Printer Interference

My printer is connected via USB (previously by network). Each time I run a scan and fix with Auslogics Boostspeed 12, I have reinstall the printer drivers from the ground up. Why is this? Is there a feature that I should not run to avoid this? Please advise.

Something happen to this device after i ran internet optimization

Sunday I had to re-install windows 7 on my computer. After gettting all the updates, drivers etc. I installed Auslogics Boostspeed 12 on the computer. After running the internet opimization my interenet connection went to hell. I called my ISP and after testing on another PC and Laptop (wired) it had nothing to do with my connection. I even took my desktop and laptop to my brothers who has a different ISP with the same slow results.
I have a 1Gbps connection and before I used to get between 700Mbps to 800Mbps down and 250Mbps up. My last test at speedtest.net was 87.6 Mbps down and and 62.7 Mbps. (Cannot even hit a 100Mbps.) I have the latest drivers and unistalled the device and reinstalled it. Did not run internet optimization after the reinstall and ther results are the same. Auslogics Boostspeed 12 changed something somewhere and I cannot figure out where. I have spent a few days trying to resolve this problem. I really do not want to go back and spend a a couple days reformatting and reinstalling eveything again.
Also just to note at the bottom of the screen where it shows CPU % HDD % Ram % the NET % shows 0 when it used to work before. Even the networking in Taskmanger shows 0% usage even though I have a slow connectionn there is no usage showing.

I thought about purchasing a new Network Adapter however I am a retired FF/Medic and live on a tight budget and cannot really afford it and then to discover that did not fix the issue either.

Printer does not print...

Greetings,
After installing your product software, my HP Office Jet Pro 9010 series PCL-3 stopped printing.
Although the printer is wireless connected. The PC sees the printer. HP diagnostics says that the printer is working and connected.
So everything as far as I can observe is connected and working.

When I click the print button in WORD, the printer goes through its process, makes all the clicking sounds and it just stops without printing. I looked at the printer queue and the document loads, then it disappears from the queue and nothing happens.
The printer quiets down and stops dead. Although the printer is connected and on.

By the way, I have a 2 laptops also connected to the printer by WIFI. These laptops do not have your software installed on them. When I print from them, the printer works. So, I know that the printer is working correctly. Besides, it's new!

Cross mark on wifi symbol

This happens sometimes . When i on the laptop there is a red cross mark on wifi button and when i on the wifi it doesnot detect any network . But after I off and on the aeroplane mode and the system a lot of times it goes off . It is not related to the function key which disables it as i tried it .

USB-C Gigabit Ethernet Mini Adapter does not indetify network

I have just purchased a USB-C Gigabit Ethernet Mini Adapter and I cannot connect to the internet with it. The device connects to my computer and is recognised, but it says "Unidentified Network" and underneath "No Network". My machine uses Windows 10. Can you help fix this problem?

I have exchanged the USB-C device because I thought it was faulty, but the same problem is repeated.

При сканировании Disk Doktor пишет что диск C содержит ошибки но при исправлении и глубоком исправлении все равно пишет диск содержит ошибки. Другие программы Auslogics пишут что все диски впорядке. Это ошибка программы или что ?

SSD Defrag Process

I use a Dell Latitude with an SSD drive. I note that some people recommended that the SSD should not be defragged as it can cause unnecessary wear and tear which will reduce its life span. Every time I run Boot speed it attempts to defrag the SSD. Two questions – (1) Does it really shorten the life of a SSD if it is defragged on a regular basis and (2) If I chose not to defrag how I stop this from happening other than every time manually untick the defrag box prior to hitting the “resolve all” button.

1. Почему программа начала дефрагментировать компъютер с диском SSD, хорошо ли это (вроде ему нужна только оптимизация), и если нет, как отключить дефрагментацию SSD ?

2. Хорошо ли делать дефрагментацию реестра при перезагрузке компъютера с SSD ? (Меня фсегда очень интересовал этот вопрос).

Disc Error

I have just reinstalled a new windows system to a new SSD HDD

It is still showing errors on Disc Doctor and advises running CHKDSK on restart

As soon as I Scedule a disc scan on restart - it completely messes up the system reloading - and PC will not boot

I have a disc image I took - using acronis so I can use a boot disc and restore - but each time I try to fix the "disc error " my machine will not boot. Is this an SSD error

Computer slowness one in internet

I have your free version of BoostSpeed 12 running on an old PC whose features are:
32bit Winsdows 7 Ultimate operating system
Processor AMD-A4-5300 APU with Radeon (tm) HD Graphics 3.40GHz
Memory 2.00GB (1.46GB usable)
I constantly suffer from great slowness when I connect to the Internet via WiFi
Yesterday, once BoostSpeed 12 was installed, I carried out its cleaning procedures, and after connecting to the internet it sent me a message on two occasions indicating slowness on my computer and that this would be resolved with the PRO version. I want to know if this is real, or if the problem lies in insufficient memory, old processor, or disk characteristics, or all of them, and should I buy a new computer; but, for the time being, I want to avoid this last option.

Connected to Bluetoothe Cannot see in the Sound of Windows 10

I conntected with Bluetooth the device - Speaker JBL Flip 5 (bluetooth connection only). It appear in the the Setting / bluetooth Devices of Windows 10

But in the setting of Windows 10 the device does not appear so I can not use it.

You gave me for the same quesion an answer for old windows (8) and for headset. I donot have Playback in the setting...

I tried to replace the driver, to update my windows 10 and restart,....It does not help

I'll be glad to have the right solution

Windows 11 Doesn't Hibernate on Alienware and HP Probook Laptops Anymore

I have two laptops, one an Alienware and the other an HP Probook, on which I have installed Boostspeed 13. Since installing on both PCs, neither hibernates anymore. They both sleep appropriately, but they don't hibernate. This was never an issue with Boostspeed 12. What has changed with the new software and how can I re-enable hibernation on both?

Detecting Error during testing by Disk Doctor

When we tried to find any issue on my Boot Drive (SSD), I was informed that there is some iossue on Drive.
It says: something like "Index entry xxxx of Index "$130" of File 3998 is not correct"
Please advise how to fix this issue.

Ho comprato la licenza credendo fosse quello ma non è successo niente.

Speakers pair but are then 'not discoverable'

Hi folks

Had been hoping your driver updater would resolve this problem - multiple bluetooth speakers/headphones (and possibly other devices) that had prevoiusly been used with this PC, and that can still be paired and unpaired to this PC, are now 'not discoverable' and thus cannot be used to play/record sound.

I've seen this mentioned in a couple of forums but for different devices. Mine include logitech x50 and jbl450bt

False alarms

I have this problem for many years now and I cannot find out what’s happening. When I start Windows, I hear a number of times the ding dong sound of hardware that is connecting and disconnecting. When I look into the Control Panel > Devices and printers, I see an icon showing up and disappearing. The label says: Unknown USB device (Device Descriptor Request failed). I checked all hardware connected to the PC more than once and for each piece of hardware there’s is an icon in the Control Panel. So I really don’t know to which piece of hardware this additional icon is related. After about 20 ding dongs, the sounds stops by itself. Sometimes this issue has gone for some time, but it returns as suddenly as it has been gone.
Any comment on this issue would be appreciated.

Boost Speed doesn't recognize SSD

Hey guys,

Boost Speed doesn't recognize SSD and claims that it is HDD. Yes, I am sure it is SSD, all other software recognizes it as SSD (programs like Speccy, etc.).

How can this be fixed?

Driver is Unavailable

My Win 10 (64bit) PC can find my Epson printer on my local network, connected by ethernet cable to my router, and installs the "necessary files". However, afterward in my settings it shows the printer with "Driver is Unavailable" and nothing will print. Both my wife's PC and all of our iPhones/iPads have no issues printing so I know it is connected properly and functional. The only device having an issue is my PC. I have removed the printer and reinstalled it multiple times with the same result. I have also downloaded and installed the newest drivers available from Epson for this printer but somehow my computer does not seem to be able to find or recognize them. A support request has been sent to Epson but so far any suggestions from their automated response system have not be successful.
