Speakers pair but are then 'not discoverable'
Hi folks
Had been hoping your driver updater would resolve this problem - multiple bluetooth speakers/headphones (and possibly other devices) that had prevoiusly been used with this PC, and that can still be paired and unpaired to this PC, are now 'not discoverable' and thus cannot be used to play/record sound.
I've seen this mentioned in a couple of forums but for different devices. Mine include logitech x50 and jbl450bt

computer shuts off
My computer unexpectandlty shuts off after 15 minutes. I check the cpu usage and its low. Not sure if the system is overheating.

DirectX Windows Feature Install Prompt
A piece of software on my new Windows 11 system apparently requires the DirectX Windows Optional Feature set to run and I am continually receiving a prompt to install the feature, even though the features are already installed. I get prompted mulitple times per day to install DIrect X even though it's already installed. I've tried removing and resinstalling the optional feature and still get prompted to install it multiple times per day. I do not know what software is prompting this install. The prompt I receive is in the attached screenshot. I am not a game player, so it's not a legacy game that requires the feature. I'd really appreciate your help. Here is info about my system:

I only use mu PC for flight simulation practive. Iecently uninstalled a program called Traffic Global. IT contined over twelve thousand files. Every time I run the Duplicate Filesprogram, the files continue to show up although I removed Traffiv Global weeks ago. Can you advise? Thanks!

display driver
card: geforce rtx 2060. During a recent driver update that failed the old nvidia driver was replaced by the basicdisplay.sys driver and my card is no longer even recognised by my system. Nvidia driver update fails. i've tried every fix listed, nothing works. Windows update fails with the 0x800703f1 error for everything now. You own driver updater now hangs at connecting to the cloud. I even tired a manual instal. that failed as well. How can i reinstall a display driver?

False alarms
I have this problem for many years now and I cannot find out what’s happening. When I start Windows, I hear a number of times the ding dong sound of hardware that is connecting and disconnecting. When I look into the Control Panel > Devices and printers, I see an icon showing up and disappearing. The label says: Unknown USB device (Device Descriptor Request failed). I checked all hardware connected to the PC more than once and for each piece of hardware there’s is an icon in the Control Panel. So I really don’t know to which piece of hardware this additional icon is related. After about 20 ding dongs, the sounds stops by itself. Sometimes this issue has gone for some time, but it returns as suddenly as it has been gone.
Any comment on this issue would be appreciated.

Windows Event Viewer and Auslogics BoostSpeed 12
I am having ongoing issues with my MSI GL65 Leopard suddenly "freezing" (GUI becomes totally unresponsive) while I am streaming, using cloud drives (One Drive, SharePoint, etc) or have multiple applications running in Windows (Outlook, Teams, Microsoft Word, etc). I am forced to to hit the power button and reboot -- often losing my work in the progress.
It is not a hardware issue as I have 32G Ram with an Intel i7. I check the Windows Event Viewer and persistently see issues with the "Cloud Files Diagnostic Event Listener", and the application-specific permission settings in COM Server Application.
Is there a way (or a tool in Auslogics) to use the info I find in the WIndows Viewer to address these or any other issues? Is there a Windows Event Viewer diagnostic tool I am unaware of? Am I barking up the wrong tree in using Windows Event Viewer and the real issue is elsewhere and there's a better way to identify the issue?
I am only associating the freezes with these issues because they usually occur right before Critical Error freeze occurs.

A day ago my windows 8.1 laptop started to say a word that sounds like Paul. I was listening to news and it appeared as if scheduled every10 seconds. Now even with no user task running I still hear the word. Any ideas?

pc unplugged ac adapter pc shuts down with battery charged at high percentage
my laptop has new battery, but when i unplug the AC adapter my laptop shuts down when it has a high charged percentage battery. how in settings to fix please.. oh, and my battery cannot be taken out in my asus pc

При сканировании Disk Doktor пишет что диск C содержит ошибки но при исправлении и глубоком исправлении все равно пишет диск содержит ошибки. Другие программы Auslogics пишут что все диски впорядке. Это ошибка программы или что ?

Gestern wurde BoostSpeed 3x gelöscht!
Hierfür hätte ich gerne eine Lösung von Ihnen erfahren.

I cannot open hyperlinks in Outlook. My system is always saying that opening isn't allowed.
Looking to solve that problem with all kind proposals I found on internet doesn't give satisfaction.
(also copying registerkeys from a anotrher computer succeeding to open that kind of links doesn't give the solution)
( all options of the Outlook-program are set as they are on the good-working PC. Also that wasn't giving a solution)
Both PC have Bitdefender Total Protectionb als Virusprotection, so this cannot be the origin of the problem.
Please can you help me : I'm searching to find a solution for more than a full year...
