Should I install the older driver?

Переустановка драйвера средствами Windows ситуацию не изменила.
Программа Auslogics Driver Updater определила, что все драйверы актуальны (вложение файл 2).

warum wird disk defrag 10 ständig mit geladen beim start - es ist nicht möglich den autostart zu unterbinden - auf dauer ist es mir zu mühseelig ständig disk defrag zu deinstalieren und vor gebrauch wieder zu instalieren - meinem chef muße ich das programm auch wieder ausreden nachdem ich ihn davon überzeugt hatte es auf allen rechnern in der firma zu instalieren
I run the rescue undo, and it still does not allow voice recgnition to run. I have to reinstall windows to get it to work. I have excluded Microsofts Speech folder from appdata and protected several keys in the registry to try to prevent this. Nothing I do seems to resolve the situation.
If I have to restart, it takes 20 minutes or more to load completely. I have basically nothing in startup and can't figure out what is making this take so long. It's the same whether a restart or new start. The hard drive is only a little over half full with lots of pictures. Logically it has to be in either ASUS or windows (10). It's very frustrating and because it takes so long to load, I leave it running. For quite a few years I paid for a service that cleaned the system once a month and helped with any problem. I am no longer using it as it was expensive and even though I stressed the startup time issue, they never improved it.
You can see a lot about the machine, but it doesn't say it's an ASUS 15" laptop, purchased in September of 2014, model R510LAVS51 with core i5

I was on Insider program which loaded enterprise edition a few years ago.
When computer crashed it reloaded a windows 10 home and now wants me to activate the 10 program. I paid for a win 10 home edition but it will not accept the activation code because of the enterpirse edition I just use without the activation. I tried talking to microsoft and not any answer.
Lately (last several weeks) the vast majority of my on-screen selections require a 'double click' on the mouse in order for advancing. How can I correct this so movement on-screen can be accomplished with just a single click on the mouse? Could this be an associated problem with Boostspeed's notice of "Hish system resource usage detected' and I "might experience extreme PC slowdown"?
I use a Dell Latitude with an SSD drive. I note that some people recommended that the SSD should not be defragged as it can cause unnecessary wear and tear which will reduce its life span. Every time I run Boot speed it attempts to defrag the SSD. Two questions – (1) Does it really shorten the life of a SSD if it is defragged on a regular basis and (2) If I chose not to defrag how I stop this from happening other than every time manually untick the defrag box prior to hitting the “resolve all” button.
