I paid for this software before it went to version 11. Now that it updated to 11 I have to purchase it again?

Unable to to Receive Emails on Laptop and Desktop, etc

Since changing my password wuth my ISP and on Thunderbird, I am unable to receive emails on my Desktop, and now for some reason, I can n longer send them either. I also have problems with laptop, I can send but not receive emails.


Error message on Desktop: "An error occurred while sending mail, the mail server responded: SMTP.auth. Not alowed on Port 25"

Not Receiving Emails

I am no longer able to receive emails but can send them, I have heard that there could be corruption in the system, can you help with this issue?
I have tried by re-installig the software,but I find all the settings arestill there, whereas I used to have ti restore backups.

Avira keeps deleting Boost Speed and all Auslogic *.exe files as a PUA.

Hi there,

I have been on mail with Mr. Alex Bratton of your Support Team. I am a registered purchaser of the Auslogics Boost Speed software, and I have had immense trouble with installing and running it as my Avira antivirus software keeps deleting all Auslogics *.exe files as PUAs having the virus "Auslogics.o" as reported in the Avira quarantine log.

Alex had suggested that I put Auslogics on the Avira scanner EXCEPTIONS list - which I did, but to no avail. Do they have an axe to grind with your software ? I have even sent an e-mail to Avira support telling them hat Auslogics software originates from a Company having its website www.auslogics.com, and to definately check both the antecedents of the Auslogics Company and their software as genuine and not PUA - and thus I requested them to reconsider the action against yyour software exe files. Theu have not yet got back to me regarding this.

I have so far installed and re-installed your Boost Speed software over 5 times since its purchase on 28.08.2019, and each time Avira deletes the *.exe files as well as the entire Auslogics folder in the C:\Program Files (x86) path, every time I shut-down and boot-up my laptop. And all this after making Auslogics an "exception" in the antivirus and real-time protection scanner settings of the Avira software .

Could your team please have a word with the Avira development team to resolve the vixing issue, as I am most certain there will be many othercustomers worldwide using both the Avira and the Aulogics softwares and facing these issues ?

I have actually reached a point of near frustration, as both the Avira and Auslogics softwares do a great job individually, but DO NOT LIKE EACH OTHER (cannot function together) as seen on my laptop !!

Kindly update me on a solution to this problem.

Having to re-enter my Microsoft account info many times.....

Like your program. However it knocks off all Microsoft "connections" making me have to re-enter my PW frequently to stay signed in to my account. Getting annoying.

I want boost speed to startup when win 10 starts

I cannot get this boost speed 11 version to create a staru up buttom to check or uncheck. So, currently I must start my pc. Then start boost spped 11 and diminish to the lower tray daily. I would like to set it to Start each time my pc is turned on automatically.

I do get a failur when I try to set this auto run featur from the settings within boost speed 11. I seaprch online and cannot find an answer.

I just bought MX ANYWHERE 2S mouse. Logitech web page insists I must have the LOGITECH OPTIONS executable to parameter the mouse. So I tried to install, but the installation does not complete.

No se oye ningun sonido

Hola. Llevo un par de meses en los que de golpe se corta la audición de sonidos en mi ordenador. También en la reproducción musical. Normalmente, el sonido desaparece ( aunque visualmente y segun información de configuración todo funciona correctamente) y vuelve a aparecer trancurridas unas horas. Estoy harto de desistalar controlador i re-instalar controlador. Realmente , aparentemente no es culpa del controlador. Todo apunta a que hay alguna aplicación que produce este efecto en mi ordenador. En más de una ocasión, se pierde el sonido después de ejecutar un análisis de Auslogics Boostpeed, aunque este dato tampoco ocurre en el 100% de las veces que me quedo sin sonido. ¿Pueden ayudarme a solucionar este molesto problema de una vez por todas? Ya que el sonido se va y vuelve en cualquier momento. Cuando hay sonido, este dura horas y quando se va también dura horas.

Здравствуйте У меня такая проблема очень медленно грузится ноутбук уже давно Приглашал мастера 1.5 года назад но попался компьюрный мошенник Он сказал сначала что у меня сильно поврежден жеский диск и нужно попробовать его восстановить Когда я спросил о цене он ушел от ответа и если это выйдет то потом продолжить дальше Он загружал какую то программу для восстановления и спустя где то часа сказал что диск восстановлен и нужно переустановить Windows Я даже не знал что новая установка снесет все нужные мне программы а у меня даже не было их копий Я согласился раз надо так надо Когда он сделал переустановку и установил 3-4 программы сказал что все сделал Япроверил да дествительно загрука стала быстрая и спросил сколько я должен Он начал заполнять какой-то договор и насчитал 27190 руб Я был в шоке и сказал что уменя столько нет и почему вы сразу мне не сказали во сколько мне выйдет ремонт Ябы никогда бы не согласился на такой ремонт Мастер сразу преобразилсяи из доброго услужливого превратился в холодного жесткого дельца Стал просто давить и вымогать деньги Я долго с ним спорил отдал сколько у меня было всю пенсию 12000 руб и еще я ему буду должен 8000 руб То есть он мне сделал скидку в 7000 руб Потом уже в Интернете я нашел что так разводят стариков на деньги компьютерные мошенники Через месяца 2-3 все вернулось обратно и ноутбук стал по прежнему медленно грузиться Теперь я боюсь вызывать каких то мастеров боюсь что опять меня обманут Скажите каким образом мне можно помочь чтобы была быстрая загрузка

Is Auslogics Registry Cleaner suitable for servers?
It seems to run perfectly according our testings on our spare server, but can it be considered as a suitable program?
We have searched internet and we did not find any registry cleaner, especially designed for servers.

Sound interface stopped working on Windows 11

My good old Line 6 Toneport KB37, midi controller, and external soundcard combo stopped working on my new PC.

When running on an Asus TUF H310M with a Core i5 9400F and 16GB of RAM, it was working just fine.

Now, on the new setup, a Gigabyte Aorus Elite B760M with a Core i5 13th gen and 32GB of DDR5 RAM, the installation and driver setup ran okay. However, when playing any kind of music or sound file in any player, including YouTube, streaming services, you name it, it doesn't work. The sound feels 'cropped'; it plays extremely slow and low pitched, clearly malfunctioning.

Cubase 12 doesn't even recognize the device or the ASIO drivers for configuration.

I've been using the Toneport KB37 for music production and as a general soundcard for years, and on the old PC, it still works perfectly.

The same USB cable is being used on both PCs.

Am I missing any kind of configuration, new driver, or something that could make it work with Windows 11?

Jabra Speak 710

I have a Jabra Speak 710, connected through a Jabra Link 380 bluetooth device.
My computer (Thinkpad, with Windows 10 Pro Version 22H2) does not recognize the speaker as a sound device.
When connected to the computer through the USB cable, the speaker is visible in the catagory Other Devices iso Audio Devices.
The speaker and the link are working fine on another computer of mine, and also on my smartphone.
I reached out to Jabra support, they have helped me resetting the firmware, removing and reconnecting the device etc. but nothing works. I even got a new speaker from them, but still no change.
The problem started after installing an update of a driver. Undoing the update did not help.
I have even done a full re-installation of Windows, which has removed all customized settings, but problem still persists.
When starting up the computer, there is a very brief connect with the speaker (the speaker says : "PC connected"), but immediately followed by a disconnect (the speaker says : "PC disconnected")
I think there is an entry in the registry that prevents connecting with the speaker, but I am not able to identify it.

MAPPING USB PORTS TO COM PORTS

Im having trouble with not enough COM Ports for external, USB devices.

With only 1 Si Labs Enhanced and Standard port, and 1 port for the system, as seen in Device Manage, how can I run, for example, more than one sftwr program - intended for a Ham radio transceiver - plus an external, USB microphone plus other external HDD, with or without an external USB Hub?

Why does my HP All-in-one, WIN11 system, work with the internal camera but NOT the internal microphone?

Do I need "virtual ports"? Do I need special drivers and/or hardware?

PC not powering up

Hi,

after replacing processor 1600 x to 5600 x and motherboard MSI B350m to ASUS B550m-a, PC won't power up when it was shut down for a few hours.. It will only start after multiple tries and cables disconnection.. etc after about 20 to 30 minutes.. Once it is up and running no issues whatsoever.. Now i leave it on sleep mode..

The new peocessor and motherboard are second hand ones..

We replaced CMOS battery but it did not solve the problem..

Any tips please?

If I were to buy the 3-pack of license keys, would I be able to use them over the course of three years? It says "1 year, 3 keys", but I don't know if they each expire a year after purchase or if they expire a year after they are used. For example, if I bought the keys, would I be able to use one key every year, using the three keys over the course of three years, or would I have to buy another 3-pack every year?
