How to avoid file delete problems in Lightroom Classic
Lightroom creates catalog images and movg es file around as you manage the catalog and/or import files from various devices or drives. How can I avoid LR catalog issues when using Aslogics software?

when I open Microsoft store and the apps i download from it, they open and work fine but their icon in taskbar is fading away.

Driver Updater on Win 11 platform
My laptop uses Win11 OS. I get notices that several drivers need update. I start Driver Updater. Shortly later I am notified Driver Updater cannot connect to sever. This only happens on Win 11,

¿Siempre es mejor actualizar todo el software (windows, sistema operativo, apps, drivers, etc.) a la versión más reciente que se vaya publicando? o cuando todo está funcionando en forma correcta ¿es mejor detener las actualizaciones para dejar todo como está y que se mantenga todo funcionando en forma adecuada?
DRIVER UPDATER REFUSES TO CONNECT
Any idea as to why this is happening? I have registered the program in the WIN firewall, but no success. All other Auslogics software is working without a hitch.

J'ai installé CCLEANER mais crains qu'il détruise des fichiers considérés comme étant des virus mais qui n'en sont pas comme par exemple "setup.exe". Windows Defender a complètement détruits des fichiers qui n'étaient en aucun cas des virus. Je n'ai pas réussi à les récupérer.
Dois-je craindre la même chose avec CCLEANER ?

Ma messagerie Thunderbird (plusieurs comptes actifs) semble fonctionner correctement, mais depuis quelques semaines s'ouvre une fenêtre d'erreur (en pièce jointe) dont je n'arrive pas à supprimer la cause.

After using Auslogics Boot Speed 13 (Pro) (scan, regedit, clean, regdefrag, disk defrag, window slimmer, internet optimisation) and restaring the Windows, the screen becomes black in a few minutes. It is possble to change open windows by Alt + Tab. Ctr + Alt + Del can recall Task Manager. But the screen is black, it is not possible to see a wallpaper, call Start menu, task bar is invisible as well. Only restart the system helps, can I fix it in another way, please?

Unable to open any image file via photos
I am getting an error when i am double clicking an image file, which normally used to open with "photos" app.
The error is "No such interface supported"

Documents not opening
For some reason I cannot open any of my previous microsoft office documents, not work nor excel. When I choose to open them it says "You'll need a new app to open this .docx file" Look for an app in microsoft store. Says same when trying to open Excel documents. It was fine last time I used it about a week ago and now cant open any of my documents, nor word blank document templates.
printer does not print after running Auslogic
can you help to sort out problem with printing after "optimisation" of notebook by running Auslogic. Aslo smart car readerstopped working. Card reader was not recognised, one of the services was disabled by the Booster. Smart card reader problem was solved by enabling the service, but the printer does not work still.

Auslogics Boost speed
I subscribed to Boost spoeed 9 a while ago and it worked as expected.. It had a function of Scan Repair and sleep.. good for the end of the day.
However as the program is up dated it no longert has that function and I find I have to buy a new licence for each up date. . With out the scan repair and sleep ,it seems not now wortyh paying for more up dates.
What can i do and shall i lookj for another program that will do that for me

1, Why it take more than 10 to 15 minutes to open up BoostSpeed 12 ??

it's not any app selected in subcategory, it's this app.
I got a chance to spin this wheel that said i would get a certain percentage off and it landed on the 100%, so i'm wondering if that means if i get it for free. And if it does mean i get it for free, i didn't recieve anything.
Disk Defrag 11 - Wipe disk blank area function reports 100%, but doesn't actually finish
I know that wiping a large HD can take time, but it reached 100%, the program never repotred it finished. I let it continue to run nearly 12 hours after it reached the 99-100% point. I couldnt close the program either, so I restarted the PC in order to close the program. Dell Percision T3500, 24GB RAM, 8 core Xeon W3540, Win10 x64 on SSD. Everything else runs well. I'm using the paid version of Disk Defrag 11.

BoostSpeed11のダッシュボードからスキャン、表示された問題を解決すると、インストールされている「GoogleDrive」が終了します。
割り当ててある仮想ドライブも消え、タスクバーのアイコンも消えてGoogleDriveが機能しません。GoogleDriveの再起動も出来ません。
GoogleDriveが終了した時点でGoogleDriveアプリのプログラム自体は削除されないので、
コントロールパネル、プログラムと機能から削除→再起動→ログイン→再インストールが必要になります。
GoogleDriveのインストールフォルダや関連すると思われるレジストリをスキャン対象から除外しましたが、この問題は解決しません。
何か良い方法があれば教えて下さい。

Cette fenêtre s'affiche chez tout utlisateur NON ADMINISTRATEUR et ne peut pas être supprimée.
Seul l'utlisateur ADMINISTRATEUR peut la suprimmer via le gestionaire de tâches en faisant FIN DE TÂCHE sur 2 applications Gigabyte.

Empty folder program freezing up
Hello there. First time asking for assistance. The AB13 Suite works great except for the empty folder program which freezes up on both computers here at the office. Whole program then does. What now? Thanks....

in the last few weeks I have purchased several of Auslogics software programs. Since I began using the software, 3 of the programs have been updated with an additional cost. When I originally subscribed to the software I did not expect to have to pay for updates
only after a yearly subscription and the a possible update of the price.Although I have found the software to be good, the prices are somewhat higher than other products on the market such as CCleaner, Malwarebytes and F Secure which I also use with fixed prices for a yearly subscripton withou additional costs for updates. I WILL NOT BE RENEWING THE SOFTWARE AFTER THE ALLOCATED PERIOD BECAUSE MY FEELING IS THAT THE TOTAL PACKAGE YOU PROVIDE IS NOT VALUE FOR THE COST INVOLVED.
PLEASE RESPOND TO MY COMMENTS AS ABOVE. I ALSO APPRECIATE THAT AUSLOGICS SOFTWARE ALLOWS INCREASED MANAGEMENT OF MY WINDOWS 10 PC , HOWEVER I AM NOT CONVINCED THE EXTRA COST IS WARRANTED.

When I do a scan, it comes back and tells me xxxx amount of junk to be cleaned and fragmented. When I click recolvder all, 90% of the junk is removed. I cleaned junk files and it said xxxx amount of files and it cleaned all but 91 mg. I therefore have to clean 2 or 3 times to remove all. WHY? I have paid for this version and it is not updated. Please advise.
