Is there something stopping me from changing Windows Installer from manual?
HP Smart will not install correctly and HP Support says an antivirus or other control program has changed the settings and locked it so outside individuals can not install software on my system?
empty folder cleaned doesn't work
When I click on the box to do away with empty folders, nothing happens. It used to work but I stopped it in the middle of its job.

Hello. I don't know how it happened, but when creating a new profile in Google Chrome, the program, as I understand it, fixed its anonymity and security system in this profile, because the shortcut of the Google profile on the taskbar was the same as the shortcut of the program itself.
How can this be managed? How many such profiles can be created and how can I create such a profile consciously if I need it?

boostspeed being blocked
Hi. I have recently downloaded malwarebytes and it wont allow anything through from auslogics and deletes the program then wont let me download boostspeed12 again. I have tried the ignore list, but still no good. any help please? ozzyos

Used to run fast, I have changed the advanced settings, now running slow,
I guess you cannot know which advanced settings I have enabled, (most of them)
what do you think? and what is your best guess as to my problem?
restarting issue
hello, i've been having an issue with my computer restarting whenever it likes to. i'm not sure what's wrong. i've troubleshooted the ram by removing half and running, and then the other half but that didn't work. i do not have an over heating problem, nor dust build up on cpu.

Driver update
Hello,
Subcategory is not correct (cannot select something else), please ignore.
I get a message from the driver updater that a driver is not up to date.
It is about PnP-Monitor Lock
It says:
Outdated driver 16.10.46.576 of 21/01/2019 Remote Utilities LLC
New driver 1.0 15/06/2015 BenQ Inc.
How is it that a newer driver is outdated?
Should I install the older driver?
If I have purchased Boost speed 12, Do I need the registry cleaner product also?

I conntected with Bluetooth the device - Speaker JBL Flip 5 (bluetooth connection only). It appear in the the Setting / bluetooth Devices of Windows 10
But in the setting of Windows 10 the device does not appear so I can not use it.
You gave me for the same quesion an answer for old windows (8) and for headset. I donot have Playback in the setting...
I tried to replace the driver, to update my windows 10 and restart,....It does not help

Everytime Boost Speed runs automatic scanner on Sunday's the run commands history gets deleted. I have unchecked this option in the privacy settings in the software but this still keeps happening.

Cannot Start Microsoft Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook window.
I was in the middle of deleting one of the 5 email addresses in my Microsoft Outlook and the laptop stopped (or this Outlook application) stopped responding for over 5 minutes so I "ENDED" the process.
Since then I keep getting this Outlook error.
I have tried the Office repair utility.
I have tried restarts.
I have your software (paid version) on my laptop but am unsure whether there is a restore point I can get to that will enable me to get Outlook going again.
Help please :)
