Cannot activate
WHEN I TRY TO USE THIS VERSION, IT STATES I HAVE ONLY THE FREE VERSION, AND WHEN I TRY TO USE THE PRO VERSION THE WEBSITE WANTS ME TO PAY FOR IT AGAIN,BUT SAYS IT IS REGISTERED ALL OK
FOR EXAMPLE WHEN I TRY TO DEFRAG, IT ONLY DEFRAGS, I CAN NO LONGER DEFRAG AND OPTIMSE MY DISCS AS BEFORE
THIS IS REALLY FRUSTRATING AS I HAVE BEEN A LONG TIME SUBSCRIBER
PLEASE HELP.

After completion of the upgrade software, the Help box remains showing my Version as 12.2.0.0

До недавнего времени проблем не возникало. Последние несколько дней слетает активация, каждый раз при открытии программы предлагает активировать ПРО версию, после ввода ключа выскакивает окно, говорящее, что программа активировани, версия ПРО, но в самой программе никаких изменений нет, кнопка "Активировать ПРО" не исчезает, и в "помощи" ропять то же самое. Что делать, как решить проблему?
Drive C: - Reports Disk has errors
Despite the statement that the report provides details on disk error check AND REPAIR RESULTS, the report simply states that my C:Drive has errors.
There is no indication as to what the errors are or that they have been repaired; on the contrary the errors have not been identified nor have they apparently been repaired.
How do I find out what the errors are and how do I repair them?

Activating Software Problem
I have now come to the end of my tether with this piece of software. I have been sent a Registration Code because the software I purchased on the 14 Dec 2021 keeps on asking me to Activate Pro Version. I removed the programme from my computer and started afresh. The programme dowloaded and the after putting in my Licence Key it advised me that the programme was registered. However, there is white writing on a green backgroumd in the bottom right hand corner stating: Activate Pro Version (when pressed advises what you get with the Pro version - which I have already purchased!) I have added this as an attachement on an MS Word doc.

But in realatiy is the green botten still here and its not working as should when activated.

Auslogics 12 is blocked by Windows 10
My Auslogics 12 is blocked by Windows 10. What can I do to fix this problem? And I cannot to set my Auslogics license key. I have just a basic version of programm now.

Plus the last time i used driver updater it updated my pc then restarted it and it would not boot up no matter what i tried, I then had to reinstall windows with a backup. not used driver updater since.

Несовместимость Auslogic BootSpeed 11 и противовирусных программ:ESET Internet Security версии 12.2, Dr.Web
Установленная у меня лицензионная программа Auslogic BootSpeed 11 постоянно конфликтует с программой ESET Internet Security версии 12.2, а программа Dr.Web Curelt! просто удаляет Auslogic BootSpeed 11, как несущую угрозу компьютеру (вирусная угроза!). Can you explain this? I downloaded the "free" defrag version last Saturday. It worked perfectly. On Sunday, I dod my usual maintenance, which includes defragmentation and back-up. Again, it worked perfectly. Today, when I was working I got a message indicating that a "defragment" was urgently needed. So I did yet another defragmentation. Then, for some reason which
I cannot explain, I downloaded the "pro" version of your product. Once it was completed, I did yet another defragmentation. To my surprise, there were files that required yet another defragmentation. My question is, why? Should I really trust that your software is actually doin what it is supposed to?
Auslogics Shell Extensions and Startup
I recently looked into the Auslogics Startup Manager and Shell Extensions and I was alarmed to discover that 2 programs are listed as Dangerous. I have checked the web which lists these 2 program as 58% malicious. The programs relate to the Motherboard hardware installation. They are ASUS.com and atkexComSvc.exe. According to the various web sites the way to remove them is to go to Control Panel Programs and Features and to uninstall. But on my configuration they are not listed in the program list. Auslogics reports them as Dangerous. How do I use Auslogics to disable/remove/unistall?
