For the last week I am having issues opening any file or folder. It seems like it takes a minute or 2 for them to open. It is driving me nuts.
I have tried most of the items in https://windowsreport.com/file-explorer-slow-windows-10/ with no effect.
Anything you may provide would be appreciated!
Do you have a tool to address this and repair Windows Update software or whatever is wrong?
Because I waste much time to open and preview the photos and video thumbnail in Windows Explorer.
And how can I prevent the BoostSpeed delete my thumbnail cache files in my Windows 10 in the future?

I have your software in three computers as the license allows, but I can't find how to compare configuration between them, specially in the custom scan and clean for boostspeed. For example in one computer my login screen still shows the photo microsoft chooses, but on the other it doesn't. Maybe you have that in a config or xml file. It may be good to be able to compare.
I'm not sure if this was the cause after running scans, but the 'Printer Driver' listed in the Device Manager has disaapeared. How to I get it back? I tried reinstalling the HP drivers the Printer Driver listed is still not there. I have 'Image Devices' listed with the HP Scanner driver listed (but nothing else). I have attached a pix of my Device Manager.
When using AusLogics BoostSpeed of any version (from version 5 to the latest) in the Microsoft Windows 10 Enterprise 2016 LTSB operating system, the reflection of available networks in the system tray disappears when you click on the network icon (both Wi-Fi and local). As well as a keyboard input indicator. Moreover, when uninstalling AusLogics BoostSpeed, this problem is not resolved. Which eliminates the use of AusLogics BoostSpeed on laptops with this system. How can this be fixed?
As it says on the title - after using Auslogics Boost Speed to clean up my computer, my Japanese IME stopped working. The options to input using the various keyboards disappeared and reinstalling the language did nothing. Restarted my computer, tried fiddling around and it won't come back. I've attached a picture of how it should look normally and how it looks now. Any help with getting it back would be appreciated.

my battery is not charging. i lost the invoice from the assus dealer in goa, india namely INTECH COMPUTERS, Porvorim, Goa. He is not giving the duplicate. checked online and saw that the warranty of this laptom expires on May 27, 2020, whereas I bought this laptop in April 2020. I smell something fishing with this dealer. took it to service centre, they say that warranty expired as above, and if at all they can help they want the invoice.
