Sound interface stopped working on Windows 11
My good old Line 6 Toneport KB37, midi controller, and external soundcard combo stopped working on my new PC.
When running on an Asus TUF H310M with a Core i5 9400F and 16GB of RAM, it was working just fine.
Now, on the new setup, a Gigabyte Aorus Elite B760M with a Core i5 13th gen and 32GB of DDR5 RAM, the installation and driver setup ran okay. However, when playing any kind of music or sound file in any player, including YouTube, streaming services, you name it, it doesn't work. The sound feels 'cropped'; it plays extremely slow and low pitched, clearly malfunctioning.
Cubase 12 doesn't even recognize the device or the ASIO drivers for configuration.
I've been using the Toneport KB37 for music production and as a general soundcard for years, and on the old PC, it still works perfectly.
The same USB cable is being used on both PCs.
Am I missing any kind of configuration, new driver, or something that could make it work with Windows 11?

Free disk space issue
I have two external HD of exactly the same size, 3.63 TB, they both hace exactly the same amount of data stored on them both, 1.84 TB, 2240 files, 61 folders. My issue is that the "free space" shows a difference amount, 1.50 TB verse 1.55 TB. I have ensured that recycle bin on them both are empty and ran every program that would make sense with the confines of BoostSpeed 13 and nothing seems to make any difference. This isn't the only example of this sort of thing happening. I'm bewildered. Please advise.

PC not powering up

after replacing processor 1600 x to 5600 x and motherboard MSI B350m to ASUS B550m-a, PC won't power up when it was shut down for a few hours.. It will only start after multiple tries and cables disconnection.. etc after about 20 to 30 minutes.. Once it is up and running no issues whatsoever.. Now i leave it on sleep mode..
The new peocessor and motherboard are second hand ones..
We replaced CMOS battery but it did not solve the problem..
Any tips please?

Auslogics Driver Updater should I cancel or wait for installation to finish?
I am trying to update my Nvidia GeForce GTX 960 driver via Auslogics Driver Updater and it's taking a very long time to install. I began the process yesterday (29/03/24) at around 7pm and expected it to take a long time to back-up the old driver setting and then download the new driver. I've come back to my computer at 30/03/24 at 1pm and it is still installing.
Should I continue to wait (and if so, for how long) or should I cancel the installation and rollback to the older driver?

My monitor is Acer K222HQLBID 21.5 Inch HDMI Monitor.
My personal computer is PACKARD BELL - iMedia S 2885 Desktop PC
One of the cables is a 5amp cable and the other is a 10 amp cable. They both have the same connection at the other end to attach to the equipment.
I cannot find the manuals and am having no success online to find the answer.
Do you know which cable is for the monitor and which cable is for the personal computer.

Computer shuts down instead on going to sleep

...при установке второй системы (windows7), при уже существующей (windows10), на отдельный диск, после загрузки BIOS, мышь и клавиатура перестаёт работать. Что бы Вы посоветовали?

Auslogics Boostspeed 12
My computer is a 64 bit machine which can run 32 bit programs. My computer is running Boostspeed 12 using 32 bit versions of all its programs instead of the 64 bit version. Is this the reason why my computer is taking over an hour to startup in the morning with the disk using 93% to the usual 100% all the time? Or, is the problem due to too much disk thrashing since it appears that all the startup programs start up immediately instead of being staggered per the scheduler? This problem started when I had to uninstall Boostspeed 12 and reinstall it per the Auslogics support person.

I used the file recovery service - your program found about 46000 deleted files (be somebody or a virus). How can I tell the program to recover all the files, w/o marking the 46000 foles one by one?

Wenn ich nach einem Systemscan durch Auslogics den Button für die möglichen Reparaturen drücke, erscheint die Aufforderung, bestimmte Apps erst abschalten zu lassen. Dafür wird fünfmal msedge.exe aufgezählt. Drücke ich den Button, der diese Anwendung(en) schließen soll, folgt die Mitteilung, das sei nicht möglich, ich solle es manuell machen. Alternativ kann ich anklicken, die Sache zu ignorieren.

I am all for doing just that, however, when I open the Start Up I am confonted with a list of apps which for the most part mean very little to me. I have no idea what disabling any particular app will do; whether it would have a detrimental or beneficial effect on my system.
I would be grateful for any advice or suggestions you may be able to give to help me.
I had thought to supply you with a list of the apps but can find no way to even copy a list into a word document, so maybe you could help me to accomplish that so that you will be better able to help me!
Alternatively, I am happy for you to use remote access.

Hello, My question is this: From time to time when I right mouse button click on a file on the desktop or in a folder the computer just freezes with the little blue circle turning for like 20-30 seconds before the right click menu will pop up, it does not do it all the time and seems random and there does not seem to be a reason for this, I have followed all the tutorials online that I could find and that is even why I purchased your software but nothing seems to solve this annoying issue, hopefully you can help.
