Disabled antivirus to no avail. Please advise

Every time your program scans my computer it affects the "Fences" program.
It then requires me to re-register that I am entitled to use the program using exactly the same password every time.
Surely it is possible for the scan to bypass making any changes like this....

Hi, I ran my first scan yesterday which was fine but now the content in my Windows Live 2012 set-up has been removed - specifically I have lost the folders, and their contents, I set up in my inbox, and I now have only emails in my inbox from the 18.06.2021. Everything else has gone. How can I get it back to where I was yesterday?

本日より、スクリーンセーバーのセッティングと違う動きで画面が1分位で真っ暗になります。マウスを動かしたり、エンターキーを押すと元の画面に戻ります。
なにかこのソフトがよかれと思ってそういう動作をしているのかもしれないと思いメールを書きました。
余りに頻繁に画面が暗くなるので、今もzoomで会議をしておりましたが、何回もマウス、エンターキーの操作をしなければならなかったので煩わしく思い、解除できればと思いメールしました。

因みに、電源操作も全て解除し、なしの状態にしております。

I used Windows to uninstall this software. Is there anyway to find out if there was any junk left behind?
Or on any software that has been uninstalled with the Windows Programs.

I am running Windows 10 Pro 19043.1052
I have auslogics BoostSpeed 12 Version 12.0.0.4 I get a message that their is a new version available to download and install.
I download the install program auslogics-boost-speed-setup.exe
When I click on the install program I get the error message that the filename, directory name or volume label syntax is incorrect and then the program dissappears. I have enclosed two screen shots. I am unable to install the upgrades. Please help.

Next week I'll be updating to Windows 11 will I still be able to use Boostspeed on that OS without doing any damage?
