I have AOL Desktop Gold & it worked good for a few years, then when I signed in, the orange ball appeared, and after that, nothing; AOL trtied to fix it, via reinstall but couldn't. Any suggestions?

EWhy does every time i run the BoostSpeed 12 scan it deletes all of my Spotify downloaded playlist files?

Periodic loss of sound for 1 second in the processor power supply mode "balanced," "high performance." In the "energy saving" mode, this is not! Is it possible to solve this problem? The drivers are fresh, so is Windows.

HP Smart will not install correctly and HP Support says an antivirus or other control program has changed the settings and locked it so outside individuals can not install software on my system?
empty folder cleaned doesn't work
When I click on the box to do away with empty folders, nothing happens. It used to work but I stopped it in the middle of its job.

Hello. I don't know how it happened, but when creating a new profile in Google Chrome, the program, as I understand it, fixed its anonymity and security system in this profile, because the shortcut of the Google profile on the taskbar was the same as the shortcut of the program itself.
How can this be managed? How many such profiles can be created and how can I create such a profile consciously if I need it?

boostspeed being blocked
Hi. I have recently downloaded malwarebytes and it wont allow anything through from auslogics and deletes the program then wont let me download boostspeed12 again. I have tried the ignore list, but still no good. any help please? ozzyos

Used to run fast, I have changed the advanced settings, now running slow,
I guess you cannot know which advanced settings I have enabled, (most of them)
what do you think? and what is your best guess as to my problem?
restarting issue
hello, i've been having an issue with my computer restarting whenever it likes to. i'm not sure what's wrong. i've troubleshooted the ram by removing half and running, and then the other half but that didn't work. i do not have an over heating problem, nor dust build up on cpu.

Driver update
Hello,
Subcategory is not correct (cannot select something else), please ignore.
I get a message from the driver updater that a driver is not up to date.
It is about PnP-Monitor Lock
It says:
Outdated driver 16.10.46.576 of 21/01/2019 Remote Utilities LLC
New driver 1.0 15/06/2015 BenQ Inc.
How is it that a newer driver is outdated?
Should I install the older driver?
activate windows 10
I was on Insider program which loaded enterprise edition a few years ago.
When computer crashed it reloaded a windows 10 home and now wants me to activate the 10 program. I paid for a win 10 home edition but it will not accept the activation code because of the enterpirse edition I just use without the activation. I tried talking to microsoft and not any answer.

Lately (last several weeks) the vast majority of my on-screen selections require a 'double click' on the mouse in order for advancing. How can I correct this so movement on-screen can be accomplished with just a single click on the mouse? Could this be an associated problem with Boostspeed's notice of "Hish system resource usage detected' and I "might experience extreme PC slowdown"?

I can access everything on my computer except for a application and winrar after updating my windows.
It shows Windos cannot access the specified device, path or file. You may not have the appropiate permissiong to access the item. I reformated my pc and its the same.

how to find and permanently scrub wipe erase delete WIN10 VSS/ Shadow Copy files
Have disabled VSS ok.
Can find no way to erase existing files created by VSS, and they have eaten up neary 50% of my hdd over the last year.

Windows 10 Reliability Monitor issue.
Control Panel>Security and Maintenance>Reliability Monitor activated history is not available but for 1 day, no computer
reliability and problem history is shown in the graphic display. I have a lap top computer with the same setup as my desktop
and deleted BoostSpeed 12 from the laptop. The reliability and problem history started to show up on the chart. I conclude that there is something in the BoostSpeed software that is affecting this control panel issue. Got any fixes?

I am curious , do you have settings needed for faster start ups of the msconfig settings ? For it will make start ups even faster in windows 10 or more than likly even in windows 7 & 8 as well.

Start Menu Disappeared
A few weeks ago while using Windows 10 on my desktop computer, the monitor momentarily went black then came back on. But since then the Start Menu is totally missing. After clicking on Start button, an error message comes up now.

Windows 10 Restart Stalls
If it wasn't for windows updates I could live with not using the restart option. However, windows update requires the restart so I expect it to fail each time there is an update. Recently did scan and did the suggested tweaks in the Maintain section of BoostSpeed 11. Any thoughts or suggestions?
