Display issues

I had some security issues and a professional took control of my computer to fix the issues. Now all of my normal icons are much smaller than before. I can change the sixe of text in Word and Firefox, but I don't know how to change the other icon and display sizes.

Computer freezes for 5 - 6 seconds every 2 - 3 minutes, maybe less.

Hi there,

In a nutshell - my desktop freezes for about 5 - 8 seconds and it seems to occur every 2 - 3 minutes. ....It just locked as I'm writting this.

I run your Auslogics BoostSpeed, am computer literate for the most part and just not sure what to do. My specs are:

Je n'arrive pas à installer la derniere mise à jour de Auslogics 12 200 malgré la demande qui m'est propose dans le bas de l'écran.
Je suis donc tojjours sur la version 12 101 (je crois).

Bootspeed 12 hung at 13% complete

Started a scan and it is in Stability with a message that says 12047, scanning please wait. Detail screen says 13% complete. Its been like this for 24 hours. What do I do now?

To TRIM or to Defrag? Or Both!!??

I have two WD 3.6Tb external USB3 drives for backups and storage. These are both deffo HDD! I have discovered that they are TRIM enabled ... BUT, you don't trim HD's, do you??? I have had had trouble with them in the past due to increasing slowness and defragmentation. Sometimes Defrag Ultimate just couldn't finish a HDD defrag or gave up and stood still, but didn't crash either! Defrag Ultimate treats them as HDD's, but I am wondering if actually SSD Trimming them and then HDD Defragging them might solve or reduce my problems. But, I don't want to try this if I am going to damage them. So how should I treat them generally and within Defrag Ultimate

Won't allow install

I hated too waste a question, I'm running version 12.0.0.4.
When i try to update to newer version 12.2.0.0 the screen blinks off and then back on.
I have tried the two arrows lower rignt corner only blinks and returns to same window i'm on.
When i go too tools and use the update button i geet the same result, flash on screen and back to same screen.

отказ работы мыши и клавиатуры при установке системы

...при установке второй системы (windows7), при уже существующей (windows10), на отдельный диск, после загрузки BIOS, мышь и клавиатура перестаёт работать. Что бы Вы посоветовали?

Roaming Folder

I have 70 GB of data on my c:/user/AppData/Roaming folder. I have a space issue because my Win11 OS is insalled on a M.2 SSD drive with 120GB. I've moved the My Documents folders to a standard 2TB drive and told windows to install all apps on the large drive. I would like to keep the OS boot disk limited to windows only and make my boot quick!

Any tools in Auslogic that would address cleaning up my /appdata/Roaming data?
