How do I dasable the advertising popups in Boost Speed 12? I already own some of your products and don't want to be bothered with the advertising.

Also, when do you plan to have the problem with Boost Speed Pro resolved what it asks me if I want to activate the Pro version when I already have it?

Green Buttons asking to activate pro version

I have the Pro Version. When I click on Help/About the window confirms that. Why to I have a green button on every screen asking me to activate the Pro Version. I even hit the button and it confirms I have the Pro and the green buttons persist. Help.

key not working.

The following two keys of my Dell Inspiron laptop is not workin ;
1) 'Delete' key
2) 'Down arrow' key.

My laptop's system drive is 'C', one of the system folder in drive 'C' is occupying too much of space. I am pretty sure that there are plenty of unnecessary data and file. How can I find which one to keep and which one to delete, pls advice.

WTF AUSLOGICS??

I've been a registered user of Auslogics Boostspeed for many years. Just recently my Boostspeed 12 program shows that i'm registered in the ABOUT section under help, yet the program says Activate Pro Version on the bottom right & the program has Trial Version operability. This is happening on both of the PCs that I use this program on. I've sent 2 emails requesting assistance over a week ago & still have received no response.

I need this issue resolved or I will be requesting a refund.

Запретить windows кэшировать в mapping file

Добрый день. Иногда падают игры, с ошибкой на нехватку оперативной памяти. Проблема в том что WIN10 уводит в кэш слишком много памяти. На скриншоте 1.6гб+, но это после чистки. было 10гб.
Используя RAMMap.exe выявил что те 10гб были схаваны Mapped File: standby. Почистил. но сейчас опять память утекает..
как можно отключить это недоразумение?
Служба SuperFetch отключена. Что еще может жрать память и не отдавать её?

Suggestion to mute certain notifications

I have an anti-virus program that always run and notified by Boostspeed (an item just added into.... start-up), "C:\Program Files\Bitdefender\Bitdefender 2017\bdagent.exe" , in the Registry/run of the Startup Manager. How can I mute this particular notification from poping up? It is too frequent.
I suggest an exception based notification where we can right-click a particular line in the Startup Manager to mute the message, but still allow it to execute (on startup).

thank you, hoping this feature will still be in version 12.

By-the-way, I could not find "Bitdefender" in the subcategory drop down list for this subject.

Здравствуйте.
Пользуюсь Auslogics BoostSpeed недавно. Еще не во всем разобрался.
Столкнулся с проблемой что каждый раз после сканирования компьютера и последующей очисткой вашей программой, у меня перестает работать Google Drive File Stream. Уже в исключения вносил папки Google Drive в ProgrammFiles и в папке кэша. Все равно перестает работать.
Подскажите как быть или в чем проблемма.
Система:
Windows 10-Home 64-bit, v.1809, сборка 17763.737.
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-8265U CPU@1.6-1.8 GHz; RAM - 8 Gb.

Error 0xc1900101

Dear Sir/Madame,

I keep getting error 0xc1900101 on Windows Update.
It all started when I switched to new SSD 970 EVO 500GB.
Windows have had updated few times than came version 20H2 which doesn't seem to work.
Updater downloads it, instal it and then during instalation after reboot it colapses around 24%. Then it reboots and I get this error record.
The computer is DELL XPS 13 9360 with i7, 8GB ram.
It runs Windows 10 PRO 1909

Lorsque j'effectues une défragmentation de mon ssd avec l'option pour sdd, ils reste des carrées en rouge.
J'ai sélectionné dans les options 'tous les fichiers'.

Egalement l'indicateur ne se met pas a 0%

Updates to file finder and boost speed

Almost on a daily basis I am getting notification of duplicate file finder and BoostSpeed 12 has a new update. I click onto download, I see where it is downloading, but when I go to install the update it does nothing. It doesnt tell me it has completed installation or given me a notce that it failed. This has be going on since I puchased Logistics. I guess it is not my fault for not following up on this, since I'm not getting my monies worth.
If you could help to get the problem solved or tell me what I've been doing wrong, sure would appreciate it.

Intermittent PC Crashes/Freezes

To Whom It May Concern,

I intiated my original correspondence on the 5th November as indicated below:

I, now, upload the Event View Log, in the hope this will assist you in resolving this issue. Many thanks. As an aside, I think there should, also, be an option to 'Add File' from my account page. Instead, I am obligated to intiate another question to include this file and this should not be the case, when it is part of the same, initial, question.

This is a bit ridiculous. I am asked to create a log from the Event Viewer which is 'saved as' a .evtx file and now I cannot add it! Neither can I add it in a format that is recognised by Auslogics! Wow! Really, really helpful - Not!

I await an update at your earliest available opportunity.

Dear Ian,

Thank you for posting your question on our forum.

The easiest way to solve the issue is to uninstall the program that creates this error or contact their support.

Often, such errors are created by hacked software or bugs in software that can only be solved by their developers.

Running the command "sfc / scannow" in CMD under the admin might help with the issue.

You can also send to our support logs with system information and event viewer so that we can better understand the issue.

To get the system information report press Start -> Run, type in MSINFO32 and press the Enter button. Save the report using the File -> Save menu option.

To get logs from event viewer, please do the following:

1. Press the key combination "Windows" + "X"

2. Select "Event Viewer"

3. Expand the "Custom Viewer" subsection

4. Select "Administrative Events"

5. Expand the "Action" menu

6. Click on "Save all events in custom view as ..."

7. Save log to PC

If you need any further assistance or have any other questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Your prompt response to my request for technical support is very much appreciated.

Further to your recommendations I have now run the commend "sfc /SCANNOW in CMD under the Administrator privileges.In the event, corrupted files were found and successfully repaired.

At this stage, I think I will see if this provides system stability, before sending the associated report with the Windows Event Viewer.

Cross mark on wifi symbol

This happens sometimes . When i on the laptop there is a red cross mark on wifi button and when i on the wifi it doesnot detect any network . But after I off and on the aeroplane mode and the system a lot of times it goes off . It is not related to the function key which disables it as i tried it .

Skipped traces

Lanovo with windows 10

Just upgraded to latest BoostSpeed 11 and have a problem I NEVER had with the precious version ~ 245 traces in the broswer SKIPPED! Made repeated attempts, alwys 245 skipped! Not good!-

PS, forcing a "Subcatagory" selrection makes ZERO sense. the categoriars are inane!

Во-первых:после оптимизации жёсткого диска"С" SSD c ОС , диск перестал открываться в предварительной программе запуска(BIOC) Windows 10 pro версии 1903, прекидывал диски местами результатов нет " Мёртвый" подскажите как его реанимироваь??? Пришлось записывать ОС на обычный жесткий диск. В цело мне ваша программа нонравилась - поддержка обяного жесткого диска значительно лучше чем другие...
