Is there something stopping me from changing Windows Installer from manual?
HP Smart will not install correctly and HP Support says an antivirus or other control program has changed the settings and locked it so outside individuals can not install software on my system?
empty folder cleaned doesn't work
When I click on the box to do away with empty folders, nothing happens. It used to work but I stopped it in the middle of its job.

Hello. I don't know how it happened, but when creating a new profile in Google Chrome, the program, as I understand it, fixed its anonymity and security system in this profile, because the shortcut of the Google profile on the taskbar was the same as the shortcut of the program itself.
How can this be managed? How many such profiles can be created and how can I create such a profile consciously if I need it?

Каждый раз при использовании сканирования системы утилититой, после перезагрузки сбрасываются пароли для входа в Windows. Настройки сканирования ни к чему не приводят. Спасибо.
boostspeed being blocked
Hi. I have recently downloaded malwarebytes and it wont allow anything through from auslogics and deletes the program then wont let me download boostspeed12 again. I have tried the ignore list, but still no good. any help please? ozzyos
defrag 10 running sooo slow
Used to run fast, I have changed the advanced settings, now running slow,
I guess you cannot know which advanced settings I have enabled, (most of them)
what do you think? and what is your best guess as to my problem?
restarting issue
hello, i've been having an issue with my computer restarting whenever it likes to. i'm not sure what's wrong. i've troubleshooted the ram by removing half and running, and then the other half but that didn't work. i do not have an over heating problem, nor dust build up on cpu.

Driver update
Hello,
Subcategory is not correct (cannot select something else), please ignore.
I get a message from the driver updater that a driver is not up to date.
It is about PnP-Monitor Lock
It says:
Outdated driver 16.10.46.576 of 21/01/2019 Remote Utilities LLC
New driver 1.0 15/06/2015 BenQ Inc.
How is it that a newer driver is outdated?
Should I install the older driver?
If I have purchased Boost speed 12, Do I need the registry cleaner product also?

I have tested the scanner (epson xp 510) on another pc with no problems.
I have checked for virus, checked drivers, but no response.
unidentified files following upgrade to Win 10 version 2004 prevent defragmentation
This is obviously some several GB of data judging by the number of blocks occupied in this manner - but I am unablæe to find out what these files are, what they are called, what purpose they serve or where they are on the drive. They are spread out across the system drive and thus prevent defrag running a free space defragmentation, and thus casue even more fragmentation when new files are added to the drive.
I have tried tio google this problem but have not found any reference to it. Auslogics defrag is the only untility that tells me these file exist - but no more than that.
Can you advice - what are these files, and how do I get rif them and run the usually perfect free space defrag?

How can I get defrag around this issue so it can complete the optimization?

I've entered the product key now 3 times. each time it is accepted. when I go to run the 1st scan I see on the bottem right corner of the screen that boostspeed stills needs to be registered and then I reseive unexpected error. I just updated to 12 for my client - Produce key -
