It looks as though all is fine until I restart the computer however, it’s not, the system tray icon never loads until I start the application manually, and before it loads an administrative Password is required. Is this normal and If so is there a workaround?
This is not a issue, it is a technical question about Bootspeed version availability.
I have recently installed a free version of Bootspeed 12 in my home computer. It is a nice-to-have product but noticed that it is a 32-bit version. Is a x64 PRO version also available?
Even if this is not the case, will the upcoming product version (Bootspeed 13 PRO) have a 64-bit version?
PS: My installation OS is MS Windows 10 Home, x64 version, with Intel i7 CPU, and 32GB of RAM.
WHEN is auslogics going to create a new product designed specifically to -- F I X -- windows updates ?
Windows 10 update assistant desn't work, you can have a brand new laptop with windows 10 version 10240 and
you will NEVER be able to update to version 20H2
go online and google this famous problem yourself: '..... https://www.google.com/search?q=windows+won%27t+update+to+20H2&source=hp&ei=StRUY7SEMqaq5NoP3eG48AE&iflsig=AJiK0e8AAAAAY1TiWtOlcytSaQ4bxpid44eCLbIptM0H&ved=0ahUKEwi00cqi0vX6AhUmFVkFHd0wDh4Q4dUDCAk&uact=5&oq=windows+won%27t+update+to+20H2&gs_lcp=Cgdnd3Mtd2l6EAMyBQgAEIAEMgYIABAWEB4yBggAEBYQHjIGCAAQFhAeMgYIABAWEB4yBggAEBYQHjIFCAAQhgMyBQgAEIYDOhEILhCPARCPARDqAhCMAxDlAjoRCAAQjwEQjwEQ6gIQjAMQ5QI6CwgAEIAEELEDEIMBOgsILhCABBCxAxCDAToRCC4QgAQQsQMQgwEQxwEQ0QM6DgguEIAEELEDEMcBENEDOggILhCxAxCDAToICAAQsQMQgwE6CAgAEIAEELEDOgUILhCABDoICC4QgAQQsQM6CwguELEDEMcBENEDOg4IABCABBCxAxCDARDJAzoLCC4QgAQQxwEQrwE6DgguELEDEIMBEMcBENEDOg4ILhCABBCxAxDHARCvAToLCC4QgAQQxwEQ0QM6CAgAEBYQHhAKUKbjAViXtwJgyIEDaAJwAHgAgAGBA4gBuxuSAQkxMC4xNi4xLjGYAQCgAQGwAQo&sclient=gws-wiz ......'
Anyways, i'm sure if you auslogics geniuses could create a product that would diagnose te installed Windows 10 -- even
a FRESHLY INSTALLED COPY - and then figure out how to FIX WINDOWS 10 UPDATE it would be great
everytime, i've used windows assistant or used their diseased updare system, my brand new lapop automatically
UN-INSTALLSthe 'update' upon reboot.
good luck, you have a winner on your hands should you FIX the hateful microsoft update problem
really, windows and microsoft SUCK as bad as mscintosh/apple and Their endless built-in-obsolete operating systems
for now ? i've DISABLED all windows updates except for DEFENDER updates every 48 hours
lynnpokemonojeff (i will NEVER AGAIN attemptto 'update' my windows 10 version 10240
It seems that every day I get a warning message about a new 'Daily' task being created. That task is UsoClient (see attachment). There always seems to be three occurences of this program, despite this – so I guess that it is being deleted and recreated by Windows.
No doubt this is a Windows thing, but it would be good to understand what is going on here.
Also, if I try to disable it, despite being a local admin, I get an 'insufficient privs' error (see second attachment).
If this is deemed normal behaviour and the program is trustworthy, is there a way of disabling the warning message, but just for this one program?
Thanks and regards
If I have to restart, it takes 20 minutes or more to load completely. I have basically nothing in startup and can't figure out what is making this take so long. It's the same whether a restart or new start. The hard drive is only a little over half full with lots of pictures. Logically it has to be in either ASUS or windows (10). It's very frustrating and because it takes so long to load, I leave it running. For quite a few years I paid for a service that cleaned the system once a month and helped with any problem. I am no longer using it as it was expensive and even though I stressed the startup time issue, they never improved it.
You can see a lot about the machine, but it doesn't say it's an ASUS 15" laptop, purchased in September of 2014, model R510LAVS51 with core i5
I didn't know if you needed this, but I'd rather give you unnecessary information than have you come back to me.
thanks so much
In recent weeks, I have been experiencing intermittent crashing/freezing of my PC. This sometimes happens 1/3 times a day or I can go a few days without it occurring at all. It is not, actually, a BSOD - just a "straightforward' freeze or crash.
When accessing the Windows Event Log, the common denominator would appear to be identifed as follows:
Unable to open the Server service performance object. The first four bytes (DWORD) of the Data section contains the status code.
I would consider myself reasonably computer savvy, describing myself as a software 'Geek', in addition to having set-up remote computing facilities. However, this is difficult to readily identify and despite, browsing the Internet extensively, I find I cannot resolve or prevent this from crash from occurring.
The only 'fix' I have reviewed is accessing 'Windows Services' that requires the 'Server to be restarted' but as this is already running (having reset itself?) I cannot, actually, do anything:
Any advice, recommendations or support you an afford me would be very much appreciated.
I am grateful for your attention, time, effort and anticipated co-operation in assisting me to resolve this perplexing and frustrating issue.
Kind regards to you and your colleagues at Auslogics
I was on Insider program which loaded enterprise edition a few years ago.
When computer crashed it reloaded a windows 10 home and now wants me to activate the 10 program. I paid for a win 10 home edition but it will not accept the activation code because of the enterpirse edition I just use without the activation. I tried talking to microsoft and not any answer.
