I am the target of a very vicious hacker. A short time ago I receieved a notice from Auslogics of a new file that had recently been added into my system. I checked to understand more, then deleted it. However, I was lucky to see this notice. If I am away from my desk and a notice pops up I may miss it. How can I keep track of notices you send so I can circumvent any threats?
Boost Speed
The registry cleaner tells me it has cleaned 14000 or so items from Installed Programs. When I reboot and restart the process, i t still finds the same number of items.

I sometimes receive a message from Auslogics saying I may have a privacy issue and that I should look at my privacy settings... but as there is no indication of what the privacy setting should be or what has changed, I don't know what I am supposed to be checking.

fragmented files
How do i get rid of the files that stay fragmented after defreagging ... i want to see all green or blue not red and yellow files after defrag .. are those files slowing my macjhine down and possible trojans in my system ?

Programa não esta fazendo scan
Quando eu peço para fazer varredura o programa interrompe e apresenta o seguinte log
SYSTEM SCAN
I have boostspeed 13 Pro. When I do a system scan, the results come back so many mb deframented, etc. But when I resolve, it only clean sonme of them. Maybe 10 mb less. It cleans less on defrag and junk. If i scan again, it cleans all. Why should I have to do it twice? Also, can I set up system scan to be automatically done? And if I can, how do I do it? Please advise.

Never updates any drivers for two years now...
I do NOT want to uninstall Driver Updater. I want it to work and it has never updated a single driver, yet.

Access to program affeced by scan
Every time your program scans my computer it affects the "Fences" program.
It then requires me to re-register that I am entitled to use the program using exactly the same password every time.
Surely it is possible for the scan to bypass making any changes like this....

Sorry I have two questions in one I'm considering buying the software but when I run my multiplexity after rebooting it is asking for my product key I have to enter my product key every time I want to run it I need to work around for that
also Malwarebytes does not allow me in some inches to run the program

WTF AUSLOGICS??
I've been a registered user of Auslogics Boostspeed for many years. Just recently my Boostspeed 12 program shows that i'm registered in the ABOUT section under help, yet the program says Activate Pro Version on the bottom right & the program has Trial Version operability. This is happening on both of the PCs that I use this program on. I've sent 2 emails requesting assistance over a week ago & still have received no response.
I need this issue resolved or I will be requesting a refund.

By an accidident I deleted my itune library. I thougt I could delete unused files, but the lkbrary was suddenly gone,,, How can I restore?

Activating Software Problem
I have now come to the end of my tether with this piece of software. I have been sent a Registration Code because the software I purchased on the 14 Dec 2021 keeps on asking me to Activate Pro Version. I removed the programme from my computer and started afresh. The programme dowloaded and the after putting in my Licence Key it advised me that the programme was registered. However, there is white writing on a green backgroumd in the bottom right hand corner stating: Activate Pro Version (when pressed advises what you get with the Pro version - which I have already purchased!) I have added this as an attachement on an MS Word doc.

Здравствуйте. Я не знаю как это получилось, но создавая новый профиль в гугл хром программа как я понимаю закрепила в этом профиле свою систему анонимности и безопасности, тк ярлык гугл профиля на панели задач был таким же как и ярлык самой программы.
Как можно этим управлять? Сколько можно создать таких профилей и как можно создать такой профиль осознано если мне это нужно?

How can this be managed? How many such profiles can be created and how can I create such a profile consciously if I need it?

Wenn ich den Registrieren-Dialog ausfülle mit meinem Linzenzschlüssel, erscheint zwar die Meldung das BoostSpeed registriert wäre, der Button unten rechts verschwindet nicht.
Daraufhin dachte ich, ein Neustart von BS würde das schon beheben, allerdings erscheint dann die Meldung, dass die App aus Sicherheitsgründen blockiert wurde (siehe Anhang).
Wie bekomme ich mein Boostspeed wieder voll registriert?

Скажите, пожалуйста, что нужно сделать, чтобы в окне сообщения отображался предпросмотр вложенного в сообщение файла программ MS Office в форматах Excel и Word (в то же время предпросмотр вложенных в сообщения файлов в формате .pdf отображается нормально)? Я пробовал разные варианты, которые рекомендуются в интернет - ничего не помогает.
Похожая проблема с невозможностью отображения предпросмотра файлов Excwl в проводнике, в то время как файлы других форматов (кроме Excel) отображаются.
Смотри приложенные скриншоты.
Это взаимосвязанные проблемы (отображение предпросмотра файлов в Outlook и проводнике)?
Что нужно сделать, чтобы решить эти проблемы? Прежде всего нужно решить проблему в Outlook.
