Auslogics Boost speed
I subscribed to Boost spoeed 9 a while ago and it worked as expected.. It had a function of Scan Repair and sleep.. good for the end of the day.
However as the program is up dated it no longert has that function and I find I have to buy a new licence for each up date. . With out the scan repair and sleep ,it seems not now wortyh paying for more up dates.
What can i do and shall i lookj for another program that will do that for me

Right mouse click or Double click slow respond
when I Right mouse click or Double click on a file it takes almost 90 second to 2 minutes to respond in window explorer
Boost Speed doesn't recognize SSD
Hey guys,
Boost Speed doesn't recognize SSD and claims that it is HDD. Yes, I am sure it is SSD, all other software recognizes it as SSD (programs like Speccy, etc.).
How can this be fixed?

When I do a scan, it comes back and tells me xxxx amount of junk to be cleaned and fragmented. When I click recolvder all, 90% of the junk is removed. I cleaned junk files and it said xxxx amount of files and it cleaned all but 91 mg. I therefore have to clean 2 or 3 times to remove all. WHY? I have paid for this version and it is not updated. Please advise.

Empty Folder finder
I have run this a few times and it always finds new empty folders. Why does this happen? Also there are always some that can't be deleted. Again why please?

When I am doing a system scan the scanner takes almost 30 minutes or more when it gets to temporary files. Is there something I can do to speed this up?

DirectX Windows Feature Install Prompt
A piece of software on my new Windows 11 system apparently requires the DirectX Windows Optional Feature set to run and I am continually receiving a prompt to install the feature, even though the features are already installed. I get prompted mulitple times per day to install DIrect X even though it's already installed. I've tried removing and resinstalling the optional feature and still get prompted to install it multiple times per day. I do not know what software is prompting this install. The prompt I receive is in the attached screenshot. I am not a game player, so it's not a legacy game that requires the feature. I'd really appreciate your help. Here is info about my system:

WTF AUSLOGICS??
I've been a registered user of Auslogics Boostspeed for many years. Just recently my Boostspeed 12 program shows that i'm registered in the ABOUT section under help, yet the program says Activate Pro Version on the bottom right & the program has Trial Version operability. This is happening on both of the PCs that I use this program on. I've sent 2 emails requesting assistance over a week ago & still have received no response.
I need this issue resolved or I will be requesting a refund.

Здравствуйте! После выполнения глубокой очистки файлов перестало работать стандартное приложение Windows "Кино и ТВ". Исчез exe-файл - 0 байт. Прошу учесть при подготовке обновления BoostSpeed 12, а также подсказать - как востановить приложение "Кино и ТВ"?
