DNS server
Hi! Thanks for the help! I would like to change my local DNS server to a faster one! I have used Namebench to scan for one but the Auslogics app blocks my upgrade. Can I tempoarily disable Auslogics to change the server or must I uninstall the app then reinstall it after I get a new DNS server? I always do a network scan to set the perameters which does help but it help to get a better DNS! What can I do? Thank You, Craig Stone Jackson Ca.
Tab Crashes when go to Look at Report from Deep Disk Cleaner
After I run my Auslogics Boostspeed (makes a backup). I go to look at report and get error "Gah. your tab failed" What/Why does this happen? I don't know how to attach the report. Sorry (Old Lady)

per un breve periodo con windows 10 ha funzionato l'IRDA (infrarosso) che uso per scaricare i dati di un vecchio cardiofrequenzimetro dopo un aggiornamento l'IRDA non ha più funzionato e nonostante le ricerche su internet per la risoluzione del problema e l'applicazione dei parametri consigliati sempre su internet la mia pennetta IRDA non funziona. Sapete, per cortesia, indicarmi un modo per ripristinare il funzionamento dell'IRDA?.

I am using SSD optimization with Auslogic Bootspeed 12 to optimize my C drive (114 GB free 54 gb) it took a whole day to finish. Is it normal for a ssd optimization running? (while it only took 5 mins to optimize my D drive 98GB free 54GB). How frequently should I run SSD optimization

I am using SSDs optimization for my SSD drive but I found out on the internet and youtube that I should not defragment my SSD, just let window trim does the work. I would like to know if Auslogic do any good for SSD and is it gonna insert extra "write" to my SSD? If it is the case I would rather use Window trim since I saw SSD optimization also do defragment task when I optimize with Auslogic Bootspeed 12

problem with auslogics
It wont let me create a restore point, and the restore points I had created it has deleted.

I installed Auslogics bootSpeed 12 Pro, and after first scan, reboot windows 10 pc(Dell XPS 13 9505).
I was obtained next messages. Maybe other sofware's Activation informations were destroyed.
（1）C:\ProgramData\Stardock\Fences3\License.sig was deleted.
The first massage is that reactivate fences 3. (Activation code is neaded)
（2）In the case of Auslogics driver updater, my activation code exceeded the limited number of activation.
And the costomer service replied me by mail that they cannot refresh my activation code.
（3）Next massge window opened that I rejister again Sound Blaster of Creative Teclonogy co.
(4)From now on, what do I do to prevent missing activation informations of my Windows10 pc.

recovery of duplicate files accidentaly removed
I have removed duplicate files using the software, unfortunately i lost many RAW files of the photographs instead of JPEG versions of the RAW files, I wish to recover my raw files which was deleted first from the hard drive into the recycle bin and removed from there, the RAW files are Nikon NEF files. Everytime I turn on my computer I get three popups that want me to update three Auslogics programs. How can I stop these popups? I will renew each program as I have the monetary resources.

Auslogics BoostSpeed software itself
I have BoostSpeed perform Dashboard, Disk Defrag, Protect. Internet Optimizer and other checks by schedule. All is good.
However, directory "c:\ProgramData\Auslogics\BoostSpeed\12.x\Reports" becomes cluttered with .html, .xml and other reports produced by these various check tools.
How can I set BoostSpeed to automatically clean up after itself by deleting ancient reports over some arbitrary age? There's about a Gig of files in this directory on this machine and some 3Gb on another.

Location is turned off and GREYED OUT.
Everytime I install BoostSpeed 12, in Windows the Location services on Windows 11/10 are greyed out automatically in the Operating System due to the presence of this third-party software. Due to this glitch, I am not able to toggle the Location services on and off and also cannot change any settings related to it. I have tried every hack and registry fix that Microsoft tells me to do and still nothing...location is GREYED OUT
Auslogics Boostspeed 12 problem
When I try to use the Boostspeed 12 "Maintain" tab and do a SCAN, I get a message popping up stating that it is "checking fragmentation on my F: Drive.
It should be checking fragmentation on my C: Drive. I do not want it to do anything with my F: Drive.

Auslogics Boostspeed 12
My computer is a 64 bit machine which can run 32 bit programs. My computer is running Boostspeed 12 using 32 bit versions of all its programs instead of the 64 bit version. Is this the reason why my computer is taking over an hour to startup in the morning with the disk using 93% to the usual 100% all the time? Or, is the problem due to too much disk thrashing since it appears that all the startup programs start up immediately instead of being staggered per the scheduler? This problem started when I had to uninstall Boostspeed 12 and reinstall it per the Auslogics support person.

Wenn ich nach einem Systemscan durch Auslogics den Button für die möglichen Reparaturen drücke, erscheint die Aufforderung, bestimmte Apps erst abschalten zu lassen. Dafür wird fünfmal msedge.exe aufgezählt. Drücke ich den Button, der diese Anwendung(en) schließen soll, folgt die Mitteilung, das sei nicht möglich, ich solle es manuell machen. Alternativ kann ich anklicken, die Sache zu ignorieren.

Купил лицензию на ABSpeed 26-го июля 2021 года. Действительна ещё 181 день.
До недавнего времени проблем не возникало. Последние несколько дней слетает активация, каждый раз при открытии программы предлагает активировать ПРО версию, после ввода ключа выскакивает окно, говорящее, что программа активировани, версия ПРО, но в самой программе никаких изменений нет, кнопка "Активировать ПРО" не исчезает, и в "помощи" ропять то же самое. Что делать, как решить проблему?

Noticed my Boostspeed progaram has the activate pro version on the bottom of the screen when i have already registered it.
Plus the last time i used driver updater it updated my pc then restarted it and it would not boot up no matter what i tried, I then had to reinstall windows with a backup. not used driver updater since.

Could not activated my license
I have bought the pro license at July 2021 and used this software until mid of january. Suddenly the software ask me again for license code, and after I input my code, the software still on free version mode and not changed to PRO version. Please assist me regarding this problem
