Why is your software allready more then 4 hours busy scanning my registry. The first 1200 entries went quick but after that things are slowing down. I have 12.186 registry keys
Disk Defrag
HI,i have noticed a few times now that when all disks are checked my C; SSD disk gets stuck at around 71% and doesnt complete.All other SSD: ( D; E; ) finish. Even then when i stop the optimisation and uncheck disks E and D then try running just C; it still gets stuck. The only way then is to restart my PC and run optimisation only on C; it finishes the run. Its only a small hick up but i thought it best to make you aware of this/

Empty folder program freezing up
Hello there. First time asking for assistance. The AB13 Suite works great except for the empty folder program which freezes up on both computers here at the office. Whole program then does. What now? Thanks....

BoostSpeed11のダッシュボードからスキャン、表示された問題を解決すると、インストールされている「GoogleDrive」が終了します。
割り当ててある仮想ドライブも消え、タスクバーのアイコンも消えてGoogleDriveが機能しません。GoogleDriveの再起動も出来ません。
GoogleDriveが終了した時点でGoogleDriveアプリのプログラム自体は削除されないので、
コントロールパネル、プログラムと機能から削除→再起動→ログイン→再インストールが必要になります。
GoogleDriveのインストールフォルダや関連すると思われるレジストリをスキャン対象から除外しましたが、この問題は解決しません。
何か良い方法があれば教えて下さい。

Clearing Privacy History issues
Every day, I start the day, running Advanced System Care, then Glary Utilities, then WiseCare 365, then Auslogics Bootspeed 13, the I reboot and then run ASC again. I have been doing this now, daily, for over 3 years (updating as they are made public). 1st run of ASC... I find privacy issues and then delete them. With Glary's... I run (in Advanced) their "Erase history" under "Privacy" multiple times until I get "Zero" issues found (sometimes up to 15 times to get a zero response). Then I run WiseCare, multipl times (usually around 6 times (main page) and then Under "System Cleaner" I usually only run each section once... sometimes though I run the "Advanced Cleaner" a few times, each time returning a different number of files found and cleaned... but never getting a "zero" found result. NEXT is Auslogics Bootspeed 13 (AB13) I run the main screen, cure the findings... and then I run the "privacy" scan again... and I have done this up to 30 times in a row. The important thing hereis... each time returns a number of files found that is different than the previous time AND there is no pattern to the numbers returned either!
Looking at the past, the Neuroquila virus (circa around 1995) was the first (as far as I know) "polymorphing" virus. It created a "sacrificial virus" to "feed" any existing antivirus program on a machine so that while the antivirus was repairing the created virus the real virus could then attack the antivirus, making it, in the future, always retrun a "no virus found" message to the user. What I want is something I can configure to run multiple passes of the different compnents within your software so I can set it and then go do something else while it scours, re-scourts and rescours again as many times as I want it to.

Warum kann ich bei BoostSpeed die Ergebnisse nicht lesen? Sowie ich auf "Die Reparatur abgeschlossen. Klicken Sioe hier um die Ergebnisse anzusehen" drücke, verschwindet alles. Ich konne bishe keine Ergenisse mir ansehen.

My ETS5 still crashes upon opening. Is there some function in the registry cleaner that I have overlooked?
System Tray Icon Never Loads
I recently purchased Auslogics BoostSpeed 12 and I’m running it on Windows 10 VM, the user is a Standard user without any Administrative Privileges. This brings me to the question! Can this Standard user turn on the computer and BoostSpeed 12 loads and runs automatically including scheduled maintenance?
It looks as though all is fine until I restart the computer however, it’s not, the system tray icon never loads until I start the application manually, and before it loads an administrative Password is required. Is this normal and If so is there a workaround?

Auslogic 13 update problem
Trying to update the new version from 13.0.0.1 to 13.0.0.2 - updater stating that Auslogic 13 is running and it will shut down program and proceed with update - this goes on and doesn't work

I have been using Auslogics for seceral years now. My question is how long do the results of a scan last. I have noticed for instance that the internet settings hold goo,. the scan in clean-up are good and then the next day they must be deleted again. Does a reboot erase some of youy clean-up for tha same day? Just curious. Any info would be helpfil. Thanks.

¿Siempre es mejor actualizar todo el software (windows, sistema operativo, apps, drivers, etc.) a la versión más reciente que se vaya publicando? o cuando todo está funcionando en forma correcta ¿es mejor detener las actualizaciones para dejar todo como está y que se mantenga todo funcionando en forma adecuada?

How do I stop Boost from doing this and how can I turn off the anaged by your orginization and reset location services to on.

I am 76 and live in a nursing home in NY. I have a Dell Inspiron 5570. I have my own room and use Windows 10. A predatory fire wall was installed by someone not me a few months ago. I hate it and want it unistalled. It question links I try to open in my email.
I use wi fi provided by the nursing home. I have Searched the internet and it say to uninstall it thru the programs file. It's not there.
There is a more omplicated way but I am not that literate to use it. It was likely installed by the nursing home to prevent employees from watching porn on company equiptment. But residents have their own line and work is seperate.

Documents not opening
For some reason I cannot open any of my previous microsoft office documents, not work nor excel. When I choose to open them it says "You'll need a new app to open this .docx file" Look for an app in microsoft store. Says same when trying to open Excel documents. It was fine last time I used it about a week ago and now cant open any of my documents, nor word blank document templates.
