Windows Startup

A text box appears "A new item was added to Windows" (or something like this). When I click on Inspect, I get a long list of items which baffles me. It would help if text box, or item list, would identify the new item because I can't figure it out. Thanks.

Orphaned Print Spooler Files

I have two Dymo Turbo 450 label printers. A recent Windows 10 update caused them to print blank labels. Dymo wrote new software to address the issue. When I installed the new software, my printers stopped working entirely. I blamed the new software and tried innumerable ways to fix the issue to no avail. What it turned out to be was a couple of orphaned files in their print spooler folder. I stopped the spooler, deleted the files, restarted the spooler, and all works well. Can you add that item to your software, i.e. check and remove orphaned files in the print spooler folders?

Super slow opening of files and folders

Hi hope all is well with you!!
For the last week I am having issues opening any file or folder. It seems like it takes a minute or 2 for them to open. It is driving me nuts.
I have tried most of the items in https://windowsreport.com/file-explorer-slow-windows-10/ with no effect.
Anything you may provide would be appreciated!

no responcive pc

Windows 10 Update Error Code 0x80070bc9

I haven't been able to update my Laptop running Windows 10 to the most recent update (sent in April 2021). I get an error Windows 10 Update Error Code 0x80070bc9 ... But I used the Windows Troubleshooter in Windows to try and fix it but was unsuccessful.

Do you have a tool to address this and repair Windows Update software or whatever is wrong?

Thumbnail files disappear

After run the Scan and optimize the windows, I found the thumbnail cache files were disappear. How can I recover?
Because I waste much time to open and preview the photos and video thumbnail in Windows Explorer.
And how can I prevent the BoostSpeed delete my thumbnail cache files in my Windows 10 in the future?

Проблема с HDD диском

Доброго времени суток. у меня случается проблема с жестким диском (seagate barracuda 1TB), при работе прогрмм находяшихся в нем, он часто вылетает. Замена сата порта и сата кабеля не помогает. Диск относил в сервес центр, говорят исправен. Помогает только ваша программа Auslogics boostSpeed, но помогает где то только на месяц пользования компьютером. Что мне делать?

Compare configuration changes in boostspeed

I have your software in three computers as the license allows, but I can't find how to compare configuration between them, specially in the custom scan and clean for boostspeed. For example in one computer my login screen still shows the photo microsoft chooses, but on the other it doesn't. Maybe you have that in a config or xml file. It may be good to be able to compare.

Missing Printer Driver in Device Manager

Hello-

I'm not sure if this was the cause after running scans, but the 'Printer Driver' listed in the Device Manager has disaapeared. How to I get it back? I tried reinstalling the HP drivers the Printer Driver listed is still not there. I have 'Image Devices' listed with the HP Scanner driver listed (but nothing else). I have attached a pix of my Device Manager.

MSFS e Windows10 PRO

Hi, I own BS12 on two pCs. One PC I use only with gaming apps and the other and I use it exclusively for home, online and with the web. BS12 on pc where I don't play works great. BS12 that works on the pc where I play and in particular with Microsoft FlightSimulator, BS12 after thorough cleaning tends to get your PC blocked. I tried to exclude gaming apps but apparently windows is tightly connected. I had to reinstall windows 10 pro. In my opinion, it also depends on the Deep-Clean function and Empty Folders Cleanup. I can't use these two functions. On the pc where I play I am not satisfied! On the pc I use for all other functions is OK. Tips?

pendrive got corrupted when i applied free up space to it by auslogics boostspeed

two days ago i have performed an action named "free space wiper" to my pendrive because i wanted to format my pendrive but befor i proceed to this action i proceed to free space wiper and i have applied to my pendrive , i don't no why but the operation stoped automatically on 33% , then i have tried to restart that operation but my pendrive was not listed on removable devices, then i have eject and remounted but still my pendrive was not listed on removable devices , then i mounted my pendrive to another system luckily that system identified my pendrive but when i tried to perform format operation to my pendrive , that shows me an error that" this disk is write protected" and after that "windows can't format removable drive:H" .....

and that's how my pendrive got corrupted by performing an operation "free space wiper"

Hello Auslogics

It seems that every day I get a warning message about a new 'Daily' task being created. That task is UsoClient (see attachment). There always seems to be three occurences of this program, despite this – so I guess that it is being deleted and recreated by Windows.

No doubt this is a Windows thing, but it would be good to understand what is going on here.

Also, if I try to disable it, despite being a local admin, I get an 'insufficient privs' error (see second attachment).

If this is deemed normal behaviour and the program is trustworthy, is there a way of disabling the warning message, but just for this one program?

Некорректная работа со сторонним ПО

Здравствуйте.
Пользуюсь Auslogics BoostSpeed недавно. Еще не во всем разобрался.
Столкнулся с проблемой что каждый раз после сканирования компьютера и последующей очисткой вашей программой, у меня перестает работать Google Drive File Stream. Уже в исключения вносил папки Google Drive в ProgrammFiles и в папке кэша. Все равно перестает работать.
Подскажите как быть или в чем проблемма.
Система:
Windows 10-Home 64-bit, v.1809, сборка 17763.737.
Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-8265U CPU@1.6-1.8 GHz; RAM - 8 Gb.

Несовместимость Auslogic BootSpeed 11 и противовирусных программ:ESET Internet Security версии 12.2, Dr.Web

Установленная у меня лицензионная программа Auslogic BootSpeed 11 постоянно конфликтует с программой ESET Internet Security версии 12.2, а программа Dr.Web Curelt! просто удаляет Auslogic BootSpeed 11, как несущую угрозу компьютеру (вирусная угроза!). Microsoft Store no longer works or appears under apps!

Dear team,

Recently I was having problems with Microsoft Store that it kept giving an error message when updating apps (can't remember which one eaxctly). So I reset it as per advice on various forums but since then Microsoft Store has disappeared from Apps and no longer works at all!

Please help / advise.

Intermittent PC Crashes/Freezes

To Whom It May Concern,

I intiated my original correspondence on the 5th November as indicated below:

I, now, upload the Event View Log, in the hope this will assist you in resolving this issue. Many thanks. As an aside, I think there should, also, be an option to 'Add File' from my account page. Instead, I am obligated to intiate another question to include this file and this should not be the case, when it is part of the same, initial, question.

This is a bit ridiculous. I am asked to create a log from the Event Viewer which is 'saved as' a .evtx file and now I cannot add it! Neither can I add it in a format that is recognised by Auslogics! Wow! Really, really helpful - Not!

I await an update at your earliest available opportunity.

Dear Ian,

Thank you for posting your question on our forum.

The easiest way to solve the issue is to uninstall the program that creates this error or contact their support.

Often, such errors are created by hacked software or bugs in software that can only be solved by their developers.

Running the command "sfc / scannow" in CMD under the admin might help with the issue.

You can also send to our support logs with system information and event viewer so that we can better understand the issue.

To get the system information report press Start -> Run, type in MSINFO32 and press the Enter button. Save the report using the File -> Save menu option.

To get logs from event viewer, please do the following:

1. Press the key combination "Windows" + "X"

2. Select "Event Viewer"

3. Expand the "Custom Viewer" subsection

4. Select "Administrative Events"

5. Expand the "Action" menu

6. Click on "Save all events in custom view as ..."

7. Save log to PC

If you need any further assistance or have any other questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Further to your recommendations I have now run the commend "sfc /SCANNOW in CMD under the Administrator privileges.In the event, corrupted files were found and successfully repaired.

At this stage, I think I will see if this provides system stability, before sending the associated report with the Windows Event Viewer.

Why my Kaspersky anti virus program treats your softwares as a virus and shows me constantly warnings that I am in risk?
I do not have files to show you th problem because I unisntalled all your programs until I am sure that I am not in risk indeed.

Boot Speed, or Restart Speed

The main reason I bought this program was to help increase my boot speed. it's 4 minutes and 15 seconds. After running the Pro version of the program the boot speed is still the same. I deselected a bunch of items in the startup screen and it's still the same. I don't understand why it takes so long. Please help.I'm not sure if this is a windows question or a software question. thanks. Paul
