Deleted files
When removing files to speed up the computer, BoostSpeed deleted *.wsw files essential to my business. These are a part of a software application called Website-Watcher and include several hundred "bookmarks" that took years to develop. Can you tell me where they went and how I might recover them?
Windows system font distortion
After running Auslogics Registry Cleaner 9, I rebooted my Windows 10 PC and now the system font is distorted in Windows and Chrome.

Can not print
Since I did the clean up on my computer I can not print. It is a network printer and the IP guy said the connection is good but something is blocking my computer from seeing the printer and communicating with it.
Hard drive not showing up on optimize screen
When using windows explorer, a specific hard drive is not showing up when I check the optimize box. I can scan and repair it but not optimize it. I used the free degrament tool by auslogics but even after auslogics deframented it, it is not showing up.
Should I be concerned about this? What does this mean?

PC slows down after a period of being on, following re-boot.
This has happened a while (over a year): I leave my PC on 24/7 to get updates, etc.
After I re-boot it works fine but several hours or perhaps a day later, the PC slows down and re-quires another re-boot.
I just noticed today, after upgrading to V 12.3.0.1 that, although it still slows down, I selected the Disable BoostSpeed instead of leaving BoostSpeed running in the background, and the PC immediately sped up to normal! This is the first time I have tried that.
Have you run into this anomoly before and/or do you have a fix for this?

Slow computer

Before I started to use Auslogics my computer was very slow. Then I used your Auslogics and the computer was much faster. However, few days aftrer it become slow again from day to day. Every few days i do full Scan and Clean and it help a little bit (it become a bit faster , but not as it was the first time i did the first scan and then again after few hours it become slow again,

A problem with a small space on the C disk. How else to free up space on the C disk? Which program files can I transfer to an external disk and make win 10 work without problems?

Здравствуйте, недавно начались проблемы с игровым ноутбуком, а именно низкие fps в играх, для сравнения, буквально месяц назад в игре counter strike global offencive было больше 200 fps, на данный момент выше 60 не поднимается ( проблема не в самой игре, в других тоже самое даже на низких настройках ) Ноутбуку год. Пересмотрев множество видео с вариантами решения проблемы, все равно не повышается качество игры. Уже и очистку, и сканирование делала с помощью вашей программы, все равно не выходит. Computer shutting off

Hello Sir,
My question is whether the software Auslogics Registry Cleaner 9 is not already included in the software BoostSpeed in its Pro Version. I will have to purchase and register both softwares? The BoostSpeed Pro Version will not be enough to bring my PC the best performance?

Установленная у меня лицензионная программа Auslogic BootSpeed 11 постоянно конфликтует с программой ESET Internet Security версии 12.2, а программа Dr.Web Curelt! просто удаляет Auslogic BootSpeed 11, как несущую угрозу компьютеру (вирусная угроза!). Why won't my system allow me to upgrade to Pro Version? I have started getting a message - An Administrator has blocked you from using this App. That's not righty because I am the administrator and have checked my settings and can't see anything wrong. I have re-installed program and un-installed a few things that might be causing conflict and still can't find problem.
Auslogics Shell Extensions and Startup
I recently looked into the Auslogics Startup Manager and Shell Extensions and I was alarmed to discover that 2 programs are listed as Dangerous. I have checked the web which lists these 2 program as 58% malicious. The programs relate to the Motherboard hardware installation. They are ASUS.com and atkexComSvc.exe. According to the various web sites the way to remove them is to go to Control Panel Programs and Features and to uninstall. But on my configuration they are not listed in the program list. Auslogics reports them as Dangerous. How do I use Auslogics to disable/remove/unistall?

My handsfree blue tooth device will connect but the sound will still go through the computer's speaker and not the bluetooth. What is causing this?

I've got a problem with switching to my dedicated graphics card. For some reason games like CS:GO tend to run on integrated graphics. I've tried everything such as going to Nvidia Contol Panel and choosing cs:go, and setting it on my Nvidia card. When I go to Graphics settings and choose CS:GO it says Intel(R) HD Graphics 3000 for Power Saving and High Performance (which it shouldn't be like this) . I've installed the latest version of my Nvidia Card ( which is 391.35). The only way I can use my Nvidia Graphics for CS:GO is that I have to disable Intel(R) HD Graphics 3000 in Device Manager (which then I'm limited to 60HZ and can't change color settings)
I'm using an Asus Laptop( Asus K53SV)
Here is some information about the hardware that I'm using:
