Hello! Today my screen flickered and I couldn't use any browsers, I've tried chrome, firefox, edge, opera. It opens and when I try to click a link, it just goes back to the prevous screen. I can't even get your update from the link inthe app. it takes me to your site and when I click on update, it just does nothing. I can't do a search or click a bookmark.
I'm on windows 10 Pro.
I tried a system restore from your app and it failed with an error about the restore point was damaged.%programfiles%\windowsapps
AppxStaging.
So I tried it within windows. same errors.
I can't do anything that involves a browser.
I did a scan with malwarebytes, found nothing.
Not sure how to fix this.

Windows update crashes my computer

Windows update crashes my PC when I try to update it. It will start to download and fail at a certain point, around 7% DL. sometimes it will fully download, but will crash upon install. every time indicating it's rolling back to the previous version. I have Aura for VPN and anti-virus, but it never interfered before. This is now happening on 3 of my machines, and I'm at an absolute loss. The windows update troubleshooter also yields zero results.

Lost MBR?

I have about a dozen 2.5" & 3.5" SATA HDs, no bigger than 4TB that I have been using for years without issue. They are used in conjunction with via a WAVLINK eternal docking station, holds 2 drives" to USB. Recently, one HDs, 3TB one, when I tried to use it, I got an error message, "invalid parameter", "drive is not accessible or corrupted" or something like that. So I used the DSK command in Window 11 and it showed up as a "healthy drive" but showed up as "RAW" (needed to be formatted basically of course) instead of NTFS as it should be. I took this situation to be a fluke but just now, with two 4TB drives in at the same time in the docking station, the same thing happened TO THEM BOTH. I had them connect to my laptop for several hours then suddenly got the "drive not accessible" error. Same issue as before basically and back to RAW. Correct me if I'm wrong but does this very likely indicate that the docking station is creating this problem all of a sudden? It's either that or my laptop is sending something out to the drives that is causing this. Give me your opinion. My bottom question is, I'm assuming the MBR got corrupted or disappeared, of course there could be something else but it's been a very long time since I have messed with HDs on this level. Is there any way without having to send the drives out to have them professionally recovered, something I can do myself at home to re access the drives normally? Thanks in advance, Jim.

Bluetooth keyboard pairing problem

Hello,

When pairing the device, the system and Bluetooth recognizes it, but NO WINDOW APPEARS to enter the pairing code.

I have tried it several times, but always with the same result. The device I want to connect is a MX KEEYS MINI keyboard. My system is Windows 10 LTSC 2019.

The technical service of the keyboard manufacturer (Logitech) has not been able to give me a solution.

I just upgraded from 10 home to 10 pro

I recently upgraded my ASUS ROG G551JW from Windows 10 Home to Windows 10 Professional. After upgrading and re installing my apps, running some Auslogics tools, and updating my drivers. I seem to have like every Add On installed and a bunch of virtual this or virtual that, Vwifi and Vethernet. My External SSD (disk letter G) is gone, Ive always had the external SSD running Read and Write to basically have it help the computers performance. I cant Install some apps or change some setting because i will either get some kind of error or it saying that it cant be done on sysWOW32 or 64 im not sure, but something like that... I would greatly GREATLY APPRECIATE if a Tech at Auslogics can remote connect to my pc and take a look at what ever problems he may notice. I received 3 questions when I joined pro and this is my last available question and would really love to have someone who knows about computers, to take a look at it. THANK YOU. Stay safe everyone...

Ноутбук не включается без подключения к сети переменного тока и выключается при её отключении.
Обновил всевозможные драйвера, обновил биос(правда теперь появилась надпись при запуске "Checking media...").
Проверил состояние батареи через консоль(часть отчета прикрепил файлом) и там осташееся емкость 12 октября остановилось на одном значении, т.е. батарея не заряжается и не разряжается.
Что делать в данной ситуации, чтобы ноутбуком вновь можно было пользоваться автономно?

А Outlook не грузится вообще....

Hi, I have been a customer of yours for a long time. I am satisfied with the software but now I need to ask a question or rather a report.
I have the license for 3 PCs, and on one PC I have the new MSFS FS2020 simulator. Thanks to the backup I restored the files. The problem is that after deep cleaning privacy, traces in applications, empty folders, registry files, Windows system files could no longer start the game. Доброго времени суток. Уважаемые разработчики, я давно пользуюсь вашими программами, в том числе и Auslogics BoostSpeed. За последнее время я пользовалась Auslogics BoostSpeed 10 и всегда всё было без сбоев. 23 мая 2021 года я решила приобрести Auslogics BoostSpeed 12. С установкой программы не было проблем. Но после сканирования и выполнения оптимизации устройства у меня перестал работать AdGuard и не просто перестал, я его не могу даже переустановить. Пришлось мне переустанавливать всю сисстему заново. До этого проблем с AdGuard не было у Auslogics BoostSpeed 10. Мне бы не хотелось удалять Auslogics BoostSpeed 12 и возвращать свои средства. Помогите разобраться, что нужно сделать, что бы Auslogics BoostSpeed 12 не выпиливал и блокировал AdGuard из моей сисстемы, т.к. я давно пользуюсь этим программным обеспечением и он меня полностью устраивает (лицензия оплачена). Я бы понимала, если бы он выпиливал, но сам заменял функции AdGuard, но после выпиливания данной программы я полностью остаюсь не с защищенным интернетом и с кучей не нужной мне рекламы. Как вы понимаете меня это не устраивает совсем. Очень надеюсь на помощь в отладке вашей программы с программой AdGuard. В противном случае мне придется откатить Auslogics BoostSpeed 12 до Auslogics BoostSpeed 10 и вернуть потраченные средства. Но еще раз повторяю, я не хочу этого делать, а хочу полностью разобраться в данном конфликте программю Так обе эти программы мне нравятся.

my battery is not charging. i lost the invoice from the assus dealer in goa, india namely INTECH COMPUTERS, Porvorim, Goa. He is not giving the duplicate. checked online and saw that the warranty of this laptom expires on May 27, 2020, whereas I bought this laptop in April 2020. I smell something fishing with this dealer. took it to service centre, they say that warranty expired as above, and if at all they can help they want the invoice.

It seems that every day I get a warning message about a new 'Daily' task being created. That task is UsoClient (see attachment). There always seems to be three occurences of this program, despite this – so I guess that it is being deleted and recreated by Windows.

No doubt this is a Windows thing, but it would be good to understand what is going on here.

Also, if I try to disable it, despite being a local admin, I get an 'insufficient privs' error (see second attachment).

If this is deemed normal behaviour and the program is trustworthy, is there a way of disabling the warning message, but just for this one program?

Paired but won't connect

I've tried everything to get my Sony bluetooth headphones to connect automatically, it is paired in "Devices" but when I switch the headphones on they wont connect, I have to go into Settings - Devices and physically connect by pressing the connect tab, I've tried going into "Services" then scrolling down to "Bluetooth Support Service", stopping it then restarting it, it just won't restart properly, the green "curtain" only goes about 15% accross before stopping i.e it has'nt restarted properely, any ideas!!!!

Ноутбук Dell перестал распознавать оригинальное зарядное устройство Dell и АКБ не заряжается так как раньше.
Ноутбук был приобретен новым и я единственный владец. Раньше всё было в порядке. Установка вашего ПО и запуск всех инструментов пока ничего не дал. Я не могу понять в чём причина?
Ваш софт и фирменный софт Dell сообщает что АКБ находится в отличном состоянии. Сама Windows 7 pro показывает что АКБ подключена к З/У, но сообщает что АКБ не заряжается. АКБ не заряжается даже при полном выключении или перезагрузке ноутбука.
Как решение я вижу возможность также перепрошить BIOS. Пожалуйста, помогите решить вопрос.
