Добрый день, пользуюсь программой раз в месяц уже в течение года. Но при крайней "чистке" комьютера решил воспользоваться утилитой "удаление пустых папок" в первый раз. Процесс занял много времени, после чего перезагружал компьютер и все работало стабильно как и всегда. Но на следующий день при использовании ПК началась проблема с автоматическим переключением программ. Постараюсь объяснить. То есть при использовании например хрома, пишешь сообщение и винда сама "AltTab'ается", только не на сторонее приложение, а куда-то в пустоту на 1-2 сек и обратно переключается на используемое приложение. Даже сейчас, я пишу это, и раз в 10 сек программа выключается на пару секунд. Думал что проблема в клавиатуре или еще чём, но так ничего и не нашел.

I don't use IE can I uninstall it as there are many items that will attach to it example is Roboform (password manager) and I wonder if IE contributes to ecess bagage.
Paired but won't connect
I've tried everything to get my Sony bluetooth headphones to connect automatically, it is paired in "Devices" but when I switch the headphones on they wont connect, I have to go into Settings - Devices and physically connect by pressing the connect tab, I've tried going into "Services" then scrolling down to "Bluetooth Support Service", stopping it then restarting it, it just won't restart properly, the green "curtain" only goes about 15% accross before stopping i.e it has'nt restarted properely, any ideas!!!!
startup
If I have to restart, it takes 20 minutes or more to load completely. I have basically nothing in startup and can't figure out what is making this take so long. It's the same whether a restart or new start. The hard drive is only a little over half full with lots of pictures. Logically it has to be in either ASUS or windows (10). It's very frustrating and because it takes so long to load, I leave it running. For quite a few years I paid for a service that cleaned the system once a month and helped with any problem. I am no longer using it as it was expensive and even though I stressed the startup time issue, they never improved it.
You can see a lot about the machine, but it doesn't say it's an ASUS 15" laptop, purchased in September of 2014, model R510LAVS51 with core i5

Shut and Restart
Can you try and establish just why I cannot shutdown or restart my desktop Windows 10 2004 64-Bit? I get a BSOD with error message of driver power state failure
Installation error message
Now and then when I try to install something I get the error message in the sample pop up. I need this sorting out as I have tried many things to get rid of it to no avail. I do not even know what it is asking for. It claims is on another disk does it mean disk or harddrive? I am installing things on an extension drive as my C: is full. are there files on C: that it needs to install and maybe that is why it is asking me. Can I duplicate those files so that it can use the extension drive?
This message prevents me from installing certain programs that I need so like I said I need the relevant files that it is asking me for.

I just upgraded from 10 home to 10 pro
I recently upgraded my ASUS ROG G551JW from Windows 10 Home to Windows 10 Professional. After upgrading and re installing my apps, running some Auslogics tools, and updating my drivers. I seem to have like every Add On installed and a bunch of virtual this or virtual that, Vwifi and Vethernet. My External SSD (disk letter G) is gone, Ive always had the external SSD running Read and Write to basically have it help the computers performance. I cant Install some apps or change some setting because i will either get some kind of error or it saying that it cant be done on sysWOW32 or 64 im not sure, but something like that... I would greatly GREATLY APPRECIATE if a Tech at Auslogics can remote connect to my pc and take a look at what ever problems he may notice. I received 3 questions when I joined pro and this is my last available question and would really love to have someone who knows about computers, to take a look at it. THANK YOU. Stay safe everyone...

WordPad problem
Have tried (for years) to learn WORDPAD to start-up in landscape and not portrait. That goes for saving 'in Landscape' and seeing it change to Portrait when opening the member. (HRMPF)

J'ai besoin d'utiliser internet Explorer pour activer un service (système d'authentification qui ne fonctionne qu'avec IE)
Or je ne trouve plus IE sur mon poste. Il n'apparait pas dans Panneau de configuration\Tous les Panneaux de configuration\Programmes et fonctionnalités\Activer ou désactiver des fonctionnalités windows
Je ne me souviens plus comment je n'ai dé"sisntallé, et je me demandais :
- si c'est un tweak de Bootspeed qui l'a désinstallé?
- comme faire pour le ré installer?
J'ai essayé de le re téléchargé en online et en offline mais impossible de termienr l'installation. Soit un message me dit qu'une version plus récente est installée, (Edge), soit l'installation s'arrête sans message d'erreur.

I think it's device issue, like my pc is just stuttering randomly for no reason
So my pc stutters randomly for one second or less or more, when im idle watching yt it happens for no reason, and when im playing games it happens more often and bc of it i can't play games smoothly and it wasn't like that before.

Boost speed does not recognise pro
I have been using pro version for several years now it asks me to activate pro which it rquires me to pay for which is totally wrong as I renewed my subscription in 2021. It also tell me that an admistrator has blocked me opening the program, this is aloso wrong as I am the system operator and have not blocke Boostspeed. I have re- installed the program and re entered the key 3 times so far it will not work correctly as it tell me tah I don not have pro which is WRONG.

Windows Performance
Is there a program or anything that will scan my laptop and honestly improve the speed and performance?
Location
Since installing BoostSpeed and using the various tools, my computer Location function is no longer operable. In Settings, all options to switch location settings on are greyed out. I have follewed various YouTube suggestions to no avail. One Registry key the videos refer to I don't seem to have anymore, although I can't find it deleted in BoostSpeed bin. The key is:- HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\lfsvc\TriggerInfo
Any ideas? Not sure how much info you need from me or how much you already know. I need to resolve this issue. I do not want to do a clean install of Windows 10 as I will lose all my Apps etc. I am not a computer expert by any means, so please keep any suggestions simple for me to understand. Thanks.

Добрый день! Образовались проблемы с Вашей программой: не активируется про версия (у меня есть подписка и лицензионный ключ), не запускается программа отдель после закрытия ( пишет: "Администратор заблокировал доступ к этому приложению". Очень странно, ведь я этого не делал)) и подтормаживания и общие сбои в работе приложения, хотя система весьма мощная и не хватку мощности можно смело исключить. Как быть? Что делать?

Descargué la versión gratuita de boost speed 13, el problema es que cuando hize que analizará mi pc había una parte que ponía "desfragmentación de disco" lo cual es malo porque mi pc lleva ssd y desfragmentar es malo para los ssd, desinstalé el programa porque después que analizará mi pc y solucionará los problemas encontrados no vi diferencia de rendimiento.

Before I started to use Auslogics my computer was very slow. Then I used your Auslogics and the computer was much faster. However, few days aftrer it become slow again from day to day. When windows released their XP version on windows there were a lot of Software Companies selling expensive softwares for Engineering tasks... To secure these advance softwares from thievies,,, they use USB HASP keys,,, that kept operational startups to a specific PC that had a USB ports to allow placement of one of these keys plug in dongles... Then Windows 7 came along and it was the start of half of my HASP starting to fail to work, while some donglescontinue to work... I believe it was the Pro version on Win 7 that had a Xp version attached to it that did help bridge my work a little... Then windows 8 was total failure... Windows 9 never say the day of light... Windows 10 showed up and was so buggy at first, mostly in their third party drivers areas, it was not worth the bother for years... Then Window 11 appeared and once again a solid Windows plateform became realized... But Win 11 has its limits! Now... All versions after Windows 7 failed to support totally all my expensive security keys on all these later versions... I also fully really this long ago and prepare what I would do, and this also included window 7 too... Because of this trouble, I maintain my primary computer running Windows 7 Pro and I also maintain a FAST Dual Xeon Xp computer too... Doing this all my expensive engineering software are still operational, even today... I also know the Hp also does this little trick too... I also complained long ago to Micrsoft many times on this subject, but they ignored me... And,,, I know a insider at Hp who confirmed this for me what I said Hp was doing secretly is true...

High System Usage
I keep getting a High System Usage mesage from Auslogics, although run windows pro 10 with 8gig of memory on this old desktop but I never get it on my laptop with much the same programs.
Windows News Widget in the Taskbar
I have recently removed MS Edge from my PC because I have found it so intrusive, changing settings and software useage etc. But now my Taskbar MS news widget displays headlines and pix but will not show the news in detail when clicked on. Previouslt it complained it couldn't find Edge, now it just does nothing. How do I set the widget to use my current browser. I am proficient in tweaking the registry but have resisted that so far. Thanks.
