Windows-related issues

Location Services are "OFF." All the options to change to "ON" such as Camera, Mail and Calendar, Maps,through to Speedtest are grayed out. I've tried all kinds of possible solutions. None have worked. I'm wondering if Im going to have to Recover the conmputer by saving my files and installing a new copy of Windows 11 Pro? I may have to reinstall my Raid drivers as well as some of the Motherboard drivers during the reinstallation.

What are your thoughts?

I have a persistent problem with my Surface devices. After a machine has not been out of use for some time, but is running, my bluetooth devices disconnect and I have to stop and restart bluetooth to make them operable. I have also had a problem where my network connection to the internet is disabled and I cannot see any WI-FI access points - I then have to reboot to overcome the problem.

The issues started about six months ago.

I have done the obvious things - applied the latest Windows 11 updates and checked that drivers are up-to-date?

I would appreciate knwing if there is a solutions, thanks.

I am attempting to run definitive Malware scans on my PCs and Laptops

I have run the Auslogics Malware scan but it found nothing.

It is suspected that there could have been a keylogger installed and I am trying to rule that out.

I have also run a one time free Malwarebytes scan which only found cookies.

I have not found a definitive tool to scan for malware including any keylogger.

Outlook calendar reminders show up twice but both go away when dismissed.

Maybe 10 days ago i bought/buy Bitdefender Antivirus Plus for 1 year contract and i have digital receipt and activation code. But my PC broke down and i reinstal the windows, and there is no more Bitdefender in my PC , there is no download only if you press buy again .... and on there web site when i log in is showing like the antivirus is working well and sa your PC is protected. That is my question, i know is unusual and strange sending but that's it. Thanks in advance even though I have no hope, I've literally tried everything.

I've observed an issue that shows up on Wlndow 7 and Window 11... Both are of the Professional types...

I use many computer programs and they use a lot of hardware items too... For one example I have a private observatory, and my telescope movements and its Dome movements "plus more" convert a USB slots into a multible differenet COM port uses in that busy operations... Because of this need,,, USB slots are often found jumping around a lot within their ID numbers... My trouble is both of these softwares seem to like to collect COM? into a "InUse" classification which cause port numbers to be used up and remain behind unnecessarily... Some softwares don't like high Port Number too... I am trying to find a way to clear them OUT... It appears CCLEANER or Auslogic routines don't have a way to clearn these items out... I just spent a few hours tring to find a way to clean them... No luck so far! Maybe you can point me to something I missed in my license copy of Auslogics BoostSpeed 14... I have attach a image of the pathway to where this issue shows up to help you see what I see... This should be a garbage cleaning item that would be very automatic for end users... Because of this issue, COM port use get into trouble when they get left behind... I have looked a lot into the device manager within Windows whatever with a desire to find a cleaning button... But no such luck...

So, I am looking for a way to clear them off of several computers... I did not even see a manual method... Hum....

It appears when they are not used, they don't seem to fade away on their own... "Not nice!" I tried to re-boot and other efforts without success... I spent hours today trying to find a way... "I am Stuck!" I now think this is a very nasty issue not figure out by Windows for many generations of their softwares... I have had over the years operational issues in setup of my observatory, and this is the reason why... "I need a fix!" Mayber there is a button somewhere that need pushing? I will be reading my books nest...

Some software requires exact knowledge of how the port is define wtih its number and they don't like changeds, or the software comes up with an error message or merely gets locks up... Sometimes the third party software merely jump to another number and then things sort-of keeps on working... All this does is builds up surplus InUse COM port numbers...

Help! As I used my first question ever on your site... Please put a smile on my face by giving a easy answer that will solve this trouble...

Ciao, non riesco ad attivare il SECURE BOOT. Il sistema risulta soddisfare tutti i requisiti ma quando abilito il Secure Boot, il sistema al riavvio va in Diagnostica e mi dice di non essere riuscito nel ripristino ... quindi devo disabilitare per poter continuare.
Ho il BIOS aggiornato ed in modalita' UEFI, i dischi in Base GPT... ma nulla

I am moving about 300 GB of files and data to a new computer and the C drive is almost full with 900+ gb on it. I was moving them by loading them on to an external drive and doenloading them. What could I have done wrong and how can I fix it?
