Is there a list of windows services that I can disable in order to get it as lean and functional as possible?

I bought it used and I cannot believe people find these devices functional at all.

I use Bitdefender VPN for anonomous web usage on my Windows 10 desktop computer. I connect to the internet using a USB wifi adapter. Last week the program updated. Now everytime I connect I get a message from BoostSpeed 12 about an attempt to change DNS detected. The next line states- Adapter:TAP Windows Adapter v9. The next line states-Value: 198.51.100.1
How do I stop getting this particular notification without stopping all notifications?

In the pase I have gone through the registry line-by-line and removed anything that says "Google," "Chrome," or "android." this takes a long time and is teadious but I am usually successful in keeping Google out of my life.

My windows 10 always very busiy in 15-20 minutes almost every morning. I have install auslogic and it has make my workstation
far faster then. But after 2-3 weeks my workstation is back very slow / freeze and sometime s takes more than 30 minutes before it
can be used again

The disk activity always 100% in the morning for about 15-20 minutes . Have installed also the free version of AVG

Everytime I install BoostSpeed 12, in Windows the Location services on Windows 11/10 are greyed out automatically in the Operating System due to the presence of this third-party software. Due to this glitch, I am not able to toggle the Location services on and off and also cannot change any settings related to it. I have tried every hack and registry fix that Microsoft tells me to do and still nothing...location is GREYED OUT
