Buenos dias, tengo un problema con la aplicacion Auslogics Driver Update, ya solicite anteriormente me solucionen este problema, inclusive me solicitaron que reinstale el aplicativo, pero no se soluiciona este proble, por favor tengo que actualizar algunos drivers, pero se queda la PC congelada cuando va hacr la actualizacion de dichos driver, para constancia les envio fotos del problema.

Interfearing with VPN

Hi,
Whenever my VPN connects to the internet, the Auslogics Bootspeed notifies, an attempt to change the DNS was diplayed. Well if I connect via VPN it will change the DNS. My question is does your softwere blocks the attempted change of DNS or it's only a notification. If it blocks then how do I dissable it as I want my VPN more than your software.

I have windows installed on my SSD and HDD so how do I transfer data from one installation to the other without cloning

So I got and installation of windows on my SSD and HDD, but now I want to shift my files from HDD to SSD installation and then delete windows from HDD, but I don't want to clone(unless it doesn't clone windows installation and other files that I already installed on the SSD) my current installation(HDD) as it was pirated while the other one is legal, and by data I mean everything from text files to programs I installed, so I just want the user data and programs I installed to be shifted to my SSD without deleting windows from SSD and cloning the HDD one. Pls Help as quickly as possible,

Boot Speed, or Restart Speed

The main reason I bought this program was to help increase my boot speed. it's 4 minutes and 15 seconds. After running the Pro version of the program the boot speed is still the same. I deselected a bunch of items in the startup screen and it's still the same. I don't understand why it takes so long. Please help.I'm not sure if this is a windows question or a software question. thanks. Paul

Cannot open Auslogics 12 on my other laptop

Hi, this may have come through twice, sorry if it has, but I have 3 laptops which I pay to use your excellent software. My other laptop, a Lenovo T520 is showing an error message from MS ...the adminsitrator has blocked me from running the auslogics app. It then says contact the adminsitrator...I am the adminsitrator ..the only user of that machine. Does MS have a problem with Auslogics? Can you help me sort this problem out and enable me to open your software as and wehen I need to...weekly? VMT Chris

unidentified files following upgrade to Win 10 version 2004 prevent defragmentation

I have recently upgraded my Win10 x64 PC to version 2004 from Windows update. Prior to the upgrade the PC was clean and fast and the system drive was defragmented using Auslogics Defrag Ultimate. Fopllowing the upfgrade and subsequent cleanup, I ran defrag again and the drive now has approximately 20% of its used capacity filled with files that Auslogics Defrag will not identify (light green block icons, mouse click for file info invokes the prompt "This block contains file system service data. Detailed view is not available".

This is obviously some several GB of data judging by the number of blocks occupied in this manner - but I am unablæe to find out what these files are, what they are called, what purpose they serve or where they are on the drive. They are spread out across the system drive and thus prevent defrag running a free space defragmentation, and thus casue even more fragmentation when new files are added to the drive.

I have tried tio google this problem but have not found any reference to it. Auslogics defrag is the only untility that tells me these file exist - but no more than that.

Can you advice - what are these files, and how do I get rif them and run the usually perfect free space defrag?

Disk Partitioning Error

2 years ago, I was messing around with dual-booting and windows partitioning. So much so that an error occured. After I wasn't able to boot back into Windows 10 and deleted ALL my files, I noticed that my maximum capacity was lowered from 256gb to 237gb. It was probably from the dual-booting error. (Was trying to dual-boot an android os or a linux os or smth). I'm running out of storage because I'm too lazy to delete files and I need that 19gb. Respond ASAP, Thanks!

Defrag hung up on file C:\$Extend\$UsnJml:$J

Went from 3.8% to 13.30% completed and took over 22 hours as you can see in the screenshot attachment.
How can I get defrag around this issue so it can complete the optimization?
