Recovering Deleted Files
How do I recover my delted One Drive files that were deleted when I upograded to Pro Vestion 13

Ok ..so Ill just tell my problem: I started getting unsuccessful access tries constantly for mm a year ,it wassnt like that before, and i dont know from where or why.. my Mobile? But some are from Firefox and i dont have it anywhere anymore Have you seen something like this before? I have a picture ..screenshot

I downloaded Auslogics BoostSpeed 13 Free Edition and read about tasks that would help the speed of my laptop. The only section I used was delete unused programs. It showed me a list and I selected about seven or eight items. And later I opened
my desktop and realized I had lost about 30 shortcut Icons. Many that I still use.
I read thru the inforrmation to try to reverse my action. I used the recovery section but keep seeing a popup window telling me to
turn off my anti-virus and firewall and no data was exchanged (I used a restore date one week earlier.) I tried three different restore dates and they all failed with the same pop-up. My question -is there a procedure for correcting my mistake and possibly recovering my desktop icons? Thanks for any direction.

Когда сижу в наушниках в одном ухе тихо играет музыка. Пробовал закрывать все приложения, смотреть в микшере громкости - проблему не нашел. Прибавление звука системы звук музыки не прибавляет. Yesterday I ran Auslogics BoostSpeed 13 and it messed up my ability to get into MSEdge. It wasnt until late last night that I figured out what happened but I don't know how to fix it. After running the scan and after clicking on the repair/fix it button, a small screen pops us and asks me to close the following files. They are all msedge.exe (6 or more), but it didn't do that this time and has stopped me from being able to get in MicroSoft Edge. Has my copy of Auslogics BoostSpeed 13 been compromised, have I missed and update or is something else going on? Can you help e with this?

Two weeks ago I cleaned things up with your program..I rememeber cleaning "empty folders". Not sure if I touched registry clean.
I recently have noticed that my outlook email querries (IMAp etc) does not do a proper search . Only a few items related to the question show up.
Also Onenote desktop does not search and find all items. On other computers One note and outlook work fine. On my main desktop, (which has your program) some items are found on the search but not all that should be there in the querry.
On Onenote web on this machine, all items are searched and work.. Other computers work fine. But onenote deskotop on this one machine only finds few items related to the question. Talking to microsoft they think somethinkg happended to windows search in registry.
Can I recover what might ave been deleted in the cleanup. Are files deleted, stored somewere
Any ideas re the problem.

HP Probook crashes

I need to know why my laptop crashes when using Auslogics Disk Defrag Pro 11. I've have this program on other devices and it works flawlessly. The program works as it should until it reaches 88% and then it crashes the system and I have to do a hard shutdown which really shouldn't be done. I've uninstalled the Disk Defrag and reinstalled it and the same result. Crashes at 88%.
What could be the issue. This is the only app in use to defrag. Using Win 10 Pro with 16gb of ram, 500 gb SSD and AMD A8 processor at 1.8ghz.
Also I've been using Boost Speed with no hitches but decided due to cost to just subscribe to Disk Defrag only.

How do I dasable the advertising popups in Boost Speed 12? I already own some of your products and don't want to be bothered with the advertising.

problems with google and passwords
since I'm install Aulogics and run the program it keeps deleting my programs password and when I try to oprn (IN GOOGLE) facebook I'm getting unresponsive pages....but if I open facebook with EDGE I have no problems.....can you help?

Cannot open Auslogics 12 on my other laptop
Hi, this may have come through twice, sorry if it has, but I have 3 laptops which I pay to use your excellent software. My other laptop, a Lenovo T520 is showing an error message from MS ...the adminsitrator has blocked me from running the auslogics app. It then says contact the adminsitrator...I am the adminsitrator ..the only user of that machine. Does MS have a problem with Auslogics? Can you help me sort this problem out and enable me to open your software as and wehen I need to...weekly? VMT Chris

unidentified files following upgrade to Win 10 version 2004 prevent defragmentation
I have recently upgraded my Win10 x64 PC to version 2004 from Windows update. Prior to the upgrade the PC was clean and fast and the system drive was defragmented using Auslogics Defrag Ultimate. Fopllowing the upfgrade and subsequent cleanup, I ran defrag again and the drive now has approximately 20% of its used capacity filled with files that Auslogics Defrag will not identify (light green block icons, mouse click for file info invokes the prompt "This block contains file system service data. Detailed view is not available".
This is obviously some several GB of data judging by the number of blocks occupied in this manner - but I am unablæe to find out what these files are, what they are called, what purpose they serve or where they are on the drive. They are spread out across the system drive and thus prevent defrag running a free space defragmentation, and thus casue even more fragmentation when new files are added to the drive.
I have tried tio google this problem but have not found any reference to it. Auslogics defrag is the only untility that tells me these file exist - but no more than that.
Can you advice - what are these files, and how do I get rif them and run the usually perfect free space defrag?

Disk Partitioning Error
2 years ago, I was messing around with dual-booting and windows partitioning. So much so that an error occured. After I wasn't able to boot back into Windows 10 and deleted ALL my files, I noticed that my maximum capacity was lowered from 256gb to 237gb. It was probably from the dual-booting error. (Was trying to dual-boot an android os or a linux os or smth). I'm running out of storage because I'm too lazy to delete files and I need that 19gb. Respond ASAP, Thanks!

Auslogic Defrag Issue
Defrag hung up on file C:\$Extend\$UsnJml:$J
Went from 3.8% to 13.30% completed and took over 22 hours as you can see in the screenshot attachment.
How can I get defrag around this issue so it can complete the optimization?
