Windows-related issues

Добрый день. Вопрос один, может подскажите, как то можно без сторонего софта(в реестре может), ограничить право программам переключать фокус между окнами? Т.е. например какая-то программа в фоне запускает новое окно, и оно открывается по верх текущего(активного).
Ну грубо говоря программа обновлялась апдейтером, и по завершению обновления запустилась, таким образом переключив фокус на себя

When starting my computer (or when locked) I'm allways directly prompted for password or pin, whith a blury picture in background.
However I like those beautyful pictures and would like to see them clearly prior to logging in. What to do?

バックアップとるとこのエラーが出てバックアップに支障が出ています
どうにかなりませんでしょうか？
ネットで調べてもこれと言って解決策が見つかりません

All of my flash drives are not recognized, irrespective of the USB port, I use. How do I reactivate the USB ports so as to recognized the flash drives?

after running Boostpeed the first time I realized it turned off cortana perminently. when I went to turnit back on. it won't let me. is there a way to reverse Boostspeed Windows tweaks?

レスキュ－から　回復を試みましたが　復旧出来ない状態です。

I am using a ASUS N73S system with W10-64, Windows standard firewall and Kaspersky antivirus. All softwares are update and everything runs fine.
Working with IExplorer and Edge in parallel, suddenly the screen turns black and the system is blocked during 3 or 4 seconds, then the screen pops up again and the system reactivates in Without Error Mode. I have to reboot and the system reactivate in Normal Mode. This looks like a stability problem, but maybe a compatibility case between edge and ie.

Basically, I do not need ANY more start-up items added, yet certain software, apps and websites seem to find a way to put themselves in my Start Up Menu / Services without my express permission. How do I fully stop new items being added, please?

A day ago my windows 8.1 laptop started to say a word that sounds like Paul. I was listening to news and it appeared as if scheduled every10 seconds. Now even with no user task running I still hear the word. Any ideas?

Suddenly, I have no sound. Have run all the recommended troubleshooting in settings etc., have NEVER used headphones or headset on this laptop, don't know what else to try?
