DNS server
Hi! Thanks for the help! I would like to change my local DNS server to a faster one! I have used Namebench to scan for one but the Auslogics app blocks my upgrade. Can I tempoarily disable Auslogics to change the server or must I uninstall the app then reinstall it after I get a new DNS server? I always do a network scan to set the perameters which does help but it help to get a better DNS! What can I do? Thank You, Craig Stone Jackson Ca.
Tab Crashes when go to Look at Report from Deep Disk Cleaner
After I run my Auslogics Boostspeed (makes a backup). I go to look at report and get error "Gah. your tab failed" What/Why does this happen? I don't know how to attach the report. Sorry (Old Lady)

per un breve periodo con windows 10 ha funzionato l'IRDA (infrarosso) che uso per scaricare i dati di un vecchio cardiofrequenzimetro dopo un aggiornamento l'IRDA non ha più funzionato e nonostante le ricerche su internet per la risoluzione del problema e l'applicazione dei parametri consigliati sempre su internet la mia pennetta IRDA non funziona. I am using SSD optimization with Auslogic Bootspeed 12 to optimize my C drive (114 GB free 54 gb) it took a whole day to finish. Is it normal for a ssd optimization running? (while it only took 5 mins to optimize my D drive 98GB free 54GB). How frequently should I run SSD optimization

I am using SSDs optimization for my SSD drive but I found out on the internet and youtube that I should not defragment my SSD, just let window trim does the work. I would like to know if Auslogic do any good for SSD and is it gonna insert extra "write" to my SSD? If it is the case I would rather use Window trim since I saw SSD optimization also do defragment task when I optimize with Auslogic Bootspeed 12

problem with auslogics
It wont let me create a restore point, and the restore points I had created it has deleted.

I installed Auslogics bootSpeed 12 Pro, and after first scan, reboot windows 10 pc(Dell XPS 13 9505).
I was obtained next messages. Maybe other sofware's Activation informations were destroyed.
（1）C:\ProgramData\Stardock\Fences3\License.sig was deleted.
The first massage is that reactivate fences 3. (Activation code is neaded)
（2）In the case of Auslogics driver updater, my activation code exceeded the limited number of activation.
And the costomer service replied me by mail that they cannot refresh my activation code.
（3）Next massge window opened that I rejister again Sound Blaster of Creative Teclonogy co.
(4)From now on, what do I do to prevent missing activation informations of my Windows10 pc.

recovery of duplicate files accidentaly removed
I have removed duplicate files using the software, unfortunately i lost many RAW files of the photographs instead of JPEG versions of the RAW files, I wish to recover my raw files which was deleted first from the hard drive into the recycle bin and removed from there, the RAW files are Nikon NEF files. Здравствуйте. Я не знаю как это получилось, но создавая новый профиль в гугл хром программа как я понимаю закрепила в этом профиле свою систему анонимности и безопасности, тк ярлык гугл профиля на панели задач был таким же как и ярлык самой программы.
Как можно этим управлять? Сколько можно создать таких профилей и как можно создать такой профиль осознано если мне это нужно?

How can this be managed? How many such profiles can be created and how can I create such a profile consciously if I need it?

administrator blocked auslogics
I have been using auslogics for multiple years now... I recently bought another key today. Today the software wont open because it pops up with a message indicating this software has been blocked by the administrator. However, I am the administrator.... So I am confused because now I can not run the auslogics software. Can you help.

Доброго времени суток. Уважаемые разработчики, я давно пользуюсь вашими программами, в том числе и Auslogics BoostSpeed. За последнее время я пользовалась Auslogics BoostSpeed 10 и всегда всё было без сбоев. 23 мая 2021 года я решила приобрести Auslogics BoostSpeed 12. С установкой программы не было проблем. Но после сканирования и выполнения оптимизации устройства у меня перестал работать AdGuard и не просто перестал, я его не могу даже переустановить. Пришлось мне переустанавливать всю сисстему заново. До этого проблем с AdGuard не было у Auslogics BoostSpeed 10. Мне бы не хотелось удалять Auslogics BoostSpeed 12 и возвращать свои средства. Помогите разобраться, что нужно сделать, что бы Auslogics BoostSpeed 12 не выпиливал и блокировал AdGuard из моей сисстемы, т.к. я давно пользуюсь этим программным обеспечением и он меня полностью устраивает (лицензия оплачена). Я бы понимала, если бы он выпиливал, но сам заменял функции AdGuard, но после выпиливания данной программы я полностью остаюсь не с защищенным интернетом и с кучей не нужной мне рекламы. Как вы понимаете меня это не устраивает совсем. Очень надеюсь на помощь в отладке вашей программы с программой AdGuard. В противном случае мне придется откатить Auslogics BoostSpeed 12 до Auslogics BoostSpeed 10 и вернуть потраченные средства. Но еще раз повторяю, я не хочу этого делать, а хочу полностью разобраться в данном конфликте программю Так обе эти программы мне нравятся.
ANTI-MALWARE PROGRAM CONFLICT W/NORTON SECURITY
Hello - I have your Auslogics Anti-Maleware program and recently added Norton Security. Norton security runs scans in the backgound and for some reason goes after the anti-malware prgram, esentially erasing it. However it leaves my Auslogics BoosSpeed & Auslogics Driver Update prgrams alone, so they continue to run fine. Now every day I have to re-load the anti-malwar program.
I went into Norton checking the Virus & Firewall settings which are set to "allow" your anti-malway program , but it still continues to erase the entire anti-malware application. Do you have any ideas on how to fix this in Norton..?

I have an issue with my computer no longer reading the certificates when I insert my id card into a card reader on my computer. I've tested the card reader on different computers with windows 10 as well. So it's not the device or id card. I tested different card readers to no avail as well. It seems to be a softare issue that I think Austologics is blocking or something else. I've tried different browers and that also did not lead to any success.

Boost speed does not recognise pro
I have been using pro version for several years now it asks me to activate pro which it rquires me to pay for which is totally wrong as I renewed my subscription in 2021. It also tell me that an admistrator has blocked me opening the program, this is aloso wrong as I am the system operator and have not blocke Boostspeed. I have re- installed the program and re entered the key 3 times so far it will not work correctly as it tell me tah I don not have pro which is WRONG.

mein Antivirusprogramm "Avira Antivirus Pro" stuft BoostSpeed permanent als Bedrohung ein und löscht es.
Gestern wurde BoostSpeed 3x gelöscht!
Hierfür hätte ich gerne eine Lösung von Ihnen erfahren.
