How do I recover my delted One Drive files that were deleted when I upograded to Pro Vestion 13

I downloaded Auslogics BoostSpeed 13 Free Edition and read about tasks that would help the speed of my laptop. The only section I used was delete unused programs. It showed me a list and I selected about seven or eight items. And later I opened
my desktop and realized I had lost about 30 shortcut Icons. Many that I still use.
I read thru the inforrmation to try to reverse my action. I used the recovery section but keep seeing a popup window telling me to
turn off my anti-virus and firewall and no data was exchanged (I used a restore date one week earlier.) I tried three different restore dates and they all failed with the same pop-up. My question -is there a procedure for correcting my mistake and possibly recovering my desktop icons? Thanks for any direction.

Yesterday I ran Auslogics BoostSpeed 13 and it messed up my ability to get into MSEdge. It wasnt until late last night that I figured out what happened but I don't know how to fix it. After running the scan and after clicking on the repair/fix it button, a small screen pops us and asks me to close the following files. They are all msedge.exe (6 or more), but it didn't do that this time and has stopped me from being able to get in MicroSoft Edge. Has my copy of Auslogics BoostSpeed 13 been compromised, have I missed and update or is something else going on? Can you help e with this?

3rd Question is regarding with Drivers for my HP PC: Usually I'm using 'Auslogics Driver-Updater to keep All my PC -Drivers Up-to-Date all the Time... but, but at the same time by the way I've used to use 'PC Help Soft Driver Updater and 'Driver- Genius as well other softwares for keeping my PC Drivers up-to-date. And now the ''Question'' is: Are There any Negative effects or affects to break my PC 'Stability or to break my PC Performance if am' I using more then one company Driver-Updaters - Software for only one PC?, or there is no need to be afraid or no need to worry of any negative effects to break my PC 'Stability/Performance and I Can use as many as I want... and as many as I wish 'Driver-Updaters I mean from different companies 'Software for my HP PC...?

upgraging lost my registered status

I upgraded my computer with a different motherboard, a new i7 cpu and new ddr4 memory, but my hard drives, my graphics card and sound card plus power supply are still the same. When I turned on my computer I see that my status went from registered to unregistered. How do I get it to be registered again. It's not a different computer, just upgraded.

DSN resolution failing
I have an older PC and thus tought it would be good to get Auslogics Bootspeed 13
I did a scan and followed the recomendations
however I now regularily get the issue that the internet connection to my DNS server is gone
he tells me that the addr. cannot be resolved (see also screen shot in doc)
it seems to go away after a while, without me taking action? - but when it happens it hinders a lot.
could you please tell me that this can ideed be due to cleaning caches, optimizing settings though Bootspeed?

I only use mu PC for flight simulation practive. Iecently uninstalled a program called Traffic Global. IT contined over twelve thousand files. Every time I run the Duplicate Filesprogram, the files continue to show up although I removed Traffiv Global weeks ago. Can you advise? Thanks!

I have been using Boostspeed pro for years, and now the software only opens in the free version, even when I copy the activation key received in December by email.
A window appears, saying "Registered software", yet the software remains in free version.

when attempting to open Scanner, i receive the above message, but no information is given.
I have tested the scanner (epson xp 510) on another pc with no problems.

Ich nutze AusLogics Boost Speed schon sehr lange - mit obigem licence key lässt sie sich nicht aktivieren.
Was ist das los - auch löschen und Neuinstallation hat nichts gebracht.

DRIVER UPDATER REFUSES TO CONNECT
Any idea as to why this is happening? I have registered the program in the WIN firewall, but no success. All other Auslogics software is working without a hitch.

BoostSpeed 13 BUG Issue
There is an aggravating "BUG" in BoostSpeed 13. A message frequently appears that states I have many TERABYTES of files in my Recycle Bin. See the attached screenshot.
I got this message today, while having less than 25 MB of files in my Recycle Bin.
Please look into this and fix this BUG.

auslogics driver updater causes WINDOWS 10 to be disabled
I have the Auslogics Driver updater and used it on my ACER laptop , which is only 3 years old.
The updater found 16 drivers that needed updating.
I did the updating and restarted the laptop.
The laptop then wouldnt start - I got the blue screen error message.
The only way I could get it working again, which took me 2 days, was to reset back to a restore point 2 weeks ago .
As a result I presume the driver updating never happened.
Is there anything I can do to get the Driver Updater to work without causing this significant error message?

My BoostSpeed app will not recognise my Pro status
Examples of this issue in the atchd doc.
My BoostSpeed is the Pro level app and it is good for another 300+ days. However, the app does not know this fact. It will not allow me access to the Pro features. It requires me to buy the Pro level features. I do not understand how the app indicates I have Pro yet at the same time the app thinks I only have the free version.
I do have and have paid for Pro for the 300 days.
When I tired to re-register the Pro license key, it indicates I'm already Pro registered. Yeah, that's obvious. Why doesn't the app know this?
