What is messing with the WNA? No other device in my house using the wifi has this problem. Only my laptop I am using now.
I am using Windows 10, do I need both Google Chrome AND Microsoft Edge? I sometimes receive a message from Auslogics saying I may have a privacy issue and that I should look at my privacy settings... but as there is no indication of what the privacy setting should be or what has changed, I don't know what I am supposed to be checking.

'Power mode' set to 'Best performance' and
'When plugged in, put my device to sleep after' set to 'Never'.
Despite this, the PC goes to sleep after a few minutes of being idle, which in turn kills RDP sessions which I do not want to happen.
There must be other settings somewhere which are overriding the 'Never' setting. Please help me understand what they are and how to change them.

I hated too waste a question, I'm running version 188.8.131.52.
When i try to update to newer version 184.108.40.206 the screen blinks off and then back on.
I have tried the two arrows lower rignt corner only blinks and returns to same window i'm on.
When i go too tools and use the update button i geet the same result, flash on screen and back to same screen.
I was obtained next messages. Maybe other sofware's Activation informations were destroyed.
（1）C:\ProgramData\Stardock\Fences3\License.sig was deleted.
The first massage is that reactivate fences 3. (Activation code is neaded)
（2）In the case of Auslogics driver updater, my activation code exceeded the limited number of activation.
And the costomer service replied me by mail that they cannot refresh my activation code.
（3）Next massge window opened that I rejister again Sound Blaster of Creative Teclonogy co.
(4)From now on, what do I do to prevent missing activation informations of my Windows10 pc.

I am a new user of your company's product - Auslogics BoostSpeed. After I use the boostSpeed, I can't open and use my Chinese typing software (倉頡 and 速成) in window 10.
I went to the Setup > Time and language > language, and still can't find a way to open it.
In BoostSpeed, I don't know how to undo it, so I can use my Chinese typing again.
Please help me solve this problem. Thanks.

Instead, I am obligated to intiate another question to include this file and this should not be the case, when it is part of the same, initial, question.
This is a bit ridiculous. I am asked to create a log from the Event Viewer which is 'saved as' a .evtx file and now I cannot add it! Neither can I add it in a format that is recognised by Auslogics! Wow! Really, really helpful - Not!

Thank you for posting your question on our forum.
The easiest way to solve the issue is to uninstall the program that creates this error or contact their support.
Often, such errors are created by hacked software or bugs in software that can only be solved by their developers.
Running the command "sfc / scannow" in CMD under the admin might help with the issue.
You can also send to our support logs with system information and event viewer so that we can better understand the issue.
To get the system information report press Start -> Run, type in MSINFO32 and press the Enter button. Save the report using the File -> Save menu option.
To get logs from event viewer, please do the following:
1. Press the key combination "Windows" + "X"
2. Select "Event Viewer"
3. Expand the "Custom Viewer" subsection
4. Select "Administrative Events"
5. Expand the "Action" menu
6. Click on "Save all events in custom view as ..."
7. Save log to PC

Further to your recommendations I have now run the commend "sfc /SCANNOW in CMD under the Administrator privileges.In the event, corrupted files were found and successfully repaired.
At this stage, I think I will see if this provides system stability, before sending the associated report with the Windows Event Viewer.
I remain grateful for your attention, time, effort and co-operation in this assisting me to resolve this issue.

Just upgraded to latest BoostSpeed 11 and have a problem I NEVER had with the precious version ~ 245 traces in the broswer SKIPPED! Made repeated attempts, alwys 245 skipped! Not good!-
PS, forcing a "Subcatagory" selrection makes ZERO sense. the categoriars are inane!
