Bluetooth driver
When I bought this I ran a scan and was using my wireless mouse after the scan I was unable to use my mouse. Would this software delete my driver if so how would I get it back?

I'm running Windows 10 on my Lenovo Thinkpad pc. For several months, Microsoft Works 9.0 Word Document takes about 55 seconds to initally open the first file. After that, it opens files in less than 5 seconds. I've done Repair and reloaded the software several times with no impovement. Microsoft Word works fine, opening files in less than 5 seconds. Any thoughts?

I'm becoming more than agittated with the over aggesive nature of this program trying to delete my browser and inserting itself on my system. Is there away of gettin this stiopped, have sent a number of e-mails to microsoft, windows insider and others. Any guidence you can supply will be greatly welcomed.

Laptop freezes on and off
Lenovo laptop freezes on and off. I have few apps open at the same time and I wfh these days. so I logged onto VDI to connect to my workspace. Can you remote login and help.

Boost resets location to not enabled.
Now my privacy & security > Location shows location sevices off and managed by your orginization.
How do I stop Boost from doing this and how can I turn off the anaged by your orginization and reset location services to on.
- I did reset location services once, but it was a PITA. And now I know how it gets reset.

The JBL connected with Bluetooth Properly where in the sound output of windows 10 it does not appear

I conntected with Bluetooth the device - Speaker JBL Flip 5 (bluetooth connection only). It appear in the the Setting / bluetooth Devices of Windows 10
But in the setting of Windows 10 the device does not appear so I can not use it.
You gave me for the same quesion an answer for old windows (8) and for headset. I donot have Playback in the setting...
I tried to replace the driver, to update my windows 10 and restart,....It does not help
I'll be glad to have the right solution

How do I get Cyber Protect Home Office to remove privacy issues in my browsers? I have thousands (yes, thousands) of pointers or cookies identified in the scan that never get removed. None of the previous versions of BoostSpeed would remove the offending files either. Thank you.

I go to soundin Setup of Windos 10 to switch to JBL Flip 5 and it is does not appear.

Extremely Slow
Why is my computer even slower now then it was before I downloaded Auslogics BoostSpeed 12? I always get the following message. "High syste resources usage detected. You may experience PC slowdown."

After using Auslogics BoostSpeed to try and increase the free space on my main drive C, I've accidentally purged my entire Downloads folder and deleted everything that was stored there which made my to try and recover the files. First using Auslogics BoostSpeed to try search for them unsuccessfully as well as several other software that does the same. I've only managed to find few of the files I was looking for during one of the early scans which I foolishly did not try and immediately recover which caused me to no longer be able to find the files in later searches to find more of it.
Is it possible to undo the cleaning processes of Auslogics BoostSpeed so that it could revert the state of the folder to one that never lost its contents?

After the New Folder option that is usually available after right clicking is somehow gone or disabled, is it possible to regain the ability to create new folders with this PC that I'm using without having to rely on copying existing folders or giving myself blank ones from another PC?

Al Microsoft apps including store will not open. I have attempted to restore the app ID service but get an "access denied" popup when clicking "apply". I have windows installed on my SSD and HDD so how do I transfer data from one installation to the other without cloning
So I got and installation of windows on my SSD and HDD, but now I want to shift my files from HDD to SSD installation and then delete windows from HDD, but I don't want to clone(unless it doesn't clone windows installation and other files that I already installed on the SSD) my current installation(HDD) as it was pirated while the other one is legal, and by data I mean everything from text files to programs I installed, so I just want the user data and programs I installed to be shifted to my SSD without deleting windows from SSD and cloning the HDD one. I want boost speed to startup when win 10 starts
I cannot get this boost speed 11 version to create a staru up buttom to check or uncheck. So, currently I must start my pc. Then start boost spped 11 and diminish to the lower tray daily. I would like to set it to Start each time my pc is turned on automatically.
I do get a failur when I try to set this auto run featur from the settings within boost speed 11. I seaprch online and cannot find an answer.

recovery of duplicate files accidentaly removed
I have removed duplicate files using the software, unfortunately i lost many RAW files of the photographs instead of JPEG versions of the RAW files, I wish to recover my raw files which was deleted first from the hard drive into the recycle bin and removed from there, the RAW files are Nikon NEF files. I am using SSDs optimization for my SSD drive but I found out on the internet and youtube that I should not defragment my SSD, just let window trim does the work. I would like to know if Auslogic do any good for SSD and is it gonna insert extra "write" to my SSD? If it is the case I would rather use Window trim since I saw SSD optimization also do defragment task when I optimize with Auslogic Bootspeed 12

I am having problems with Windows Word and Excvel !
I keep getting a message ' not responding' - when loading both Word and Excel - then after about 30 seconds it loads ?!
I have tried all sorts of published ways to correct this problem.
Is their a simple way to stop this annoying problem.

I have not been able to view any of the reports in the Auslogics software. I just get a blank window in Foxfire.

My windows 10 always very busiy in 15-20 minutes almost every morning. I have install auslogic and it has make my workstation
far faster then. But after 2-3 weeks my workstation is back very slow / freeze and sometime s takes more than 30 minutes before it
can be used again
The disk activity always 100% in the morning for about 15-20 minutes . Have installed also the free version of AVG

I use Bitdefender VPN for anonomous web usage on my Windows 10 desktop computer. I connect to the internet using a USB wifi adapter. Last week the program updated. Now everytime I connect I get a message from BoostSpeed 12 about an attempt to change DNS detected. The next line states- Adapter:TAP Windows Adapter v9. The next line states-Value: 198.51.100.1
How do I stop getting this particular notification without stopping all notifications?
