Is it safe to delete this keys
Hi,
I tried to uninstall a software, but that doesn't seem to have gone well.
It is 4k video downloader.
Reinstalling doesn't work because I get the message that it is still there on my PC.
Now I have downloaded your software and when I search for keys of this 4k software, I get a list of almost 500 keys, see photo.
When I check, when I stand on it with the cursor, it all shows 4k.
Now my question is, is this safe to remove?

3rd Question is regarding with Drivers for my HP PC: Usually I'm using 'Auslogics Driver-Updater to keep All my PC -Drivers Up-to-Date all the Time... but, but at the same time by the way I've used to use 'PC Help Soft Driver Updater and 'Driver- Genius as well other softwares for keeping my PC Drivers up-to-date. And now the ''Question'' is: Are There any Negative effects or affects to break my PC 'Stability or to break my PC Performance if am' I using more then one company Driver-Updaters - Software for only one PC?, or there is no need to be afraid or no need to worry of any negative effects to break my PC 'Stability/Performance and I Can use as many as I want... and as many as I wish 'Driver-Updaters I mean from different companies 'Software for my HP PC...?
Windows Security and Explorer freeze.
I updated Windows 10 yesterday. Windows Security and Explorer freeze. When I run BoostSpeed13 ver.13.0.0.6, it freezes, but Windows Security and Explorer work normally without BoostSpeed13. Please tell me how to resolve.

after installing Auslogic BoostSpeed, Anti-Malware, Driver Ipdater, and Defrag Ultimate, and running and updating per program informaion, i have 2 issues.
1. The Window keyboard key does not work when pressed or clicke on.
2. Entering the command setting on the window search bar gets me to window settings, but clicking on System will notopen it and hangs the whole Setting menu.
3. The usb microphone is recognized when plugged in the usb but it's not working.

Scanners ignore folders configured to skip in Preferences
Please check attachements. I added folders to be ignored y scanner, but even in Default Scan (in Daschboard) seems that all folders are scanned.
bluetooth dissapeared from device manager after cleanup

I did a rigorous cleanup and driver update on a old(er) laptop, after years of limited maintenance. Using Auslogic software (driver update,bootspeed,duplicate finder) and some manual cleaning/updating, Something went wrong, not sure exactly where. Now I can not use/connect bluetooth devices anymore. I tried to solve it by doing some reasearch on the internet but can not find the solution. Otherwise the Laptop is working fine and is a lot faster.
Enclosed you will find some information of the laptop and screenshots of what I think is relevant information.
I also noticed that Bluetooth is not longer available at the 'action center' and 'device manager'. The latter one still shows some bluetooth devices but is hidden and do not seem to be the relevant items.
In 'Settings> bluetooth and other devices', the previously connected bluetooth devices are still there but it clearly states that bluetooth is turned off.
Could you please advise me on how to solve this.
Enclosed a couple of prinscreens of the systems and the above mentioned screens.
FYI I am an experienced user, however certanly not a Windows specialist.

es posible con los programas que he adquirido xcon ustedes, poder recuperar mi dispositivo USB (memorias USB) que al colocarla en mi computador, me aparece que no la reconoce, dice que en mi dispositivo hay un error de comunicacion ( error 43) al parecer y no he podido usar mi memoria USB y alli tengo todos mis archivos.

Software and websites adding start-up items
Basically, I do not need ANY more start-up items added, yet certain software, apps and websites seem to find a way to put themselves in my Start Up Menu / Services without my express permission. How do I fully stop new items being added, please?

Windows10のinsider Programに参加しています。 Boostspeed10を１年半ほど使っており、Win10 build188xxごろまでは問題がありませんでした。ところがそれ以降のビルドから、IMEが無効になるようになり、Windows のバグかと思っていました。
ところが、ふと思いついてBoostSpeedのスキャンで削除したファイルを戻すと、IMEが復活しました。 Windowsのアップデートの際にBoostspeedとバッティングするような変更があったのかもしれないと思っています。
今、Boostspeed１１を使っており、システムにかかわる項目を大幅に外して使っています。
いつも使うのは クリーンアップと保護です。
トラブルはIMEだけですので、IMEにかかわる項目だけ外してスキャンしたいとおもいます。
クリーアップ・保護の項目で外すべきものをお教えください。

Кое как удалось установить windows 10 на SSD. но при первой же перезагрузке с него не загрузиться никак.
В меню загрузок F9 есть выбор ситем вин 8,1 том1, вин 8,1 том 6 и вин 10, но при выборе вин10 произходит перезагрузка и все заново. В биосе P8Z77-V LX2 (ver. 2501) этот SSD(GPT,NTFS) не виден.
Прошу о помощи!

Since changing my password wuth my ISP and on Thunderbird, I am unable to receive emails on my Desktop, and now for some reason, I can n longer send them either. I also have problems with laptop, I can send but not receive emails.
Error message on Desktop: "An error occurred while sending mail, the mail server responded: SMTP.auth. Not alowed on Port 25"

Since installing your software and optimizing my internet has gradually slowed down to a crawl. After checking all other issues I could think of I went to rescue centre and reverted back to only restore date available which in itself was unusual as when going through the various tools a couple of weeks ago there were 3 or 4 restore dates. After doing a restore the internet speed improved but after a day or so it is right back to a crawl. I do run a VPN for security but disabling the VPN makes no difference. Any suggestions as where to look?

No streaming sound after you scan and fix
Why don't I have any streaming sound on prime video, you tube, netflix, etc. after you scan and resolve? Very annoying. How to I fix this, so I can enjoy my videos.
popup reminders
Everytime I turn on my computer I get three popups that want me to update three Auslogics programs. How can I stop these popups? I will renew each program as I have the monetary resources.
