I am the target of a very vicious hacker. A short time ago I receieved a notice from Auslogics of a new file that had recently been added into my system. I checked to understand more, then deleted it. However, I was lucky to see this notice. If I am away from my desk and a notice pops up I may miss it. How can I keep track of notices you send so I can circumvent any threats?
Boost Speed
The registry cleaner tells me it has cleaned 14000 or so items from Installed Programs. When I reboot and restart the process, i t still finds the same number of items.

I sometimes receive a message from Auslogics saying I may have a privacy issue and that I should look at my privacy settings... but as there is no indication of what the privacy setting should be or what has changed, I don't know what I am supposed to be checking.

How do i get rid of the files that stay fragmented after defreagging ... i want to see all green or blue not red and yellow files after defrag .. are those files slowing my macjhine down and possible trojans in my system ?

Programa não esta fazendo scan
Quando eu peço para fazer varredura o programa interrompe e apresenta o seguinte log
SYSTEM SCAN
I have boostspeed 13 Pro. When I do a system scan, the results come back so many mb deframented, etc. But when I resolve, it only clean sonme of them. Maybe 10 mb less. It cleans less on defrag and junk. If i scan again, it cleans all. Why should I have to do it twice? Also, can I set up system scan to be automatically done? And if I can, how do I do it? Please advise.

Never updates any drivers for two years now...
I do NOT want to uninstall Driver Updater. I want it to work and it has never updated a single driver, yet.

Cada vez que inicio sesion aparece un mensaje dandome opcion de descargar nuevamente el programa que ya tengo actualizado.

After using Auslogics Boot Speed 13 (Pro) (scan, regedit, clean, regdefrag, disk defrag, window slimmer, internet optimisation) and restaring the Windows, the screen becomes black in a few minutes. It is possble to change open windows by Alt + Tab. Ctr + Alt + Del can recall Task Manager. But the screen is black, it is not possible to see a wallpaper, call Start menu, task bar is invisible as well. Only restart the system helps, can I fix it in another way, please?

Is there an efficient way of removing all things (every mention of) Google from my sysem, preferably using your products?
In the pase I have gone through the registry line-by-line and removed anything that says "Google," "Chrome," or "android." this takes a long time and is teadious but I am usually successful in keeping Google out of my life.

Auslogic 13 update problem
Trying to update the new version from 13.0.0.1 to 13.0.0.2 - updater stating that Auslogic 13 is running and it will shut down program and proceed with update - this goes on and doesn't work

System Tray Icon Never Loads
I recently purchased Auslogics BoostSpeed 12 and I’m running it on Windows 10 VM, the user is a Standard user without any Administrative Privileges. This brings me to the question! Can this Standard user turn on the computer and BoostSpeed 12 loads and runs automatically including scheduled maintenance?
It looks as though all is fine until I restart the computer however, it’s not, the system tray icon never loads until I start the application manually, and before it loads an administrative Password is required. Is this normal and If so is there a workaround?
