Disabling a deleted App

Hello,

How do I disable and uninstall an already deleted app from my laptop? I made the mistake of deleting the app when I should have uninstalled it. I've followed every instruction from Youtube. I downloaded BoostSpeed and cleaned up some registry files with the app's name. The App's name is FineShare FineCam. It still appears on Chrome as a virtual camera option. The app does not appear under ''Uninstall Manager''.

Thank you. I followed every step. Unfortunately, the ''ghost camera'' is still an option on Google Chrome under camera settings. I did a deep clean and deleted registry keys with the file name using Auslogics Bootspeed 13.

What am I missing? Please help.
