No streaming sound after you scan and fix
Why don't I have any streaming sound on prime video, you tube, netflix, etc. after you scan and resolve? Very annoying. How to I fix this, so I can enjoy my videos.
Microphone not working
In optimizing, cleaning, scanning or whatever, my computer (Surface Pro3) has lost its microphone. It won't even allow me to troubleshoot it indicating sometimes that I don't have sufficient privileges though I am the adminstrator.

When typing it is as if the keyboard were pressing only the tab, and other than that it sometimes only moved backwards. A few words back. That happens after having the computer turned on for a while, that is, it does not turn on that way. As time passes, it starts with that situation of going only words back when typing or leaving the current text box as if pressing tab.
problem after running resolve all issues early this morning
All devices listed under sound video and game controllers have yellow error triangles and when you open properties for each it shows "Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19)" I have rebooted, uninstalled all and rebooted and nothing changes usb audio has red x and no audio output device is installed and usb camera says camera in use by another app. I have disconnected both after uninstalling in device manager, rebooted then plugged them back in all still come up with error triangles and audio / camera are not functioning.

Lo que sucede es que anterior mente mi computador no le servia el programa Word y pues yo lo desintale y al intentar eliminar mis archivos para volver lo a instalar eliminar, quizas algunos archivos necesarios para Windows, pero el probrema llego en realidad, cuan al intentar instalar de nuevo el office,este se daño, y me dice que Windows ha devuelto una referencia, y asi con todos lo programas, e incluso me desactivo varia aplicaciones, es decir, este no deja instalar programas
Unable to uninstall application using Uninstall Manager of Boostspeed 11
I installed SmartDraw2020 application (free version) from the Net. Now, when I want to uninstall it, it is not showing up either in control panel or in BoostSpeed under Uninstall Manager tab. There is Uninstall option for this App when I access through Windows 10 Start Menu (see screenshot attached), but it is not uninstalling from there, due to some error (Could not open Install.log file message).
I am surprised why it is not even listed in Boostspeed under Uninstall Manager. Can you please help me?

Unused Applications - Application Logs
When doing an All Areas Scan the Disk Space never is 'Nothing Found' the result because the following files are always there:
C:\Windows\System32\SleepStudy\ScreenOn\ScreenOnPowerStudyTraceSession-2020 How can I delete, disable the folders of these files. I have gone in to the final files and deleted them, at least I think I have, but the early folders are still there and the Application Logs appear again. How do I get rid of or disable these folders? Добрый день, пользуюсь программой раз в месяц уже в течение года. Но при крайней "чистке" комьютера решил воспользоваться утилитой "удаление пустых папок" в первый раз. Процесс занял много времени, после чего перезагружал компьютер и все работало стабильно как и всегда. Но на следующий день при использовании ПК началась проблема с автоматическим переключением программ. Постараюсь объяснить. То есть при использовании например хрома, пишешь сообщение и винда сама "AltTab'ается", только не на сторонее приложение, а куда-то в пустоту на 1-2 сек и обратно переключается на используемое приложение. Даже сейчас, я пишу это, и раз в 10 сек программа выключается на пару секунд. Думал что проблема в клавиатуре или еще чём, но так ничего и не нашел.

Store and related apps don't open
Al Microsoft apps including store will not open. I have attempted to restore the app ID service but get an "access denied" popup when clicking "apply". All other methods to restore the service have hailed as well. In conjunction, I am getting a notification that McAfee and Windows Defender are both turned off when McAfee is actually running.

far faster then. But after 2-3 weeks my workstation is back very slow / freeze and sometime s takes more than 30 minutes before it
can be used again
The disk activity always 100% in the morning for about 15-20 minutes . Have installed also the free version of AVG

recovery of duplicate files accidentaly removed
I have removed duplicate files using the software, unfortunately i lost many RAW files of the photographs instead of JPEG versions of the RAW files, I wish to recover my raw files which was deleted first from the hard drive into the recycle bin and removed from there, the RAW files are Nikon NEF files. I am using SSDs optimization for my SSD drive but I found out on the internet and youtube that I should not defragment my SSD, just let window trim does the work. I would like to know if Auslogic do any good for SSD and is it gonna insert extra "write" to my SSD? If it is the case I would rather use Window trim since I saw SSD optimization also do defragment task when I optimize with Auslogic Bootspeed 12

I have not been able to view any of the reports in the Auslogics software. I just get a blank window in Foxfire.

When running Disk Defrag Optimization Auslogics Boostspeed 13 Pro hangs at 3% "Preparing" when running TRIMM on external SSD and creates a file on external SSD with the following each time Optimization is run:

Is there any benefit in having Defrag Ultimate? Boostspeed 12 includes defrag. Can Defrag Ultimate do anything the defrag in Boostspeed can't do?

To whom correspond: A few months ago I have been experiencing a slow response on my computer.
Every day I do a scanning and resolve of issues found through this tool, however still suffering this issue.
Is there something you can help. My computer is a LENOVO AIO 520-24AST.
AMD A12-9720P RADEON R7, 12 COMPUTE CORES 4C+8G 2.70 GHz

Boostspeed regularly gives me a warning message, "high system resource usage detected." What should I do to most usefully take advantage of this warning?
Why does boostspeed try to defragment SSDs?
Why at all? Especially when Diskeeper 18 from Condusiv is running? How can I disable just that portion of Boostspeed so it never interferes and puts unnecessary load on the SSD?

per un breve periodo con windows 10 ha funzionato l'IRDA (infrarosso) che uso per scaricare i dati di un vecchio cardiofrequenzimetro dopo un aggiornamento l'IRDA non ha più funzionato e nonostante le ricerche su internet per la risoluzione del problema e l'applicazione dei parametri consigliati sempre su internet la mia pennetta IRDA non funziona. I just purchased BoostSpeed 12 and installed, but errords pop when I try to enter my license key. I'm going to attempt to uninstall and reinstall in the meantime.
