I cannot hear anything on videos etc
I used malwarebytes to eliminate issues regarding popups and since then I cannot hear any videos. I have tried everything from chrome settings (BTW no sound on Explorer or Edge either) up to and including this software to correct. However to no avail.
There must be something I am missing...please help.

PC cannot see a webcam
A webcam physically presents on my PC, but system cannot recognize it. I tried many apps to detect a webcam but they did not help.

My handsfree blue tooth device will connect but the sound will still go through the computer's speaker and not the bluetooth. What is causing this?

No streaming sound after you scan and fix
Why don't I have any streaming sound on prime video, you tube, netflix, etc. after you scan and resolve? Very annoying. How to I fix this, so I can enjoy my videos.
Microphone not working
In optimizing, cleaning, scanning or whatever, my computer (Surface Pro3) has lost its microphone. It won't even allow me to troubleshoot it indicating sometimes that I don't have sufficient privileges though I am the adminstrator.

When typing it is as if the keyboard were pressing only the tab, and other than that it sometimes only moved backwards. A few words back. That happens after having the computer turned on for a while, that is, it does not turn on that way. As time passes, it starts with that situation of going only words back when typing or leaving the current text box as if pressing tab.
problem after running resolve all issues early this morning
All devices listed under sound video and game controllers have yellow error triangles and when you open properties for each it shows "Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19)" I have rebooted, uninstalled all and rebooted and nothing changes usb audio has red x and no audio output device is installed and usb camera says camera in use by another app. I have disconnected both after uninstalling in device manager, rebooted then plugged them back in all still come up with error triangles and audio / camera are not functioning.

Well this 8 years old laptop runs really smooth especially after i cleaned the fan. have learned alot about the hardware.
But.. i would like to play some games on it but there seems a problem with my videocard because intel dont support it anymore since windows 10. the questions are:
Can i upgrade this videocard?
Should i replace the Intel core i3-2328m cpu @ 2.20ghz to the I7 ?
And ifso yes is it worth it since the cost of hardware i need to buy then..

Кое как удалось установить windows 10 на SSD. но при первой же перезагрузке с него не загрузиться никак.
В меню загрузок F9 есть выбор ситем вин 8,1 том1, вин 8,1 том 6 и вин 10, но при выборе вин10 произходит перезагрузка и все заново. В биосе P8Z77-V LX2 (ver. 2501) этот SSD(GPT,NTFS) не виден.
Прошу о помощи!

My computer keeps dropping its print spooler. I reload windows and it works until I install Auslogics Speed Booster. Any fixes?

Yes I have tried the sugestions you mentioned in the previous answer. Problem is, do I have to remember to Unchek the devices every time I do click on the maintenance button and undue again and again?

Computer won't charge?
Hello! so, i have had this computer for awhile. i got it a couple of years ago, but i stopped using it for 3 years because i thought i had completely broke it. well, i am just now starting to fix my computer and getting it back to a stable state. one of the main issues i noticed with the computer is that it will not charge. i have to keep it on the charger, or it will die instantly. it is always on 0% :(. i wasn't sure if my battery was broken, a sensory was off, something was wrong with my motherboard or my charger. can you help me identify the issue? if you need information about my computer, it is a windows 10 ASUS computer and i have had it for 4 years. thank you for your time!!

Detecting Error during testing by Disk Doctor
When we tried to find any issue on my Boot Drive (SSD), I was informed that there is some iossue on Drive.
It says: something like "Index entry xxxx of Index "$130" of File 3998 is not correct"
Please advise how to fix this issue.

Windows 11 Doesn't Hibernate on Alienware and HP Probook Laptops Anymore
I have two laptops, one an Alienware and the other an HP Probook, on which I have installed Boostspeed 13. Since installing on both PCs, neither hibernates anymore. They both sleep appropriately, but they don't hibernate. This was never an issue with Boostspeed 12. What has changed with the new software and how can I re-enable hibernation on both?

Driver is Unavailable
My Win 10 (64bit) PC can find my Epson printer on my local network, connected by ethernet cable to my router, and installs the "necessary files". However, afterward in my settings it shows the printer with "Driver is Unavailable" and nothing will print. Both my wife's PC and all of our iPhones/iPads have no issues printing so I know it is connected properly and functional. The only device having an issue is my PC. I have removed the printer and reinstalled it multiple times with the same result. I have also downloaded and installed the newest drivers available from Epson for this printer but somehow my computer does not seem to be able to find or recognize them. A support request has been sent to Epson but so far any suggestions from their automated response system have not be successful.

external hard drive recovery
so i have ran check disk a few times on a external hard drive to see if i can possibly repair the thing and if not recover some things that are still on it. windows does not recognize the drive but 3rd party software does, so as i'm running check disk it sees one bad sector like at somewhat of the begging of the scan then it continues and runs almost to the end of the scan but does'nt qiute finish the scan, instead it suddenly stops, the screen goes black for a second and then it reboots windows and thats it. no log of what happened at the time of crash or the condition of the drive or the end result...nothing. so i'm wondering if you can shed some light on the situation and maybe some remedies if any? thanks, cweklund

Speakers pair but are then 'not discoverable'
Hi folks
Had been hoping your driver updater would resolve this problem - multiple bluetooth speakers/headphones (and possibly other devices) that had prevoiusly been used with this PC, and that can still be paired and unpaired to this PC, are now 'not discoverable' and thus cannot be used to play/record sound.
I've seen this mentioned in a couple of forums but for different devices. Mine include logitech x50 and jbl450bt
