My BoostSpeed is the Pro level app and it is good for another 300+ days. However, the app does not know this fact. It will not allow me access to the Pro features. It requires me to buy the Pro level features. I do not understand how the app indicates I have Pro yet at the same time the app thinks I only have the free version.
I do have and have paid for Pro for the 300 days.
When I tired to re-register the Pro license key, it indicates I'm already Pro registered. Yeah, that's obvious. Why doesn't the app know this?

If I close the program completely and try to re-run I get a message saying that the administrator is blocking me via integrator.exe,
however I am the administrator.

I have an active license key and discovered today that the app reverted to the free version. I put in my license key and it notes activation to be successful, however still runs as the free version.
To note: I have been unable to access the app itself without having to go into the administrator Windows account, which is a new finding since today as well. Not sure if that's related.

I had aready register the code the i got the email after paid for it.
and when i check programe registertion its show this programe is registed. but I can not use it as the pro version.
it is still have the Activate pro Version button on the down right side.
My subcategory would have been the Boostspeed program but wasn't listed so I chose any in order to get the question submitted.
I am using Version 12 of Boostspeed on a Windows 7 platform. My question is: Why does it take so lone for the program to open when double clicking the icon from the Desktop?
I hated too waste a question, I'm running version 22.214.171.124.
When i try to update to newer version 126.96.36.199 the screen blinks off and then back on.
I have tried the two arrows lower rignt corner only blinks and returns to same window i'm on.
When i go too tools and use the update button i geet the same result, flash on screen and back to same screen.
Found area to at least attach info from last two sent to Tech Support.
Screenshot is only partial list of ewrrors. I like BS 11-12, but this product should go in the trash.
What the hell is the subcategory for when you cant put anything in related to the BitEReplica software issue.
You should hire someone that understands people, not zeros and ones.
