How do I recover my delted One Drive files that were deleted when I upograded to Pro Vestion 13

I downloaded Auslogics BoostSpeed 13 Free Edition and read about tasks that would help the speed of my laptop. The only section I used was delete unused programs. It showed me a list and I selected about seven or eight items. And later I opened
my desktop and realized I had lost about 30 shortcut Icons. Many that I still use.
I read thru the inforrmation to try to reverse my action. I used the recovery section but keep seeing a popup window telling me to
turn off my anti-virus and firewall and no data was exchanged (I used a restore date one week earlier.) I tried three different restore dates and they all failed with the same pop-up. My question -is there a procedure for correcting my mistake and possibly recovering my desktop icons? Thanks for any direction.

Yesterday I ran Auslogics BoostSpeed 13 and it messed up my ability to get into MSEdge. It wasnt until late last night that I figured out what happened but I don't know how to fix it. After running the scan and after clicking on the repair/fix it button, a small screen pops us and asks me to close the following files. They are all msedge.exe (6 or more), but it didn't do that this time and has stopped me from being able to get in MicroSoft Edge. Has my copy of Auslogics BoostSpeed 13 been compromised, have I missed and update or is something else going on? Can you help e with this?

3rd Question is regarding with Drivers for my HP PC: Usually I'm using 'Auslogics Driver-Updater to keep All my PC -Drivers Up-to-Date all the Time... but, but at the same time by the way I've used to use 'PC Help Soft Driver Updater and 'Driver- Genius as well other softwares for keeping my PC Drivers up-to-date. And now the ''Question'' is: Are There any Negative effects or affects to break my PC 'Stability or to break my PC Performance if am' I using more then one company Driver-Updaters - Software for only one PC?, or there is no need to be afraid or no need to worry of any negative effects to break my PC 'Stability/Performance and I Can use as many as I want... and as many as I wish 'Driver-Updaters I mean from different companies 'Software for my HP PC...?

upgraging lost my registered status

I upgraded my computer with a different motherboard, a new i7 cpu and new ddr4 memory, but my hard drives, my graphics card and sound card plus power supply are still the same. When I turned on my computer I see that my status went from registered to unregistered. How do I get it to be registered again. It's not a different computer, just upgraded.

DSN resolution failing
I have an older PC and thus tought it would be good to get Auslogics Bootspeed 13
I did a scan and followed the recomendations
however I now regularily get the issue that the internet connection to my DNS server is gone
he tells me that the addr. cannot be resolved (see also screen shot in doc)
it seems to go away after a while, without me taking action? - but when it happens it hinders a lot.
could you please tell me that this can ideed be due to cleaning caches, optimizing settings though Bootspeed?
where to fix/repair?

I have been using auslogics for multiple years now... I recently bought another key today. Today the software wont open because it pops up with a message indicating this software has been blocked by the administrator. However, I am the administrator.... ANTI-MALWARE PROGRAM CONFLICT W/NORTON SECURITY
Hello - I have your Auslogics Anti-Maleware program and recently added Norton Security. Norton security runs scans in the backgound and for some reason goes after the anti-malware prgram, esentially erasing it. However it leaves my Auslogics BoosSpeed & Auslogics Driver Update prgrams alone, so they continue to run fine. Now every day I have to re-load the anti-malwar program.
I went into Norton checking the Virus & Firewall settings which are set to "allow" your anti-malway program , but it still continues to erase the entire anti-malware application. Do you have any ideas on how to fix this in Norton..?

Good evening,
I have an issue with my computer no longer reading the certificates when I insert my id card into a card reader on my computer. I've tested the card reader on different computers with windows 10 as well. So it's not the device or id card. I tested different card readers to no avail as well. It seems to be a softare issue that I think Austologics is blocking or something else. I've tried different browers and that also did not lead to any success.

Доброго времени суток. Уважаемые разработчики, я давно пользуюсь вашими программами, в том числе и Auslogics BoostSpeed. За последнее время я пользовалась Auslogics BoostSpeed 10 и всегда всё было без сбоев. 23 мая 2021 года я решила приобрести Auslogics BoostSpeed 12. С установкой программы не было проблем. Но после сканирования и выполнения оптимизации устройства у меня перестал работать AdGuard и не просто перестал, я его не могу даже переустановить. Пришлось мне переустанавливать всю сисстему заново. До этого проблем с AdGuard не было у Auslogics BoostSpeed 10. Мне бы не хотелось удалять Auslogics BoostSpeed 12 и возвращать свои средства. Помогите разобраться, что нужно сделать, что бы Auslogics BoostSpeed 12 не выпиливал и блокировал AdGuard из моей сисстемы, т.к. я давно пользуюсь этим программным обеспечением и он меня полностью устраивает (лицензия оплачена). Я бы понимала, если бы он выпиливал, но сам заменял функции AdGuard, но после выпиливания данной программы я полностью остаюсь не с защищенным интернетом и с кучей не нужной мне рекламы. Как вы понимаете меня это не устраивает совсем. Очень надеюсь на помощь в отладке вашей программы с программой AdGuard. В противном случае мне придется откатить Auslogics BoostSpeed 12 до Auslogics BoostSpeed 10 и вернуть потраченные средства. Но еще раз повторяю, я не хочу этого делать, а хочу полностью разобраться в данном конфликте программю Так обе эти программы мне нравятся.

Boost speed does not recognise pro
I have been using pro version for several years now it asks me to activate pro which it rquires me to pay for which is totally wrong as I renewed my subscription in 2021. It also tell me that an admistrator has blocked me opening the program, this is aloso wrong as I am the system operator and have not blocke Boostspeed. I have re- installed the program and re entered the key 3 times so far it will not work correctly as it tell me tah I don not have pro which is WRONG.

Hello. When you start any game while the program is running in the background, it crashes to the desktop. When you exit the program, there is no departure. Is this what you should do when starting games? Game optimization has been activated.

Malwarebytes Shuts Down Auslogics BoastSpeed11 and Quaranteens it. I have to shut down Malwarebytes and then reinstall Auslogics BoastSpeed11. Then during reinstallation I get a number of errors but the Auslogics BoastSpeed11 does reinstall but this can not be good for the stability of the system. What to do ?
