My little dirve appears in Windows 10 but doensn't show up in your defrag software for me.

Auslogics - Disk Doctor (Repair)
Hello Sir/Madam.
As per an initial scan with the Disk Doctor, it diagnosed having disk errors on my SSD.
For any further analysis, it states that my SSD will be dismounted and locked while it performs its majic.
My questions:
- What are the consequences if the SSD is not remounted onto my Surface computer,
- Is the Disk Doctor a reliable software, or could I be left in a lurch if the SSD is not reconnected to my computer and
- How long could the repair take. I have a 500 GW SSD.

Auslogics scans
I have been using Auslogics for seceral years now. My question is how long do the results of a scan last. I have noticed for instance that the internet settings hold goo,. the scan in clean-up are good and then the next day they must be deleted again. Does a reboot erase some of youy clean-up for tha same day? Just curious. Any info would be helpfil. Thanks.

Disk Defrag 11 - Wipe disk blank area function reports 100%, but doesn't actually finish
I know that wiping a large HD can take time, but it reached 100%, the program never repotred it finished. I let it continue to run nearly 12 hours after it reached the 99-100% point. I couldnt close the program either, so I restarted the PC in order to close the program. Dell Percision T3500, 24GB RAM, 8 core Xeon W3540, Win10 x64 on SSD. Everything else runs well. I'm using the paid version of Disk Defrag 11.

Seul l'utlisateur ADMINISTRATEUR peut la suprimmer via le gestionaire de tâches en faisant FIN DE TÂCHE sur 2 applications Gigabyte.

I got a chance to spin this wheel that said i would get a certain percentage off and it landed on the 100%, so i'm wondering if that means if i get it for free. And if it does mean i get it for free, i didn't recieve anything.
BoostSpeed 13 BUG Issue
There is an aggravating "BUG" in BoostSpeed 13. A message frequently appears that states I have many TERABYTES of files in my Recycle Bin. See the attached screenshot.
I got this message today, while having less than 25 MB of files in my Recycle Bin.
Please look into this and fix this BUG.

I would like to disable these power plans as i use Win10's Ultimate Power Plan. I noticed that it automatically replaces my preferred plan after using Boostspeed scanner.
I am making this request bec i don't know what these power plans do and how they perform.

Auslogics Boostspeed 13 TRIMMING SSD Hang at 3% unable to complete SSD Optimization
When running Disk Defrag Optimization Auslogics Boostspeed 13 Pro hangs at 3% "Preparing" when running TRIMM on external SSD and creates a file on external SSD with the following each time Optimization is run:
D:\~DDSSDTRIMTEMP^0_1073741824{6BD97305-57AB-484E-A651-BC496157FFB7} (creates an associating Windows Media Player file) and is unable to complete the Optimization. At one time it moved 1% after 2 hours. This did not happen when running Boostspeed 12 Pro. When running Boostpeed 12 Pro the external SSD would complete Optimization.

I am using SSD optimization with Auslogic Bootspeed 12 to optimize my C drive (114 GB free 54 gb) it took a whole day to finish. Is it normal for a ssd optimization running? (while it only took 5 mins to optimize my D drive 98GB free 54GB). How frequently should I run SSD optimization

ｂｏｏｓｔＳｐｅｅｄ12を自動起動していますが、本日データを参照しようと、windows(C)とData(D)のデスクの中で、（Ｄ）に保存してあるホルダーをクリックすると、「このホルダーは空です」となってどのホルダーもデータが読み取れません。ホルダー名はきちんと表示されています。なぜこんな風になるのでしょうか。復元する方法をご教授してください。
Green Buttons asking to activate pro version
I have the Pro Version. When I click on Help/About the window confirms that. Why to I have a green button on every screen asking me to activate the Pro Version. I even hit the button and it confirms I have the Pro and the green buttons persist. Help.
Application will not recognize Pro version
Hi there,
I have an active license key and discovered today that the app reverted to the free version. I put in my license key and it notes activation to be successful, however still runs as the free version.
To note: I have been unable to access the app itself without having to go into the administrator Windows account, which is a new finding since today as well. Not sure if that's related.
Any help would be great. Thanks.

Making best use of the high system resource usage detected warning
Boostspeed regularly gives me a warning message, "high system resource usage detected." What should I do to most usefully take advantage of this warning?

I would like to know if Auslogic do any good for SSD and is it gonna insert extra "write" to my SSD? If it is the case I would rather use Window trim since I saw SSD optimization also do defragment task when I optimize with Auslogic Bootspeed 12

Gah. Cannot access Report
I have not been able to view any of the reports in the Auslogics software. I just get a blank window in Foxfire.
Notifications
I use Bitdefender VPN for anonomous web usage on my Windows 10 desktop computer. I connect to the internet using a USB wifi adapter. Last week the program updated. Now everytime I connect I get a message from BoostSpeed 12 about an attempt to change DNS detected. The next line states- Adapter:TAP Windows Adapter v9. The next line states-Value: 198.51.100.1
How do I stop getting this particular notification without stopping all notifications?

recovery of duplicate files accidentaly removed
I have removed duplicate files using the software, unfortunately i lost many RAW files of the photographs instead of JPEG versions of the RAW files, I wish to recover my raw files which was deleted first from the hard drive into the recycle bin and removed from there, the RAW files are Nikon NEF files. I am enclsong the JPEG of the RAW file which was deleted, many other RAW files were also lost accidentally ,

per un breve periodo con windows 10 ha funzionato l'IRDA (infrarosso) che uso per scaricare i dati di un vecchio cardiofrequenzimetro dopo un aggiornamento l'IRDA non ha più funzionato e nonostante le ricerche su internet per la risoluzione del problema e l'applicazione dei parametri consigliati sempre su internet la mia pennetta IRDA non funziona. I just purchased BoostSpeed 12 and installed, but errords pop when I try to enter my license key. I'm going to attempt to uninstall and reinstall in the meantime.
Boostspeed lost Pro licence
I have a Pro licence for Boostspeed and for Malware but both appear to be disabled. If I try to activate the program and enter the activation key I initially get a message saying that the program is registered. However it isn't and the the status is still to upgarde or acivate Pro.
If I close the program completely and try to re-run I get a message saying that the administrator is blocking me via integrator.exe,
however I am the administrator.
