Ноутбук периодически внезапно сам уходит в режим сна, хотя данную возможность я выключил. Происходит в любое время и в любой момент. Хоть в браузере сижу, хоть в игры играю. Резко гаснет экран и ноутбук оказывается в режиме сна из которого потом приходится выходить
No streaming sound after you scan and fix
Why don't I have any streaming sound on prime video, you tube, netflix, etc. after you scan and resolve? Very annoying. How to I fix this, so I can enjoy my videos.
Microphone not working
In optimizing, cleaning, scanning or whatever, my computer (Surface Pro3) has lost its microphone. It won't even allow me to troubleshoot it indicating sometimes that I don't have sufficient privileges though I am the adminstrator.

When typing it is as if the keyboard were pressing only the tab, and other than that it sometimes only moved backwards. A few words back. That happens after having the computer turned on for a while, that is, it does not turn on that way. As time passes, it starts with that situation of going only words back when typing or leaving the current text box as if pressing tab.

All devices listed under sound video and game controllers have yellow error triangles and when you open properties for each it shows "Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19)" I have rebooted, uninstalled all and rebooted and nothing changes usb audio has red x and no audio output device is installed and usb camera says camera in use by another app. I have disconnected both after uninstalling in device manager, rebooted then plugged them back in all still come up with error triangles and audio / camera are not functioning.

No me deja instalar programas pues este me devuelve una referencia
Lo que sucede es que anterior mente mi computador no le servia el programa Word y pues yo lo desintale y al intentar eliminar mis archivos para volver lo a instalar eliminar, quizas algunos archivos necesarios para Windows, pero el probrema llego en realidad, cuan al intentar instalar de nuevo el office,este se daño, y me dice que Windows ha devuelto una referencia, y asi con todos lo programas, e incluso me desactivo varia aplicaciones, es decir, este no deja instalar programas
Unable to uninstall application using Uninstall Manager of Boostspeed 11
I installed SmartDraw2020 application (free version) from the Net. Now, when I want to uninstall it, it is not showing up either in control panel or in BoostSpeed under Uninstall Manager tab. There is Uninstall option for this App when I access through Windows 10 Start Menu (see screenshot attached), but it is not uninstalling from there, due to some error (Could not open Install.log file message).
I am surprised why it is not even listed in Boostspeed under Uninstall Manager. Can you please help me?

Unused Applications - Application Logs
When doing an All Areas Scan the Disk Space never is 'Nothing Found' the result because the following files are always there:
C:\Windows\System32\SleepStudy\ScreenOn\ScreenOnPowerStudyTraceSession-2020 How can I delete, disable the folders of these files. I have gone in to the final files and deleted them, at least I think I have, but the early folders are still there and the Application Logs appear again. How do I get rid of or disable these folders? Thanks!

Добрый день, пользуюсь программой раз в месяц уже в течение года. Но при крайней "чистке" комьютера решил воспользоваться утилитой "удаление пустых папок" в первый раз. Процесс занял много времени, после чего перезагружал компьютер и все работало стабильно как и всегда. Но на следующий день при использовании ПК началась проблема с автоматическим переключением программ. Постараюсь объяснить. То есть при использовании например хрома, пишешь сообщение и винда сама "AltTab'ается", только не на сторонее приложение, а куда-то в пустоту на 1-2 сек и обратно переключается на используемое приложение. Даже сейчас, я пишу это, и раз в 10 сек программа выключается на пару секунд. Думал что проблема в клавиатуре или еще чём, но так ничего и не нашел.

Well this 8 years old laptop runs really smooth especially after i cleaned the fan. have learned alot about the hardware.
But.. i would like to play some games on it but there seems a problem with my videocard because intel dont support it anymore since windows 10. the questions are:
Can i upgrade this videocard?
Should i replace the Intel core i3-2328m cpu @ 2.20ghz to the I7 ?
And ifso yes is it worth it since the cost of hardware i need to buy then..
