default_error_stack

While running the BoostSpeed full system scan, it was taking forever, (around 50 minutes to get to 25% of scanning files). I checked the details and found that it was working its way through the default_error_stack files (several hundred thousand of them) in the windows\system32 folder. because of this I stopped the scan and now need to know how to get rid of these files or get BoostSped to bypass them

I upgraded from Boostspeed 10 Pro (license key: G2AEG-XXXXX-3WNYY-XXXXX-G79JL) to Boostspeed 11 Pro. However, I did not reveive a license key for version 11. I have attached a copy of the transaction. Can you help me with this? Thanks.

Ne me trouvez pas trop insistant mais j'essaie par tous les moyens d'utiliser votre nouvelle version ABSP 11.
Il est trop lent,il bloque ma machine en permanence alors qu'avec le 10.24 et avant cà fonctionnait super.
Faites quelque chose dans cette direction.J'ai essaié de rajouter un ficher langue LNG français mais cà ne marche pas
avec votre nouvelle version.Pensez qu'il n'y a pas que seulement l'anglais dans le monde [L'australie est une ancienne
colonie anglaise] mais tout de même.

pc unplugged ac adapter pc shuts down with battery charged at high percentage

my laptop has new battery, but when i unplug the AC adapter my laptop shuts down when it has a high charged percentage battery. how in settings to fix please.. oh, and my battery cannot be taken out in my asus pc

My version of 10 expires in December 2019. Do I have take out new contract and forget about balance on version 100>>
Otherwise I have to keep version 10 until december and then switch???

If I go to the Auslogics store and enter the new key that was provided with my purchase, I am told that I may either use the FREE version or purchase the PRO version for $59.95! I have already done this with my status as a current customer, which entitled me to the 50% discount. Why can't I get PRO to activate? There are features that won't work without the PRO version! I have a DELL XPS 8930 x64 computer with Windows 10 version 1903 installed.

Auslogics - Disk Doctor (Repair)

Hello Sir/Madam.

As per an initial scan with the Disk Doctor, it diagnosed having disk errors on my SSD.

For any further analysis, it states that my SSD will be dismounted and locked while it performs its majic.

My questions:
- What are the consequences if the SSD is not remounted onto my Surface computer,
- Is the Disk Doctor a reliable software, or could I be left in a lurch if the SSD is not reconnected to my computer and
- How long could the repair take. I have a 500 GW SSD.

All your product/services come as individuals and yet the best features are the one recommending one another. My question is, Why don't you make a Premium Product that covers at least three or four at best of those top rated/recommended softwares into one individual "Auslogics Armored AI" or something like that?

Bootspeed 13 Pro | x64 version

Hello,

This is not a issue, it is a technical question about Bootspeed version availability.

I have recently installed a free version of Bootspeed 12 in my home computer. It is a nice-to-have product but noticed that it is a 32-bit version. Is a x64 PRO version also available?

Even if this is not the case, will the upcoming product version (Bootspeed 13 PRO) have a 64-bit version?

Browser cleanup

How do I get Cyber Protect Home Office to remove privacy issues in my browsers? I have thousands (yes, thousands) of pointers or cookies identified in the scan that never get removed. None of the previous versions of BoostSpeed would remove the offending files either. Thank you.

I want to upgrade to 13, but the only offer I have is for 3 PC's. I don't have 3; only 1 Is there a discounted rate now and in the future for one app?

I also have a problem with the fact that I have to use 2 memory hog apps. Do you have an app (similar to Iobit's) that will allow me o release unnessecary memory?

Пропал сигнал микрофона

ПОсле установки программы и первоначального сканирования программа запроила перезагрузку. ПОсле перезагрузки сигнал от микрофона пропал. Ни приложения, ни само ОС не может получить от него сигнал. Хотя при поиске проблем через настройки ничего не обнаруживается.

The Wireless Network Adapter cuts out

I keep losing the wifi connection while I am online. The Windows troubleshooter states the wireless network adapter has to be reset--which is does and the wifi works again...temporarily. Then it cuts out again and I go through the same drill, over and over.

What is messing with the WNA? No other device in my house using the wifi has this problem. Only my laptop I am using now.

PC slows down after a period of being on, following re-boot.

This has happened a while (over a year): I leave my PC on 24/7 to get updates, etc.

After I re-boot it works fine but several hours or perhaps a day later, the PC slows down and re-quires another re-boot.

I just noticed today, after upgrading to V 12.3.0.1 that, although it still slows down, I selected the Disable BoostSpeed instead of leaving BoostSpeed running in the background, and the PC immediately sped up to normal! This is the first time I have tried that.

Have you run into this anomoly before and/or do you have a fix for this?

Before I installed Boostspeed, I used to be able to start typing a website into my browser and it would recognize what I was doing and fill in the rest for me. Super convenient for sites that I use all the time like banks. Now that doesn't work anymore and I really miss it. How do I get it back? Thanks!

Annoying Windows Pop Up Notification

A few months ago, it started to show up an annoying Windows pop up message stating that my laptop (Lenovo, Windows 10) needs DirectPlay feature. I don't even know what is DirectPlay neither what is used for. The message displays two options: install or skip installation of DirectPlay. No matter what I choose it keeps showing up every time I turn on my laptop.
my question is: how can I get rid of this annoying pop up Windows notification?

Recover deleted files

I stupidly deleted files from my Seagate backup, OneDrive, and computer. How can I get them back? I have tried Recuva but it does not work. The Windows Recovery does not work. Any suggestions particularly any software that really works?
