender are both turned off when McAfee is actually running.

How can I optimize Windows for GTA V for maximum performance?

I have 70 GB of data on my c:/user/AppData/Roaming folder. I have a space issue because my Win11 OS is insalled on a M.2 SSD drive with 120GB. I've moved the My Documents folders to a standard 2TB drive and told windows to install all apps on the large drive. I would like to keep the OS boot disk limited to windows only and make my boot quick!

Any tools in Auslogic that would address cleaning up my /appdata/Roaming data?

I have been using boostspeed for almost an year now and I am a free user. It is all good but my only question is that should i let boostpeed run in backgroung and windows startup? Does Boostspeed optimize my pc in the backgroung when I enable this option? These processes take up a lot of memory. And also does boostspeed perfomance monitor optimize the pc in backgroung ?
