Systemwide freeze

Hello Support. On 02/13/20 I purchased an iBUYPOWER gaming desktop from BestBuy:

•model BB971 which includes the TUF B365M-PLUS Gaming ASUS motherboard, Intel 15-9400F, 6-Core 2.9GHz (4.1 GHz Turbo) NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 6GB. It has a 240GB solid state drive & 1TB SATA III hard drive. And includes Windows 10 home edition. (see CPUID report attached for further description)

However it continues to freeze up at various times throughout the day for typically about 4 seconds. So I tried a number of repairs after researching this problem on the internet; where I saw that many other people have had this same issue. None of those repairs have worked so far. Notably, I have NOT revised the BIOS as it appears to have the latest version: 1201 dated 07/15/19.

Do you have a solution for this? I love this desktop and have already loaded all my applications, so really don’t want to return it for a new one.

ANTI-MALWARE PROGRAM CONFLICT W/NORTON SECURITY

Hello - I have your Auslogics Anti-Maleware program and recently added Norton Security. Norton security runs scans in the backgound and for some reason goes after the anti-malware prgram, esentially erasing it. However it leaves my Auslogics BoosSpeed & Auslogics Driver Update prgrams alone, so they continue to run fine. Now every day I have to re-load the anti-malwar program.
I went into Norton checking the Virus & Firewall settings which are set to "allow" your anti-malway program , but it still continues to erase the entire anti-malware application. Do you have any ideas on how to fix this in Norton..?

Auslogic BoostSpeed 11

Buongiorno, recentemente nonostante l'aggiornamento, quando effettuo la scansione sulla modalità Protezione la ricerca si blocca.
Per la precisione, il programma riesce ad analizzare le trcce sul browser e nei file di sistema, ma non nelle applicazioni bloccandosi dopo avere analizzato il 32%. Ho provato a disinstallare il programma e reinstallarlo con la versione aggiornata senza risultato.

Virus ID'd as trojan in the deepscan exec

It is ruining my use of Auslogic to keep my computer clean and optimized. This 'trojan' apparently slows all the performance and my web browsers! Do you all have a fix. I had reinstalled once and still had the problem. Now, my auslogic is not doing its job in cleaning 'junk' from my drive! Got any solution?! The file was deleted by Kaspersky!

BoostSpeed 11 Pro being used with license: Cuando el cliente envia alguna informacion a Auslogics, si Auslogics no le da un acuse de recibo, aunque pudiera ser breve, el cliente tiene dudas de si Auslogics lo recibio.

それがやで 買い換えました

買い換えたばかりなのですが

I cannot reinstall ScanSnap software

I have had a Fujitsu S1500 ScanSnap scanner on my computer since I got it. Something happened lately (probably a refresh of Win10) and the program, ScanSnap Manager, stopped opening automatically when I turned on the scanner (connected by USB). After trying every remedy I could think of, I uninstalled the ScanSnap software, and cleaned the registry, figuring that I would reinstall the software from the original disk.

But even though I've done everything I know how to do to wipe the computer free of any traces of the original program, as you can see from the attached screen shot, the installer is not letting me install the program as it thinks there's a version already on the computer. There's nothing in installed programs, nor the registry, related to this program. And I force uninstalled it too. At this point I'm unable to use my scanner. Help!

Note that the subcategory of this question is not "Get Help" but your UI won't let me submit a question without choosing something, and the program in question is not in the dropdown list becuase it's already been uninstalled.

Pop-Up Product Sales Window

I just recently purchased your Bootspeed system--which is great and full of great features that I typically have to buy many programs to do. I keep getting an ad pop-up to buy your other products and when I check off DON'T SHOW AGAIN, it just does that. It's annoying and a turn off..

USB Flash Drive is corrupted and not readable

I have a corrupted USB drive and now I can't access anything on it. I don't care about the files on it now. I would like to know is there a way to UN-corrupt it in your tools. I would just like to be able to use it. It's a pretty new flash drive - only used a few times. I think I killed it when I pulled it out after it gave me a warning. I wasn't able to get the warning to go away.

2. Загрузка Windows 10 на SSD увеличилась после активации программы до 3.5 - 4 минут. До этого была около 1 минуты. Разобраться в этом просто нет времени. Прошу помощи!. По внешнему виду процесс загрузки заполнился какими-то загрузками или закачками. На экране отображаетмя значек какой-то дополнительной закачки. На черном экране вращается белый круг и это долго.

Wenn ich nach einem Systemscan durch Auslogics den Button für die möglichen Reparaturen drücke, erscheint die Aufforderung, bestimmte Apps erst abschalten zu lassen. Dafür wird fünfmal msedge.exe aufgezählt. Drücke ich den Button, der diese Anwendung(en) schließen soll, folgt die Mitteilung, das sei nicht möglich, ich solle es manuell machen. Alternativ kann ich anklicken, die Sache zu ignorieren.
Frage 1: Wenn ich es ignorieren kann (und gleich fünf mal), wofür ist es wichtig?
Frage 2: Wie schaltet man msedge.exe manuell ab?

Купил лицензию на ABSpeed 26-го июля 2021 года. Действительна ещё 181 день.
До недавнего времени проблем не возникало. Последние несколько дней слетает активация, каждый раз при открытии программы предлагает активировать ПРО версию, после ввода ключа выскакивает окно, говорящее, что программа активировани, версия ПРО, но в самой программе никаких изменений нет, кнопка "Активировать ПРО" не исчезает, и в "помощи" ропять то же самое. Что делать, как решить проблему?

Pro version ?

Noticed my Boostspeed progaram has the activate pro version on the bottom of the screen when i have already registered it.

Plus the last time i used driver updater it updated my pc then restarted it and it would not boot up no matter what i tried, I then had to reinstall windows with a backup. not used driver updater since.

Second PC Monitor Not Recognized and Screen Resolution Fuzzy on Both

I have an 11 year old PC running on Windows 10 and recently the PC stopped recognizing the existance of my second monitor, but the first and second monitors are working and showing identical screens/information. The identical screens are out-of-focus/fuzzy as well. I have attempted to find a solution on my own without success. I'm sending this message from a different device, so there is no other info about the PC, other than it continues to work OK. I hope you can help me with this issue. Thanks.

Hi, I was currently using Boostspeed12 daily until last week when I got the message that Integrator.exe failed, I have reverted to Boostspeed11 which still seems to work although it is limited compared to 12. When will this problem in 12 be corrected?

Could not activated my license

Проблема с HDD диском

Доброго времени суток. у меня случается проблема с жестким диском (seagate barracuda 1TB), при работе прогрмм находяшихся в нем, он часто вылетает. Замена сата порта и сата кабеля не помогает. Диск относил в сервес центр, говорят исправен. Помогает только ваша программа Auslogics boostSpeed, но помогает где то только на месяц пользования компьютером. Что мне делать?
