WHEN I TRY TO USE THIS VERSION, IT STATES I HAVE ONLY THE FREE VERSION, AND WHEN I TRY TO USE THE PRO VERSION THE WEBSITE WANTS ME TO PAY FOR IT AGAIN,BUT SAYS IT IS REGISTERED ALL OK
FOR EXAMPLE WHEN I TRY TO DEFRAG, IT ONLY DEFRAGS, I CAN NO LONGER DEFRAG AND OPTIMSE MY DISCS AS BEFORE
THIS IS REALLY FRUSTRATING AS I HAVE BEEN A LONG TIME SUBSCRIBER

After completion of the upgrade software, the Help box remains showing my Version as 12.2.0.0

Последние несколько дней слетает активация, каждый раз при открытии программы предлагает активировать ПРО версию, после ввода ключа выскакивает окно, говорящее, что программа активировани, версия ПРО, но в самой программе никаких изменений нет, кнопка "Активировать ПРО" не исчезает, и в "помощи" ропять то же самое. Что делать, как решить проблему?
Drive C: - Reports Disk has errors
Despite the statement that the report provides details on disk error check AND REPAIR RESULTS, the report simply states that my C:Drive has errors.
There is no indication as to what the errors are or that they have been repaired; on the contrary the errors have not been identified nor have they apparently been repaired.
How do I find out what the errors are and how do I repair them?

デスクトップのショートカットから、ブーストスピード開きません。タスクバーからなら開くのに。ユーザー制御ウィンドが出てダメです。ドライバーアップデーターのショートカットも同じです。また、時々ですが、ブーストスピードが開いた時に、すべての画面が白紙画面になります。
アカウントとかセキュリティーの調整をしてみたのですが変わりません。インストールしなおしても変わりません。セキュリティソフトが干渉でもしているのでしょうか?何か良い方法はないでしょうか、お願いします。

Activating Software Problem
I have now come to the end of my tether with this piece of software. I have been sent a Registration Code because the software I purchased on the 14 Dec 2021 keeps on asking me to Activate Pro Version. I removed the programme from my computer and started afresh. The programme dowloaded and the after putting in my Licence Key it advised me that the programme was registered. However, there is white writing on a green backgroumd in the bottom right hand corner stating: Activate Pro Version (when pressed advises what you get with the Pro version - which I have already purchased!) I have added this as an attachement on an MS Word doc.

Hello Support. On 02/13/20 I purchased an iBUYPOWER gaming desktop from BestBuy:
•model BB971 which includes the TUF B365M-PLUS Gaming ASUS motherboard, Intel 15-9400F, 6-Core 2.9GHz (4.1 GHz Turbo) NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 6GB. It has a 240GB solid state drive & 1TB SATA III hard drive. And includes Windows 10 home edition. (see CPUID report attached for further description)
However it continues to freeze up at various times throughout the day for typically about 4 seconds. So I tried a number of repairs after researching this problem on the internet; where I saw that many other people have had this same issue. None of those repairs have worked so far. Notably, I have NOT revised the BIOS as it appears to have the latest version: 1201 dated 07/15/19.
Do you have a solution for this? I love this desktop and have already loaded all my applications, so really don’t want to return it for a new one.
100% disk usage
hi there, i am having a issue with my disk usage, my disk usage is at 100% a lot of the time when nothing is showing up in task manager as far as usage, any help on this issue would be greatly appreciated,

BoostSpeed 12 clobbers Voice Recognition.
I run the rescue undo, and it still does not allow voice recgnition to run. I have to reinstall windows to get it to work. I have excluded Microsofts Speech folder from appdata and protected several keys in the registry to try to prevent this. Nothing I do seems to resolve the situation.

Добрый день, приобрел годовую подписку на Aslogics BoostSpeed 11. На компьютер и ноутбук установилась нормально и отлично работает (система Windows 10). Но на второй ноутбук установилась с трудом и не запускается, при запуске вылетает окно (принтскрин во вложении). Скачивал с сайта и переустанавливал несколько раз - не помогает, программа не запускается. Система Windows Vista Home, ноутбук ужк возрастной.

It seems like the integrated defrag in boostspeed 11.5 is the old version not the new ultimate
What would be the advantage of getting the ultimate version if it is not integrated - what does the integrated version NOT do that the ultimate version does?
Sound just stopped again
I have had this problem multiple times.
Usually I just delete all sound drivers using Device Mgr.. then restart..
But..
Why does sound fail?
Is there a way to fix through AusLogics?
Does not open on click, File Open required.
MS Excel does not open on click, need to go to File Open. When received as an email attachment, MS Excel only opens a blank grey screen. Can only open after saving attachment then doing a File Open.
Tried the DDE thinh and your software said it had made the necessary changes to allow MSExcel files to be opened by clicking on them rather than using File Open

Virus ID'd as trojan in the deepscan exec
It is ruining my use of Auslogic to keep my computer clean and optimized. This 'trojan' apparently slows all the performance and my web browsers! Do you all have a fix. I had reinstalled once and still had the problem. Now, my auslogic is not doing its job in cleaning 'junk' from my drive! Got any solution?! The file was deleted by Kaspersky!

Доброго времени суток. После пользования вашим продуктом у меня стало чтото не то с загрузкой виндовс. Сначала все идет нормально. Загрузка биоса. Потом заставка загрузки виндовс. Потом у меня экран отключается и в таком состоянии минут 15. Экран от ПК не получает никаких сигналов. Как мне это отключить? Что бы была нормальная загрузка рабочего стола после заставки загрузки виндовс? Это началось сразу же после использование Ауслоджик Буст Спида. Откат системы я сделать не могу.
