Driver Issues
Hello Dear Sir, Madam,
We have a AMD Radeon HD 6950 Graphics Card,
I looked all over the Internet for the right driver.. But I cannot find the one that works on our pc..
We use Windows 11 Pro X64
I have tried the most of drivers I could find, but none of them work as they should...
We have a HDR Display now, And with some drivers it is disabled.. Others it works with no problem.
As soon as we want to start a game for example Hitman 3..
It Does not start.. And with other games it prompts me to look for the new drivers for our graphics card...
That it is outdated... So please please help us fix this problem?
It would mean the world to us!!
I have added a pic, of the properties of the card with it, using the program speccy

wrong core amount

Your program ver 13 reports that my I7 13700k have 12 cores but its supposed to be 16 with 24 treads. Why is that ?

external hard drive recovery
so i have ran check disk a few times on a external hard drive to see if i can possibly repair the thing and if not recover some things that are still on it. windows does not recognize the drive but 3rd party software does, so as i'm running check disk it sees one bad sector like at somewhat of the begging of the scan then it continues and runs almost to the end of the scan but does'nt qiute finish the scan, instead it suddenly stops, the screen goes black for a second and then it reboots windows and thats it. no log of what happened at the time of crash or the condition of the drive or the end result...nothing. so i'm wondering if you can shed some light on the situation and maybe some remedies if any? thanks, cweklund
P.S. under device at the top of this inquery what I choose does'nt apply to my question i just had to put something there so it would send. this is in regards to an external drive i have.

Boost Speed doesn't recognize SSD
Hey guys,
Boost Speed doesn't recognize SSD and claims that it is HDD. Yes, I am sure it is SSD, all other software recognizes it as SSD (programs like Speccy, etc.).
How can this be fixed?

Cannot connect Wifi.无法连接无线网
Hello, I used Auslogics BoostSpeed 13 to clean up the data. After cleaning, my DELL notebook (DELL 5520) could not connect to the wireless network. Content hidden to protect privacy
The Wireless Network Adapter cuts out
I keep losing the wifi connection while I am online. The Windows troubleshooter states the wireless network adapter has to be reset--which is does and the wifi works again...temporarily. Then it cuts out again and I go through the same drill, over and over.
What is messing with the WNA? No other device in my house using the wifi has this problem. Only my laptop I am using now.

ПОсле установки программы и первоначального сканирования программа запроила перезагрузку. ПОсле перезагрузки сигнал от микрофона пропал. Ни приложения, ни само ОС не может получить от него сигнал. Хотя при поиске проблем через настройки ничего не обнаруживается.
Windows 11 Doesn't Hibernate on Alienware and HP Probook Laptops Anymore
I have two laptops, one an Alienware and the other an HP Probook, on which I have installed Boostspeed 13. Since installing on both PCs, neither hibernates anymore. They both sleep appropriately, but they don't hibernate. This was never an issue with Boostspeed 12. What has changed with the new software and how can I re-enable hibernation on both?

The lap top I use is fairly new, but is running windoews 10 pro, Microsoft constantly urge me to load certain up dates and when I try the message is cannot comply you need to purchase windows 365 for instance, but I have a perfectly good windows office already loaded can I stop the 365 nonsense or must i spend and buy 365.

I am runing a Ryze 7 3800X on an ASRock B550M Pro4 motherboard, with 32 GB RAM, a 1TB Corsair NvMe card in the 4.0 PCIe slot, 500 GB NVMe card in the other 3.0 M2 slot, 500 GB digital drive and a 4 TB Hard Drive internally. This is all powered with a 800W PSU.
The card has been tested and is good, what am I missing to make this card post?!!

Driver is Unavailable
My Win 10 (64bit) PC can find my Epson printer on my local network, connected by ethernet cable to my router, and installs the "necessary files". However, afterward in my settings it shows the printer with "Driver is Unavailable" and nothing will print. Both my wife's PC and all of our iPhones/iPads have no issues printing so I know it is connected properly and functional. The only device having an issue is my PC. I have removed the printer and reinstalled it multiple times with the same result. I have also downloaded and installed the newest drivers available from Epson for this printer but somehow my computer does not seem to be able to find or recognize them. A support request has been sent to Epson but so far any suggestions from their automated response system have not be successful.

How come suddenly with windows 11 my MSI Z390 GAMING PRO CARBON motherboard doesn't accept my downloaded chipset drivers. I must use everytime my motherboard DVD and then the MSI Center update Tool, otherwise it Freezes to function and restarts. Are their any BIOS settings I must know about? Free disk space issue
I have two external HD of exactly the same size, 3.63 TB, they both hace exactly the same amount of data stored on them both, 1.84 TB, 2240 files, 61 folders. My issue is that the "free space" shows a difference amount, 1.50 TB verse 1.55 TB. I have ensured that recycle bin on them both are empty and ran every program that would make sense with the confines of BoostSpeed 13 and nothing seems to make any difference. This isn't the only example of this sort of thing happening. I'm bewildered. Please advise.

Computer won't charge?
Hello! so, i have had this computer for awhile. i got it a couple of years ago, but i stopped using it for 3 years because i thought i had completely broke it. well, i am just now starting to fix my computer and getting it back to a stable state. one of the main issues i noticed with the computer is that it will not charge. i have to keep it on the charger, or it will die instantly. it is always on 0% :(. i wasn't sure if my battery was broken, a sensory was off, something was wrong with my motherboard or my charger. can you help me identify the issue? if you need information about my computer, it is a windows 10 ASUS computer and i have had it for 4 years. thank you for your time!!
