What is the little red dot that appears on your tray icon? When it appears, what does it mean? How do you get rid of the red dot?

DSN resolution failing
I have an older PC and thus tought it would be good to get Auslogics Bootspeed 13
I did a scan and followed the recomendations
however I now regularily get the issue that the internet connection to my DNS server is gone
he tells me that the addr. cannot be resolved (see also screen shot in doc)
it seems to go away after a while, without me taking action? - but when it happens it hinders a lot.
could you please tell me that this can ideed be due to cleaning caches, optimizing settings though Bootspeed?
where to fix/repair?

Driver Updater on Win 11 platform
My laptop uses Win11 OS. I get notices that several drivers need update. I start Driver Updater. Shortly later I am notified Driver Updater cannot connect to sever. This only happens on Win 11,

Why won't Auslogics BoostSpeed clean norton during a scan. We really like your product but don't want lingering files from Norton when it's not being used.

¿Siempre es mejor actualizar todo el software (windows, sistema operativo, apps, drivers, etc.) a la versión más reciente que se vaya publicando? o cuando todo está funcionando en forma correcta ¿es mejor detener las actualizaciones para dejar todo como está y que se mantenga todo funcionando en forma adecuada?
DRIVER UPDATER REFUSES TO CONNECT
Any idea as to why this is happening? I have registered the program in the WIN firewall, but no success. All other Auslogics software is working without a hitch.

J'ai installé CCLEANER mais crains qu'il détruise des fichiers considérés comme étant des virus mais qui n'en sont pas comme par exemple "setup.exe". Windows Defender a complètement détruits des fichiers qui n'étaient en aucun cas des virus. Je n'ai pas réussi à les récupérer.
Dois-je craindre la même chose avec CCLEANER ?

Unable to open any image file via photos
I am getting an error when i am double clicking an image file, which normally used to open with "photos" app.
The error is "No such interface supported"

printer does not print after running Auslogic
can you help to sort out problem with printing after "optimisation" of notebook by running Auslogic. Aslo smart car readerstopped working. Card reader was not recognised, one of the services was disabled by the Booster. Smart card reader problem was solved by enabling the service, but the printer does not work still.

Latest update for boostspeed will not install. I have 13.0.0.1........ 13.0.0.2 will not install.

Auslogics Boost speed
I subscribed to Boost spoeed 9 a while ago and it worked as expected.. It had a function of Scan Repair and sleep.. good for the end of the day.
However as the program is up dated it no longert has that function and I find I have to buy a new licence for each up date. . With out the scan repair and sleep ,it seems not now wortyh paying for more up dates.
What can i do and shall i lookj for another program that will do that for me

1, Why it take more than 10 to 15 minutes to open up BoostSpeed 12 ??

When I do a scan, it comes back and tells me xxxx amount of junk to be cleaned and fragmented. When I click recolvder all, 90% of the junk is removed. I cleaned junk files and it said xxxx amount of files and it cleaned all but 91 mg. I therefore have to clean 2 or 3 times to remove all. WHY? I have paid for this version and it is not updated. Please advise.

Disk Defrag 11 - Wipe disk blank area function reports 100%, but doesn't actually finish
I know that wiping a large HD can take time, but it reached 100%, the program never repotred it finished. I let it continue to run nearly 12 hours after it reached the 99-100% point. I couldnt close the program either, so I restarted the PC in order to close the program. Dell Percision T3500, 24GB RAM, 8 core Xeon W3540, Win10 x64 on SSD. Everything else runs well. I'm using the paid version of Disk Defrag 11.

Comment supprimer adobe acrobat reader ensachant que lorsque je commence la procedure, il stoppe la uninstall car fullTrustNotifier.exe n'est pas marque comme installé, j'ai pourtant desactive le Adobe genuine notifier dans les services windows, supprimer les cles de registre notifierClient et supprimer manuellement les repertoires, mais je ne peux pas desisntaller depuis l'appli windows des programmes ni meme modifier, corriger, ou installer une autre version.
Toute aide est la bienvenue et le logiciel d'adobe pour nettoyer les mauvaises desinstallation: AdobeAcroCleaner, ne fonctionne pas, il ne repond pas en 10 sec apres le lancement..bref, tout pour plaire

BoostSpeed11でスキャン、不具合解決をするとGoogleDriveが終了する
お世話になります。
BoostSpeed11のダッシュボードからスキャン、表示された問題を解決すると、インストールされている「GoogleDrive」が終了します。
割り当ててある仮想ドライブも消え、タスクバーのアイコンも消えてGoogleDriveが機能しません。GoogleDriveの再起動も出来ません。
GoogleDriveが終了した時点でGoogleDriveアプリのプログラム自体は削除されないので、
コントロールパネル、プログラムと機能から削除→再起動→ログイン→再インストールが必要になります。
GoogleDriveのインストールフォルダや関連すると思われるレジストリをスキャン対象から除外しましたが、この問題は解決しません。
何か良い方法があれば教えて下さい。

Empty folder program freezing up
Hello there. First time asking for assistance. The AB13 Suite works great except for the empty folder program which freezes up on both computers here at the office. Whole program then does. What now? Thanks....
